Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Center Reviews

The meal was very tasty, the chef came to speak to us and make sure that dietary restrictions at our table were adhered to.

Older hotel, but completely renovated. Great location, with close proximity to Toronto Congress Centre and numerous restaurants.

Clean, friendly staff, professional environment. Had a conference to attend that includes breakfast. The buffet layout was simple but filling and the staff was efficient.

Good prices for the room but I find way overpriced the overnight parking, $20 CAD when some of the other hotels around provide free parking.

Volunteer staff at Anime North for over a decade. Clean and well maintained facilities. Lovely staff year in and year out.

The staff were friendly and helpful - particularly Doreen at the front desk. I needed to stay in Toronto an extra night but all the hotels in the area were full or only had 1-2 rooms available at very expensive rates. It was a great relief when Doreen found a hotel room at the same rate. Made my day .

Nice hotel. Work sent me here for the week, loved the stay but I probably wouldn't stay here on my own dime. $20 for breakfast $20 for parking per day. The rooms were clean and the staff were great. There are lots of place to eat within walking distance. There are also lots of cheaper place to eat a short drive away. The room was cleaned every day. The room had a small mini fridge and a digital safe.

This is one of my favorite hotel's! Thr only thing lacking is a jacuzzi, all the other amenities are there.

Staff is always nice and the rooms are spacious. If you want to live like you were at home this is the place!

Nice renovated room. Lounge had nice choices for a continental breakfast. Convenient power plugs in the room. Alarm clock has an outlet behind it for plugging your phone.

Went for a convention, was clean and nice with a lot of space.

It was fine rooms was spacious. No service though and no Wi-Fi.

Attended a busy, crowded event. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Common areas, conference rooms and bathrooms were kept spotless despite the number of people present.

Fail, showed up for a layover in Toronto due to flight delay. All kitchen closed for the night, had a voucher for food from the airline, but wouldn't let me use it to buy a sandwich (already made and packaged) at the front desk....

Weren't fans of the universal temperature control. It was uncomfortable in the room. Albeit it was the only downside for an otherwise wonderful stay, it was a large enough discomfort to knock 2 stars off. Especially because we stayed there as a birthday getaway.

The location is close to the 401 and 427 freeway and the service was excellent.

Good place when in transit. Close to the airport, competitive rates, clean, nice restaurant and bar.

Had a room here for a convention. Hotel was fully booked and they still did an amazing job keeping up.

Needed a place to stay when missed connecting flight. Booked online from the US not realising that the rate was in US dollars - for a Canadian hotel??!!! Shuttle, check-in and room were all fine. Good experience over all.

The rooms are very nice, the dinning was great and the hotel itself is excellent.

Was very comfortable and staff were professional. The room was clean and updated. The facility as a whole was very clean and staff were accessible and visible which was nice and created an atmosphere of safety and security. The meeting room and food was also more than expected. Had issue with hot water the one morning and they apologized and compensated for inconvenience.

It's a nice facility. Didn't use the bar or "amenities" at all, but the rooms are well furnished.

Nice hotel, a reasonable walk from the airport, close to a number of restaurants and the Congress Center

Hotel was really nice, only issue was whatever they wash the bed sheets with gave me an allergic reaction. I don't have any allergies so was very surprised to wake up with a rash on my arms and chest.

This is a very nice and convenient hotel near Pearson Airport

The planes go right overhead you can hear them all day and night. The hotel staff were very pleasant and great atmosphere

After accidentally going to the Sheraton at the actual airport (terminal 3), once we made it to this location, I was in a bad mood. The staff were amazing and extremely dog friendly. We have added this location to our prefered list when traveling from Pearson.

Truely a perfect experience. Everything was smooth and as expected. The staff were super professional and friendly. The rooms are really spacious and provide everything you need ++.

Good. Very friendly, helpful reception staff. Was here for a meeting in a meeting/conference room. Was good! Attendees travelling from out of country were pleased with how close it is to the airport. No complaints.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Staff were friendly and the hotel bar was very nice. Easy to get to and enjoyed my stay there.

I did not stay overnight as the rooms were all booked but my travel itinerary had been completely ruined due to delays and it brought me out of the way to Toronto for over a 12hour layover. Lenny, a housekeeper cleaning the ladies locker room, and Lorenzo, working at the front desk, showed me EXCEPTIONAL compassion and customer service!! (hope I got their names right, trip was a while ago and been meaning to post for some time!) They found out I had been traveling for a couple days by this point and offered to let me use the shower facilities in the female locker room, let me store my luggage there so I could walk around, and gave me have a complimentary breakfast! They made my travel experience 200% better and I m truly thankful for them!! The hotel was also beautiful and had extremely clean facilities. Top class. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope I get to go back to see them one day! Thank you again!!!!

Nice place for conferences. Good catered food for events. Restaurant on-site. Shuttle to airport or train to downtown.

Staff was extraordinary. Room very clean. Great spot off the highway. Hardly heard the airplanes.

Location is great. Nice and close to the highway. The room was bright and clean. Audio had some issue but was fixed right away. Parking was $20.

Got stuck in Toronto overnight and stayed here. Staff was great and the room was too. Good price as well, staying at the other hotel that was closer cost about $100 more but the shuttle was fast and the driver took a short cut and avoided huge traffic! Ty!

Over charged me did not refund for over a month after multiple calls and emails, no one knew how to solve this simple issue.

Has a nice atmosphere for the event. It was clean, and the refreshments provided were also constantly refilled. The ventilation could be a little better, but keep in mind that there were a lot of people attending.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are clean and beds are comfy. The restaurant served delicious food quickly and friendly.

Very large space for events and staff was very helpful and accommodating

It was very clean, tidy, organized, and the staff were vey nice. They even set up tables with water for the event.

I stood outside but the view is nice. They have a pool surrounded by windows so you can enjoy the sun. Pretty bougie.
