Chrysler told me that they offer a return policy, then I talked to Lew one of the sales managers and he was so offensive, he immidiatly said we do not swap, we do not exchange, just take it to the service department to fix it. Even chrysler changed their story after talking to them. I will make sure I will be taking that through the legal system because the 300 I bought is only 6 days old with 100 miles only and already experiencing issues with it. Bad shifting, bad heavy steering. The salesperson was great, but that when I was about spend money with them, but once I made the purchase hell broke lose.

They worst people to deal with specially Lew the sales manager. I will make sure to update my post once I reach any results. 25 years of Chrysler ownership, and that changes today.
