Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Center Reviews

High-end hotel with all the usual amenities. Receptionist are very courteous and helpful.. my only misgiving is that there are 4 Sheratons close to the Toronto International Airport and it is always confusing which one to go to. I have missed several meetings because people did not specify which Sheraton they were at. They need to give those hotels different names. For example the Sheraton Airport hotel is not the one that's right opposite the airport but is the one that is 2 miles away from the airport

Very comfortable and cozy, it is a good alternative to stay, it is very close to the airport.

I like that they have mini fridges in the room. Couches are comfy.

Hits: great staff, dealt with a rush quickly, rooms are fine, nice pool.
Misses: making you pay for parking. I was assured that their parking prices "were competitive", after learning I was to be charged upon arrival. Please buck the trend of squeezing more out of your guests because they have no choice.

Clean room, great convention space, friendly staff and good breakfast.

This was a hotel that we picked for a one night stay. We had an early morning flight to Mexico the next day. The hotel was nice and was close to the airport so the shuttle ride provided was fairly short. We each had a hamburger and French fries from the hotel restaurant which was very good but the price tag of $40 without a drink of any kind was more than we expected. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Great conference venue. Polite and friendly staff. The food was tasty.

Close enough to the airport without being on the runway, pet friendly, room service and dry cleaning. What more do you need?

Showed up late to stay with a friend. Late night desk service was great. Very clean building. Tons of parking.

this is now my go to hotel when I stay near Pearson, the service is incredible

Somewhat run down and in need of some improvements. Conveniently located near Pearson airport but that's about it.

Took the hotel 5+hours to send a credit card auth form. I called about 8 times asking them to send it urgently because it was time sensitive and kept getting told it would be a few minutes...few minutes longer...few minutes...they're busy. Well, I'M (the customer) busy too and a simple email with a form to send me on something that is already booked should not take 5+hours or 8+phone calls ! Terrible service and zero consideration.

The Sheraton is about what you would expect from an hotel/conference center area. It does everything you need it to but its not a standout compared to others like it

I have not stayed at the hotel but visited the premises. Very neat and beautiful space with friendly staff. The Chop steakhouse is a delight as well! Highly recommend the visit to the Chop steakhouse

Just another mediocre airport hotel. The highlight of our stay was ordering a PORTOBELLISSIMO pizza from nearby Pizza Nova. Otherwise, the stay was not memorable.

It was my birthday last weekend and this hotel was an amazing experience overall. From the room, the upgrades, the food, the amenities, and just the overall experience of the Sheraton experience was nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you were in the Toronto area near the airport

Lunch at Olio Restaurant is consistently delicious and top quality. The service is fantastic, friendly and fast. Definitely recommended for business meetings or social meals.

Nothing drastically wrong with it , it has everything you need, parking is a bit lacking and expensive considering your not actually at the airport. There's a restaurant, shop and bar on site. Club rooms and club lounge available and it even has onsite fitness area and good sized swimming pool with big glass dome. Lots of nearby eaterys too.

Wonderful, friendly staff that can't do enough for you, fabulous food and a newly renovated room = great stay for my business conference! Thanks All!

Staff needs more customer centricity especially front office staff needs crash course on basics of hospitality management.

Friendliness in reception, only one waitress in the restaurant, the hostess was cleaning the tables. Good beds. Very dark decoration and atmosphere in general.

The event staff for our conference were excellent. Great service and incredibly friendly staff.

Service was good food was great. We had another conference next door and every time they play music it caused quite a disturbance. About once every hour a plane would fly so near that it was too loud to hear the presenter. Overall though it was fine

Paid for x80 guests - family style dining for a Christmas party. Pricy but great food. My complaint is that the food was not offered for us to take it home. It went to staff cantine. I paid for my meal, hardly ate, and would have loved the left overs i paid for.

Nice location with friendly staff. We've held events there a couple years running and have had a positive experience.

Spent the night after a wedding in the area - the entire hotel was very clean, particularly the room. The bed was comfortable (though the washroom seemed a bit small) & AC worked great - had the room ice cold in 20 mins. It's located close to the airport, so depending on the room/floor, you get a nice view of planes landing/taking-off (however, it's a bit unnerving as they do get what seems very close to the hotel - if you're a light sleeper, it could be an issue, but wasn't for me).

Pro: The breakfast buffet the next morning was absolutely incredible - tons of options, something for everyone & really, really good flavours!

Con: A bit pricey (had to pay for overnight parking too - extra $20).

I was there for a conference. The facilities were really nice. Lots of rooms for multiple sessions. However, if you live in Toronto it's a pretty long commute to get there.

The conference center is well set. The annoying thing is the hotel is on the airport runway path. Through aircraft sound Was very annoying and startling .

The staff was friendly, the building was clean and the location was perfect for conventions.

The food at the restaurant was unexpected for how good it was. I did not think that it was an airport restaurant but rather a five-star restaurant downtown.

U charge guests for parking, really bad experience when I was late for a MTG and had to go out to pay at parking...rude staff at reception

Great location good front desk staff. Parking a bit expensive but limited options. Not bad for a business trip or conference.
