Jeep Patriot is one of the biggest scams I had in my life. The vehicle is not capable of climbing 4" obstacle backwards (reversing). I am really shocked and disappointed even that a toy car may be able to do what Patriot can not. My Advise DO NOT BUY JEEP PATRIOT AT ALL. Very weak car in addition to low gas mileage comparing to same car category. My name is "Fares Said" and I have been to the dealership for this problem but no solution! if there is zero star rating I would give it to Jeep

First time going to a domestic brand and I wasn't sure what to expect. Then I met Michael Willock. He made my visit far exceed any expectations I had. Absolutely the best experience I've ever had. He made everything seamless, from the model selections, to the numbers and figures. He made sure I could understand everything I was purchasing and didn't make me feel pressured. I was expecting to meet a sleazy salesman but instead found a gentlemen and a genuine human being. I would definitely recommend Mike. There's no better way to buy a car.
My fiance and I were in Zeigler yesterday evening and ended up purchasing an older, used vehicle. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by a man outside who quickly helped us inside (I had my 4 month old with us and it was cold). I was offered hot chocolate right away and it was delicious. We met with Velko and because he was in the middle of another sale, he had his assistant Connie take care of us. Connie is the reason I decided to give my fiance the go ahead (yes, I wear the pants) in purchasing the vehicle (originally we planned to sleep on it and see if we could find a similar vehicle cheaper at another dealer). Connie was awesome!!! Right away, she was asking us questions about ourselves, truly getting to know us. And she never came off as fake or just "doing her job". I could tell that she was genuine and a true "people person". The entire process of purchasing the car took 3+ hours (and we did not have to go through financing) and mind you I had my four month old, but it went smoothly because Connie was there with us. She purchased us waters at the vending machine. She was even holding my 4 month old by the end of the night! Velko was our salesman and he was great as well, but he was in the middle of other sales and could not be with us to test drive. We are happy with our vehicle purchase, but I was most impressed by the customer service we received. Both Connie and Velko were accomodating. My fiance and I plan to purchase another Ford in a few years and we will definitely be going back to Zeigler. Our only hope is that Connie will still be there!
Purchased a new Jeep Cherokee last week. Had a great experience. Ervin Cottingham was very helpful and worked very hard to make my experience a pleasant one. Any and all problems were dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership and make sure to ask for Ervin when you get there.
For Auto service, if you want to lose your time and money, just drive to there. Their service price super unacceptable extremely high which is not worth and equal some basic car price. they are talking about 1.5-2 K for some basic maintaining and part replacement such as break pads and rotors.

Chuck Christos sales consultant was great and very patient with all my request. I have a background on being a car mechanic/engineering so I really took a good look at the car before buying. I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento from them and the car was in great shape. I made an offer and it was declined but the sales manager step in Mike Boroswki and we re able to meet halfway. I was rude to them and they still threated me professionally and listened to me, hence they didn t have to put up with me. The vehicle was the cheapest around compared to other dealers, they already had the the best price so they didn t have to work with me at all , but Mike and Chuck worked with me and met me halfway .... that s says a lot about their character as people ... everyone s knows being a sales man it s hard .... but they were very professional and gave me a great deal on the car .... I drove 1 hour to them and they made my time worthwhile .... Again thanks to Chuck and Mike I reccomend this Dealer s to anyone wether your looking for used car or a brand new car. Mike the sales manager even filled my gas tank before they gave me the car , he did not have to do that at all after I was rude to him , but he did and for that I am very grateful .... they really care about there customer and have excellent customer service.

Even though we didn't end up making the best deal that we were looking for( but we were very close) we had a very pleasant experience.All of our questions were answered as comprehensively as possible, and we were not disappointed. Not an unhappy customer, just saying what they did to my moms car. Check engine light came on, i made appointment with zeigler chrysler, they squeezed her in on a good time same day (so far so good), the wait time was long, they did "repair" it, including some "additional repairs" like brake service (what a hell i thought, brakes on the rear axile kind of needed replacement) so together with brakes and labor (parts 500, labor 700, yes 4h labor was 700) total 1200$. im not sure what exactly they did about check engine it was some sensor.. but anyway its big dealership - they need to pay employees etc, i get it. now 2 days later, check engine comes back on, she gets back to the dealership, 4h wait of time, they present a bill of 135$ with parts and labor to replace a "faulty gas cap". then it struck me right there that mom did complain about gas cap couple months ago, but I forgot about it causing check engine light, so after replacing gas cap (which is worth like 3$ I should mention) everything is fine. so I'm not gonna mention any bad looks my mom received waiting 4+4hours (2 days, 4 hours each), paying $1350 for this service, you decide for yourself if you want your car serviced here.

I was hoping to love my experience at this "5 star dealership" but was sorely disappointed. I found a Jeep I liked online and this dealership had the exact match. Once I clicked on the "get internet price," I knew I'd be bombarded with phone calls/emails, but that's part of the deal. Within an hour, I received 2 emails and a phone call asking me to come test drive the car, make an appointment, etc. The internet sales guy repeatedly dropped the term "5 start dealership." The next day I received another call saying the same thing. And the day after that . . . same thing.
So on day 3 I give the dealership a call and ask to schedule a test drive and have my trade-in assessed. "No problem" I'm told. "We'll have an appraiser waiting for you when you get here so the whole process will be 'streamlined'" I'm told. This all sounds great to me, and I schedule everything for the next day. I leave work and drive the hour to get up to the dealership. When I get there, the internet salesman I've been working with doesn't actually sell cars, so I get pawned off on a new guy. No big deal - this guy (Laurence) is super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I tell him what car I'm looking for and show him the emails so he can pull up the right one. Here's where this place gets one star. . . THE CAR I'VE DRIVEN AN HOUR/MADE AN APPOINTMENT/RECEIVED NOTIFICATION THAT THE CAR IS IN STOCK/ETC. HAS BEEN DEALER TRADED!!! Not only that, but they traded it that day. Talk about your right hand not talking to the left, these two departments (internet sales and sales) didn't seem to know what was going on with the other. The actual salesman was apologetic and had me drive another one, but that's not why I drove all the way up there, passing at least a half dozen other dealerships along the way. Maybe if this internet salesman had gotten up and actually walked around the lot, he'd have known the car had been traded. What made me the most mad was that the Internet Salesman had left me a voicemail the day of the appointment (I was at work and my phone was turned off) stating, "[He] was excited to have the opportunity to earn my business . . . and everything was ready for the test drive."
Grrrrrr . . . the two hours plus traffic I had to sit to get home didn't help this mess. I wouldn't support this place because if I had actually purchased a car, who knows what further miscommunications would have occurred. Avoid this dealership and find one who actually communicates effectively.
Chris was my sales person and was vary determined to get the deal done on my behalf I recommend that you come see him . Will be doing business with them again

Any questions that i had they answered. I went to about 5 different locations and when it came down to price and service, this location was by far the best. Are experienced was great after we were there 3 weeks ago .. they sales person who took care of us was really rude and mean. We were really disappointed . 2 times . In till I told my husband if you really like the truck I will make sure I go straight to the manager and sprees my self how we feel. It was Saturday the 19 on June. I was there to see the Cherokee. Sales staff were pushy and insisting. "You gonna get the car today, right? No! Don't you like the car? What is the problem? We are giving you a good deal. Do you know what you want?" I was just checking different cars and brands but they made feel like I am an idiot who is wasting their time.

Well the first thing that I want to say is The Zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Schaumburg is a wonderful establishment. Upon first entering the market of purchasing a vehicle I had several bad experiences with other dealerships (J.D Byrider, Glendale Nissan, Right Way, Bill Kay Nissan, etc.) Either they didn't have my best interest at heart and were rude, or they just couldn't help me because I didn't have any credit or a co-signer. Where other dealerships failed Zeigler succeeded, and from the moment I walked in the door I had a good feeling. Eric Foret (4-A) is the sales consultant that help put me into my new 2010 Dodge Avenger. I can't say anything bad about this guy. Eric helped me feel comfortable about everything that was being done and assured me that I was in good hands. I think it also helped that he is generally just a cool dude, with a good sense of humor, and that is passionate about his work. It was obvious that he sincerely wanted to help me and he worked hard to get the best my money could afford. Eric Foret and the rest of the team at Zeigler were friendly, kind, polite, and very helpful. Overall this was a great experience that I will never forget. Don't be fooled by the high star reviews. I would question their authenticity especially after the run around I received at this dealership. They pulled the typical car dealership games that they all do. Lie, give you the run around, bait and switch, etc. If you choose to work with this dealership - walk in believing NOTHING that you hear from them and only what you see in writing. Sadly, 2 years ago I got a car from the Zeigler Chevy dealership and I was impressed, which is why I went back to Zeigler. Something happened in the past 2 years and they have just become yet another dealership with no integrity. Since both dealerships are run by the same General Manager, I would steer clear of both.
I just want to pat Mike Willock on the back. He made my Jeep purchase very enjoyable, He was honest with me, and worked on my behalf, to get me what I wanted. I think he's a very good salesman because he has a great amount of empathy and can relate to his customers.
The entire experience from start to finish has been absolutely fantastic! Best car buying experience I've ever had! Erin and Derek have been professional and courteous throughout the car buying process and went above and beyond to make sure everything went right. Three strikes you're out. Zeigler's customer service is very lacking! Each appointment I've had was the same. I would enter the service area and wait, and wait and wait. The service managers would proceed to let me stand waiting while phones were answered, the service managers typed furiously at their computer terminals and I was left waiting. Various managers would walk by and say "we'll be with you in a minute". I don't mind a few minutes but each visit it was over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Every visit this happened, but I kept coming back to give them another chance figuring it was an anomaly - I just visited them on a busy day. Last Friday, my husband did me a favor and dropped off my car, well it wasn't just me. After waiting over 30 minutes he walked out. I'll find another dealer in the area who wants my business and will treat customers better!
What a scam! Drove all the way from Indiana to look at a car listed online for $11,950. Get to the dealership and the salesman won t budge from $15,000. Just another scumbag used car salesman living up to his title.
Coming here was a great decision. This is one of the first times ive bought a car on my own and it even though it took me a week to decide to get it. im glad i picked zeigler. All staff is on top of everything. Janae was very helpful and texting me during the day with updates with everything. I highly recommend anyone getting a car goes sees janae. She great and works with you.
I should have left this review months ago. I was originally in touch with Anthony about a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. He was a big help through email. I went in on a Friday night (we were in touch Tuesday and Wednesday) and he was busy helping another customer (was a last minute decision to go in and look). Matt helped me find the vehicle that would be a good fit. Both Matt and Anthony are great people to work with. Anthony will go out of his way to help you.
A month after getting the vehicle I had uconnect (hands free) and a block heater installed in my vehicle. I worked directly with the service manager John and he said it should take 1 day. The service department kept me informed on the status on my vehicle. Unfortunately it wasn't done the same day (i totally understand things get back logged and or something happened during install). I dropped it off on Friday and they kept me informed on Saturday. They were having a hard time getting the block plug to sit properly so coolant wouldn't come out so i didn't pick it up till Monday evening. They told me straight up Saturday that the plug was leaking coolant and cant send it out because it would just ended up back there for work. John and his staff are an amazing team to working with.
Purchased a car on 06/28. Dealership refuses to provide paperwork on the transaction. Made repeated attempts to receive the paperwork. Totally crooked operation!
Both Rich in Sales & Joe the finance mgr were great to deal with. I had horrible experiences with dealerships in the past .These guys were professional...courteous...no pressure & straightforward to buy a car from. I will always deal with them ..and no one else for my car needs in the future .

It was the 1st car we test drove, left and test drove multiple others at other dealerships, and had to come back because why buy a car from someone who doesn t care, especially if you find your dream car. Let me start by saying that our family didn't only buy one car from this dealership, but 3! Sales department is very welcoming and overall a good department especially dealing with Gabriel/ Kenny. As for the service department we are very dissapointed. We haven't even had the car for a year and we started having problems with and it's a 2015 Charger. We've had appointments with the service department and at the last minute they call saying I can't drop of the car for the inspection and get a loaner because I was not 25 years old. I guess their new management is not working properly they used to have very good service even when it came to washing cars. Besides that we've been dealing with this issue a little over a month and all we see is that they were trying to avoid us, so our last option was taking it to Dodge Feeny. All I have to say is that their service department was way more professional and took care of us right away.
I had a very good experience here and worked with a great Salesman, Ozzie Murga. He was helpful, positive, and very friendly. I did experience a few bumps during my time here but Ozzie didnt give up on me. He ensured that I left with a car, and I did. Very satified customer! :)

First of all, I m not even sure where to begin my entire experience with this dealership was SUPERB from start to finish.
I set up a VIP Test Drive with a 2020 Jeep Renegade at noon on Saturday, June 27th. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a smile from several employees and it made such an impact. Car shopping is already kinda stressful on its own, but I was actually looking forward to seeing my options and going on test drives (despite the heat and mask wearing).
The sales consultant who helped me was Marko K. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. We even chatted about random stuff, which was nice. It s easy to see that Marko really cares about his relationships with his customers, which is a breath of fresh air. That Saturday was my very first time at Zeigler and I already felt like family.
The original Renegade Latitude that peaked my interest was sold before I arrived. Marko was able to find another one just like it except in Granite Crystal Metallic. I test drove it and fell in love. I knew it was the next car I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, that particular vehicle wasn t in my budget so Marko told me about the Renegade Sport. There were lots of color options and I decided to go with this pretty blue called Jetset Blue.
Marko and Rick (sales manager) worked together to come up with numbers and everything was coming together. There was a small hiccup along the way, but Rick took care of it and I cannot thank him enough for allowing me to leave Zeigler with my new (dream) car.
I was also helped by William (aftersales manager) and Derek (finance manager). Both of them were extremely friendly, honest and helpful.
On June 27th, I was able to join both the Jeep and Zeigler family thanks to Marko, Rick, William and Derek! Thank you all so very much!
Bought my first car here and could not be happier!!! Avi was super professional and friendly. He did not try to sell me something I did not want or make me waste my time looking at cars Im not really intersted in which I appreciated. He also made sure to follow up after my purchase. Highly reccomend purchasing a car through him! Cant wait to come back again in the future! Regards to my car, it was the cleanest car I have ever seen at a dealer despite it being used. Great condition, great price, GREAT CAR!
My experience was absolutely horrible. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and I have never experienced this. My husband and I went to buy a Jeep. We took one out to test drive it. While we were driving it, the manager called me to tell me that they just sold it. This happened WHILE we were test driving the car! I couldn't believe it. If this is how they run a business, I hate to see how they treat customers in other areas of their business! I will never ever buy a car here and nor should you! I have told all my friends what happened. Go somewhere else please! They don't deserve you're business!

i felt the company earnedtly tried to earn my business during the negotiation phase. buuutttt, on the day of the purchase/delivery, i did not feel like a valued customer. rather, i was abandoned for vast amounts of time! and it took forever!!! at the conclusion, i was exhausted. moreover, my salesman did not run through all the features of the vehicle. i offered multiple times over the course of hours to come back at a less busy time but each effort was rebuffed. i felt as though i no longer mattered because they knew i was a sure thing. overall, i left with a bad feeling!
