Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Center Reviews

I have stayed here 3 nights a week for about one year. Room are okay, bar service is good, food is decent but room service sucks.

Rooms are nice, restaurant is a little more expensive than expected. Service hatch was item in our room and open ended Ethernet cable hanging out of the ceiling was a little weird. Would stay again, very nice hotel otherwise. Staff was very friendly.

Nice staff, really loud tho due to the face it's right by the airport.
Pool was great, the rooms were always clean and hotel was always in excellent condition

Really nice place that treats their SPG guests very well. Recently renovated (within a year, I was told) gives a nice atmosphere and comfortable rooms. The pillows were some of the best I've had in a hotel in a while, firm enough to support my head without being a rock. TV in the room could use an update. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport every 30 min.

We had a great stay, convenient shuttle service, very helpful staff.

All staff on desk and in restaurant seemed to enjoy their job. All very helpful. Room was good, meal was great.

Second time staying at the Sheraton and such an amazing experience. We arrived a few hours before check in but we were checked in regardless and staff was very understanding. There was an issue where my deposit wasnt registered to the room but I had my evidence and staff was completely apologetic and worked quickly to resolve the problem. The room itself is comfortable hoping to stay here every year

Room was very nice and convenient. The hotel is well situated near all the facilities, not far from highway. Nice choice of restaurants from a walking distance. Personnal was friendly.

Rooms are always clean, service is spectacular, on-site restaurant is great!

This is my first stay at a Sheraton in quite some time, and overall my experience was pleasant. The check in was quick and easy, and the staff was very courteous. The room was clean, although the decor is dated (which didn't matter to me as I am obviously only there for a short time). It is very close to the airport so it makes it a good option for you if you have an early flight. There are plenty of restaurants within a walking distance to choose from. One interesting thing is since the airport is so close you have a great view of the planes taking off and landing if you are into that sort of thing. The noise of the planes is virtually unnoticeable.

Came for a conference, house keeping forgot to clean our room on the Sunday morning never left any towels on Saturday. The night staff was not friendly at all. My key card was erased due to magnetic speaker on phone. Was spoken to as if I was a burden. Clerk even used the phone ringing as an excuse to dismiss me after verifying my card was erase. Even after explaining I left my ID in my room and my room mates were sleeping so it may take me a minute to get my wallet in the dark I was rudely told I had to get my ID right away multiple times on the short walk to my main floor room. The breakfast buffet at Olio ran out of food leaving guests circling looking for plates and lining up for the small quantities of food being brought out. The day staff on the desk were pleasant and curious and helpful

After our flight was canceled we needed somewhere to stay overnight. We were able to not only get a room, but have wonderful service, great food and breakfast buffet and feel like our holiday had already started!

Interesting place liked the concept but not super impressed with food. That is of course my personal opinion

My friend who booked the reservation got a free upgrade to the deluxe room, and this was during a busy convention. Staff at the front desk was friendly. Every room has a fridge now.

Pros: friendly staff, comfortable beds, good conference facilities, close to restaurants. They have an opt out system for housekeeping where you can get a $5 food voucher. Cons: expensive for what you get, parking not included, there were ants in the stairwell, pool but no hot tub.

Went here for an after party and had a blast, the staff was very nice and the setting was lovely.

Visited during anime north, and although I didn't stay overnight. It the conference rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is also situated in a nice part of Toronto, so that's also a plus.

Only stopped in briefly during Anime North, but looked like a nice place!

Easy access to airport and nice enjoyable stay. Wish there was more of a convenience store available.

Attend various of conventions and social functioning at this hotel. Rooms are always clean and staffs are always there to help if needed. Only downside is there are some distance between the hotel and TCC

Good conference facilities, well maintained, good food quality.

Good location close to the airport. Large parking lot but seems to completely fill so not always enough parking during a hosted conference. Parking lot is very rough in some places. I have never been inside.

Stayed there. A great view of planes coming and going. Good service.

Exceptional Customer Service!

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre for 2 nights to attend a wedding. From the time we arrived to the time we checked out, every staff member we interacted with were outstanding. They went out of the way to give us assistance to make sure we had everything we needed. This was the first time I upgraded to have access to the Club level, and while I would not do it for every stay, it was a really nice treat and a nice relaxing spot to rest on a very busy visit. I would recommended it if you are looking for a little something extra. The hotel itself was a little worn around the edges, but seemed to be a very popular spot. The only down side for this stay was that we were put in a pet friendly room and I have really bad allergies. I was not aware it was a pet room and did not figure it out until the second night when I saw the pet hair, so I did not ask for another room. I did not ask at check-in so that is on me and I will update my preferences in my Bonvoy account for my next stay, so lesson learned. Although not the hotels fault, I would recommend they let people know it is a pet friendly room they are in (unless they all are) just so people like me that have bad allergies are aware.

Great stay, would highly recommend, and I would choose this hotel again.

Atmosphere was nice and relaxing, and it was also amazing that anime north stretched out to the Sheraton as well.

Easy access to airport location, clean rooms and good service

Awful service at restaurant. Waiter was rude. Food was subpar. Will never return.

Breakfast was a it expensive, but that s expected for such a nice hotel. Other than that, it was great.

Went for a dinner meeting. Staff were great and food was excellent.

The room they gave me smelled like cigarettes which probably means they didn't really clean it. They did eventually change it but that's bad for a Sheraton

Nice rooms, comfortable beds and easy parking as we are parked there for two weeks for a trip. Airport shuttle was easy and convenient too.

We have stayed here several times. We stay at the club level. The workers are very kind and ready to help. The rooms are spaces and clean.

I attended a week long conference at this hotel recently and was really impressed at the level of quality and service of the facility. This is a very well apointed hotel and the staff were great. Our breakfast and lunch was provided and I asked if it was made at the hotel they said of course! I enjoyed all the meals during the week, breakfast was very good. The building and grounds were in perfect shape and there was lots of parking on site. One thing to note is that this hotel lies directly under the landing flight path for an airport runway. There is a constant stream of low flying aircraft going right overhead which is cool to see from outside the hotel. I will say hats off to the designers of this building as you can not hear any of the planes from inside the building, on the ground floor anyway. Transportation to the airport is easy with a free shuttle that runs every 30mins. From there you can jump on a train or bus and be downtown Toronto on about 30mins. I'd recommend this location if your looking for a base to visit T.O. and want to save some money compared to the downtown accommodations.

Very well appointed room. Front desk worked in a friendly and dilagent marker to resolve my issues.

Checked-in for a night before flying out of YYZ and the customer service was of the highest level, especially the staff at Olio who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The sports package for the televisions in Olio had all of the events we wanted to watch (UFC and Premier League) and they played it with sound for us on a TV over a fireplace in their gorgeous, spacious lounge. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we required. The free shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes and is less than a 10 minute drive. The bellman also held our bags for the day after check-out while we visited downtown Toronto. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone spending a night near Toronto Pearson airport.

After 2 canceled flights, arriving at the Sheraton was like arriving home, I arrived late at night, Aaron the Barman, gave me an impeccable service, both at night and at breakfast !!! Super attentive, polite and helpful. Thanks to the entire Sheraton team !!

Very nice hotel with good amenities. Seeing planes fly right over you when in the pool was the highlight for the kids. Everything about hotel was good, but there was always one or two little things off that prevents a 5 star rating. Not enough towels at the pool, night stand on only 1 side of the bed and lack of convenient outlets, runny 'bagged' eggs for breakfast. All really nit picky items, but thing's that separate a really good stay from a great stay. Staff were amazing and very approachable - really got the feeling that they truly cared and wanted to do anything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible..

I wasn't there for an extended period of time, but it looked beautiful on the inside. I walked into one room on the 7th floor and I was very impressed with the decor and everything

It is located close to the airport and Hwy 401. There is a free shuttle taking you to/from the airport.

There are restaurants onsite called Olio with Mediterranean cuisine and Chop which is a steakhouse. There are several other major restaurants within walking distance.

There are also conference facilities. The parking lot is large because of the conferences.

There is an outdoor garden.

There is a fitness center. It is pet friendly.

Guest parking is $24/day.

There is free WiFi for guests (login via your room number and name).

Really clean. Great good. Good air temperature. Nice furnishings.

Waa here for a conference for work. Veey nice meeting rooms and convenient location.

Fantastic hotel. Room is amazing and the Olio lounge staff are superb. I had a fantastic stay and will definitely be staying again.

Conference facilities were a great fit for a one day Massage Therapy Seminars.

The hotel was clean, bright and well wired for electronics.

Unfortunately one of the elevators experienced an operating defect - unable to access our 5th floor! Reported to front desk but there was not resolution in 36 hrs. Most companies have a quick repair clause. Unsure why a call was not made or signage was not posted.

I have stayed at this hotel many times for business functions. The staff is always professional and courteous and the rooms well maintained.
