Found a 2015 grand cherokee srt on their website that i was interested in. I contacted Mike Willock and told him what i wanted to pay and also that i had a vehicle to trade in. He told me exactly what he could do, and when i got to the dealership everything he said he would do, he did. No games or back and forth nonsense. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences i have had recently. I would recommend Mike to anyone i know that is in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I purchased a 2018 Wrangler JK Oscar Mike from them today and the experience was extremely pleasant. Chuck (salesman) was extremely patient and easy to work with (actually came in on his day off to close the deal with me) and Gabriel (Sales Manager) was also very easy going and never once attempted to "twist my arm", and I wasn't easy to deal with on the first day (I walked away and looked at other dealers).

The "final offer" they made me before I walked was much more than fair, but before making a decision it's always best to compare. They are an honest group and I will be using them for future purchases (gonna be awhile though, wranglers are long time keepers). At no point was I feeling pressured into anything (unlike a Jeep dealer on Dundee Rd in Arlington Heights that shall remain nameless, those guys were flat out trying to screw me and I saw it a mile away. Would have ended up spending more on a used one and when I called them out on it by showing them the written offer from Ziegler they changed tone and tried to sell me a new one. No thanks). Zeigler didn't attempt to throw useless-to-me packages on the deal that only inflate the price.

When it came to financing and trading in my car, I got an excellent rate on the APR (much better than on my previous purchase of a new car) and I was offered the value I was expecting on my trade with no hassle at all. The entire process was excellent from start to finish. Rest assured, you will be taken care of here.

Difficult to describe the experience..We had the worst experience that one can imagine! They practice false advertising, misleading about costa and final car value is is kinda' policy there! Too bad that the minimum is one star..I would rate it at -(minus) 5 stars.

It's a shame that my parents were lied to by the salesman. They just purchased a used car and the salesman told them he would get the second key and mail to them two weeks later they were told used cars only come with one key. That information should have been disclosed up front. They should pay for an extra key since they couldn't produce one. It's sad because I bought a car from them and recommended them to my parents.

Ask for Dennis. I was searching for a very specific jeep and he was able to search around the country and find exactly what I was looking for. He'll put in the time to make sure the deal is right for you.

Had been looking for a specific used car for several months, saw that this dealership had one that I wanted to look at. Called to make sure it was actually there and promptly went to take a look. Although it was towards the end of the day we were helped right away. Aaron Williams, our salesperson, was great! Not pushy or aggressive like traditional car salesmen. The dealership itself had nicer amenities and everyone was friendly. Although I didn t end up with a certified pre owned car I still feel confident that they sold me a reliable car. Glad I ended up buying from them.

I specifically came in looking at what I can afford while staying in budget. I didnt appreciate the other man that George had us talk to regarding what would it take for us to take the 2017 compass-priced at 27K home. I was also interested in the 2019 grand cherokee priced at 31K.

Somehow the 2019 was going to be 647 per month and the compass at 27k. I thought it was a scam to tell me theres on online 5K discount but then there were other non-negotiable fees. I felt like I was getting pushed to buy a car when I specifically told George and the other man that I have a current loan in my name and am just looking for a potential car I may want to go home with in the event Ive rid of my current car. Ive told them my whole story about the car insurance.

Still, being persistent instead of listening to what I had to say, they brought up contracts that I can do to take the car home that day. Ive had to remind them numerous times I will not be buying a car that day.

Also, my fiance asked another salesman to find a price of the 2014 Jaguar. salesman told him to look it up online. My fiance was looking to trade in his car but instead of helping us, they told us to look online ourselves. My fiances excitement was immediately gone because of such an easy thing to do which is tell us the price.

I felt annoyed, wasn't taken seriously, and wasn't listened to.

Overall experience was negative. I'm in customer service and was willing to pay more to get the car I wanted but was pushed to get a used car.

I never had this experience in any of the other dealerships in Schaumburg Area.

We are getting a 2020 Mazda Grand Touring instead at the Schaumburg dealership.

Tried getting ahold of parts at this dealership, they kept wasting my time transfering me from one person to another then transfered me to a voicemail during business hours. This dealership is trash

Called them when they opened, interested in a used car. They proceeded to take a deposit on my credit card, and I told them I'd be driving 6 hours to get to them. I got called 4 hrs into the drive being informed that they had sold the car out from underneath me. When inquired about the deposit, they said deposits held the price of the car, not the car itself. Wow, would have been good to know before I drove 4 hrs.... pitiful.

Zero if I can. No one said hi. Or asked if we needed help... Horrible

Purchasing at Ziegler was nothing short of a great car buying experience. Saying the salesman was helpful was an understatement. Mike Willock was polite, informative, and easy going; allowing the process to run much more smoothly. Would more than likely buy another car from Ziegler if I needed to! Definitely would refer both the salesman I dealt with and the dealership to friends and family.

This dealer is a theft. Try to buy a car from them put 5k down coundnt get the loan done and I had to returned the car and they kept my 5k if I returned the car they should returned the money. I would never buy a car from. Them again. Ever and would advise anyone to go to a different dealership

I have to say, buying a car can be a royal pain. This place is not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable and patient. I met with Kenny K. - a complete straight-shooter right from the beginning. He listened, advised, and made it happen. Not to mention, he made the entire experience enjoyable and entertaining. I am not one that is typically big on referrals, but I am telling ALL of my friends and family who are in the market for a new car to see him. If you want it and they don't have it, Kenny will hunt the make and model down for you. Can't come to him to collect your vehicle, he'll deliver it right to your door. Who does that...ever? Sincerely, I left satisfied, impressed and smiling. Kenny and Zeigler will have my business for many many years to come.

Horrible experience at the service desk, they did not care and did zero to help. When I asked if there s anything they can do to help me get my car fixed at a different dealer sooner his response was, You have to figure that out on your own. Who says that? I ll never step foot in that dealer again.

Jorge Matos. Best. Salesman. Ever. Our initial introduction felt warm and authentic. He actually wanted to get to know my husband and I and understand not only what we needed, but what we WANTED as well. The most impressive aspect of our visit and interaction was that Jorge was the ultimate professional in every aspect. I could not be more impressed. I hated my experience here. My dad and I dealt with a really rude salesman named Aaron William's. He was condescending and rude. He kept talking to us like we were dumb and every time I asked him to explain something he would get mad and wouldnt really explain. I asked him about how he was coming up with my monthly payment and wouldnt try to explain it to me and then when my dad asked him about a price for something he went to the extent of saying " dont you know simple math". It was all so unpleasant and uncalled for. I do plan on getting the car I was looking at but I wont be going back there due to his horrible service.

Everyone there was very polite and welcoming, aaron williams helped me out and made sure everything was taken care of definitely made the process easier and not as overwhelming, I was very pleased with there service, and highly reccomend going their.

Some of the dirtiest marketing tactics I ve ever seen out of a dealership (and all Ziegler dealers operate the same). And that says a lot.

They advertise USED cars without the options packages included (?) - so the online price doesn t actually include the options that came with the car new, and tack on an additional 2.5k in dealership fees on top of that.

I came in for a USED car advertised on Cars.com and their own website at 33.5k that they told me once I got there would actually be 38.5k. How is that even legal?

I d rather walk then buy a car from these guys.

I test drove the Compass, Cherokee and Grand Cherokee with Ozzie Murga. He was very knowledgeable about describing each car's features and was very patient as I took awhile to get used to new breaks! I have personally purchased and leased 3 cars with this dealership and so have my friends and family over the years. This has also always been my go to dealership for service and repairs. Recently, my lease was about to be up on my Wrangler through Jeep Zeigler and I ve been saving up for 2 years to be able to purchase an all white JK Sahara for my next one. I finally found the Jeep of my dreams but it was unfortunately at another Zeigler dealership and my current lease wasn t quite up yet. However, between both Zeigler locations I was able to purchase my new one and still sell my current lease back to Jeep Zeigler. There was an issue with the paperwork on the lease buyout but it was quickly resolved with the help of Lou Porretta and Eric Johnson. Lou stayed on top of the communications with me until it was fully resolved and Eric ensured that the customer was honored with the original deal. With 2020 being the worst year most of us have seen yet, these 2 allowed me to complete the transaction with its original intentions and helped restore my faith in good business practices! This dealership is the place to buy or sell! They really treat their customers like family and I m always grateful for their above and beyond service and attitude! Thank you again Lou and Eric, this meant more than you will ever know!!! : )

Terrible Terrible Customer Service. NEVER in my life have I experienced such lack of follow up and follow through. Multiple (yes...more than 10) times over the past two weeks I was put into a ringing customer service queue and after 10 minutes of ringing, was disconnected. Not ONCE did I receive a pro-active call...the few callbacks received came after multiple update requests from me. NOTE: This is my first google review written in 58 years...

Michael Rodriguez is an extreme benefit to this team. He is extremely knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of all of the cars I was looking at. He catered to my specific needs and let me know what vehicle would be most suitable for my lifestyle. He will help you find the vehicle that is most fitting for you. Very pleasant and informative experience. If you are looking to purchase I strongly recommend you go to him.

It might be better to only interact with this dealership in person. I tried multiple times to get information from them, on various subjects through email and over the phone. On all but one of these occasions I was told someone would get in contact with me. They did not. The one time they did provide me with useful information it was when I was asking for a quote for an upgrade on my car. They quoted me almost significantly more (almost 50% more) than any other dealer I have talked to. At least with out in person interactions not only are they not personable, it seems that they hardly acknowledge your existence or the possibility that you may know a little bit ahead of time about general pricing of things.

Horrible experience. Advertising a car for $27K with no fine print or additional info then bring you in and are asking $39K. Scummy false advertising and nothing but BS. Recommend going anywhere else. Also first time in the salesman treated me like I wasn't a serious buyer likely off my appearance. Horrible dealership buy elsewhere

Definitely the best buying experiance I've had. Our salesman Marc is absolutely awesome. Well worth the trip from Houston to Chicago to buy my new truck. If I need another vehicle, I will be back.

Was just there today, felt like a scam minute after minute. After being approved, all of a sudden the car I was originally interested was "sold" in a matter of seconds.
I recommend NOT trading in your car as well, they want it for unrealistic prices. They wanted my Murano for a USED Rouge for trade at a rate of $1,000. HAH! they will try to rip you off, and be rude at the same time.
I recommend taking your money elsewhere.

We had an appt scheduled to see a specific vehicle. They confirmed the appt at almost closing time for the next day. Even called before they opened and text to confirm our appt the day of our appt. We get right when they opened the day of our appt, and they inform us they sold the vehicle the night before. Why this wasn't stated the night before or the morning of our appt when we spoke with them who knows. Wouldn't recommend them. We might have still dealt with them had they just been honest that the vehicle we were wanting see had been sold, but we felt lied to.

I bought a USED car last weekend @ Zeigler. My salesman Nick Todorov was very helpful before, during, and after the sale. Unfortunately, I realized a day after getting the car that there were a couple issues I hadn't noticed when I drove off the lot. Nick was very helpful with getting me scheduled to come in to have the car looked at right away. Throughout the whole process, Nick was very active in communicating with me and making sure I was being taken care of. He even picked me up when my car was ready and drove me to the dealership. I would definitely recommend Zeigler Chrysler for the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Both the Sales staff and Service Department offer excellent customer service.

I spoke to 12 different dealerships today and all of them are sending me pricing on vehicles that I am looking for. When I called in to this location, I was advised that it is against company policy to send out pricing and that I can view it online. Just wanted to advised you that I am purchasing a vehicle this week and it will not be from your location nor will I recommend this location.

I went on black Friday, the dealership was packed and the Christmas music was WAY TOO LOUD! They were having giveaways so that was pretty cool.

I got a flat tire in front of the dealership in my Honda and even though they are not a Honda dealer they were able to repair my tire and perform an oil change very quickly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The waiting room was clean and was able to get free WiFi while i waiting. The sales staff was very eager to answer my questions about the Chrysler 200. I will definitely be back.
