Very nice reception personal. The buffet breakfast was beyond amazing! Alot of variety. Even had soy milk. Only had breakfast there so dont know how good the food is besides that. The room i had was clean and spacious had a king bed and a great view of the garden. Only problem we had was a mix up with what rooms we booked. Other then that nothing wrong.
Went for a conference. Chicken and beef served at lunch was dry.
I was at Sheraton on business and found the staff to be courteous and professional. Well done!
Great hotel close to Toronto Airport. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable.
The restaurant is very good. Great indoor pool and gym.
Very happy staying here.
Nice big rooms, comfy beds, late night dining, friendly staff and timely airport shuttle
Wonderful service, excellent conference centre food. Some of the conference rooms can be loud when a plane flames overhead. As long as the presenter has a mic you will be fine though
The lobby is nice. The room is what you expect. Simple but cost effective.
Stayed for a conference during the week. Airport shuttle was a nice convenience. Nice hotel room and a decent size.
VERY CLEAN,FRIENDLY STAFF, MENU FOR SUBSTANCE HAS VARIETY.
Awesome stay during the convention. Helpful and friendly staffs and concierge.
Acceptable for a one night transit facility
Clean and friendly service.
Stayed on the 7th floor, despite being near the top and in the flight path for a landing strip I didn't hear much. The lounge on the eighth floor was very enjoyable
Freindly staff, clean rooms, good meeting facilities.
Staying in the Sheraton hotel in Toronto for three days trip. Very disappointed with service, the towel is not very clean. The closet door is broken. Staying there for three days, no one come to take the garbage, change the towels and fix the beds even though I had told the front desk.
Very good room, excellent service, the only drawback was that the hotel was under renovation.
Large recent rooms, conference rooms of good size. Noise from planes needs to get used.
Terrible experience. Stay away from this place.
This is definitely the worst Sheraton I have ever stayed at, and one of the worst hotel experiences overall.
The rate is at premium levels, but the facilities are awful, dated, ugly and not working properly. Room feels old and dated. The sofa bed in my room looks like its 30 year old, and sitting on it, it feels like the last spring was lost in it 20 years ago.
The air-conditioning can apparently not be turned on in spring for some reason, the motivation is they can only run the ventilation system in heating or cooling mode, Last week it was cold, so they can not switch the system to cooling mode. I don't know what technology they are using, that takes a week to switch, but i would suggest they should look in to replacing it. Perhaps look at a solution that could provide both heat and cold simultaneously, as needed.
So my room is 26 degrees with the windows open. The added bonus of having the windows open is you get woken up by planes on final approach every two minutes. The hotel is perfectly lined up with runway 24R at Pearson Airport. The jets pass just a few hundred meters overhead. With the windows closed the room is 30 degrees warm. Thats 85 farenheit for all non metrics. So you either can't sleep cause you are soaking in sweat, or you cant sleep because of aircraft noise. Your choice.
TV working intermittently. Slow internet connection, measured a few times and averaged at about 100kbit/s. Probably congested because people couldn't watch TV.
Facilities and service would be a disappointment, if this was a budget motel at 80 dollars a night. Here they charge me $239 plus tax, per night.
The room and beds are comfortable but bathrooms are smaller than expected. The caulking and grouting need to be redone to really elevate the bathrooms to make them look clean. There's lots of lighting fixtures around the room to help brighten it up. Before checking into the hotel, I had some questions about my stay. I didn't get the help I was looking for, I had to be connected and transferred to different departments, ended back at reception/front desk 3 times. In the end I still didn't get answers/assistance. I ended up leaving a message for someone to call me back, but never got called back. I will be moving to another hotel for the rest of my stay.
Nice hotel, with up-to-date decor. Staff were helpful and friendly. Conference facilities and food was quite good. The pool is nice as well (indoor, under a glass dome). The only downside is airplane noise ... the hotel is overflown by planes coming in and out of Pearson so bring some earplugs.
The staff and the food was amazing the rooms are spacious and very clean
Super convinient location, quick 25 minute train ride to downtown. Great friendly service.
Attended a conference. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Plenty of local eateries and parking was not a problem at all.
Nice place didn't get the chance to get in the jacuzzi and gym...
I decided to stay at the Sheraton Toronto Airport because of its proximity to the Glendale home. I was there for a sad event but my stay was enjoyable mostly because of the great staff and the comfort of my room.
Staff was good and the restaurant is good, however the my room was not very clean. There was literally garbage all in behind the TV stand, blood on my mattress, and dirt all in the tub when we checked in. I will not stay here again.
There for a work conference. Great facilities: clean, updated decor and technologies. Staff was courteous and barely noticeable during the conference which made it easy to stay connected with the conference presentations.
0 stars.
Booked standard room for a 1 night stay on my honeymoon & park my car. Day of my wedding, as busy as you can imagine , realized I needed to cancel since I no longer had a vehicle to park. Called immediately that morning early , to cancel , the impression was the $282 not be charged , however not the case.
I pleaded it was my an oversight due to my special day with my new wife.
Essentially the comment made was " that's the business of it ".
So beware of the Sheraton hotel chain.
Great place for conference or seminars.i liked the fact that most of their rooms for conferences are on ground floor.
I attended conference for 2 days. The food served was good.
Went there to attend a cocktail party in one of their conference rooms .. Was okay ..
My issue was we had to pay for the parking later on got reimbursed .... Unnecessary hassel
Venue looks newly renovated. Catered buffet food was great. Lots of parking. TTC accessible but travel time can be excessive due to traffic condition.
The Sheraton Toronto Aiport Hotel & Conference C was a great location for our event. Beautiful rooms and great service.
Waiting for shuttle for 40 minutes at the airport ( phoned twice for them to deal with that issue) ended up using taxi. Horrible management !!! Careless !!!
I was there for a card game tournament and the venue was at Sheraton. I've been there before and the place was nice as usual. Great place to be.
Wow, what an amazing hotel. I loved the pool with the plane that pass over the windows top. The hotel restaurant is really good (i just had the chance to taste the breakfast). We had a really good time there :)
Comfortable arrangements and great service. Some guests think overly highly of themselves, but that's not the hotel's fault.
Not happy that I had to pay for parking. Ive been to other hotels where i did not. You already pay for the suite, so why do I have to pay for
Excellent! Very convenient location to the airport!
The room is very nice and clean, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a small but functional work out room, and a pool with a glass ceiling. All flights landing in the YYZ fly right above (closely) the hotel so be prepared and pack your noise cancelling headphones. The chairs in their conference rooms are comfortable which is very important for day long meetings.
One serious problem with my experience was that I had lunch that was provided by the hotel and a sharp foreign object was in it. I ate it with the food because it was within a bite size and I was lucky to not have hurt myself. They pulled the tray a few minutes after I reported to them, however it made me lost my appetite. I think it was a fairly serious food safety issue and tinted the experience.
Excellent amenities and customer service. Location is close to the airport and free shuttle service is accommodated. Concerirge was very helpful and provided helpful suggestions.
Enjoyable stay...great amenities...close proximity to all kinds of great restaurants.
Stay here for business, since the office is right down the street. Clean room, polite people. No fridge in room. They charge for parking.
Very clean hotel though I thought the gender neutral washroom was a bit of a weird experience.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff and close to the airport
Nice and clean room. There's a shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. I had some issues and the staff were very helpful.
There is a free shuttle from Toronto Pearson Airport.
There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
Came here for a conference. The ballrooms were nice and food was good quality. Really considering of having a wedding here one day
Next to the terminal, the perfect place to wait for the flight
Great restaurant and bar attached, good conference facilities. Room clean and quiet, window can sorta kinda roll open
Room was fine, but the lobby had this horrible smell when I entered. I asked at the desk when I checked in and they said that there was work being done on the roof. Oddly the smell just seemed to be in the lobby area.
Wasn't booked in this hotel for stay, but attended the event venue being held here for a social convention (Anime North 2018) being held this past weekend, and overall impression and experience of the hotel was really good.
Fantastic, professional service. Accommodating to pets. Reasonably priced. Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Restaurant on site has amazing food. Highly recommend.
Rooms are okay, the fan is old and making noises during night couldn t sleep well
This is a classy venue and a wonderful place for hosting a conference. It is very spacious, has accessible washrooms, and friendly staff. The event I attended was fully catered and the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre has a licenced bar just outside the conference room.
Comfy rooms, friendly staff, and convenient for the airport. Special thanks to the bartender, who was exceptionally kind to us. Many thanks!
