heating only in the room, once it gets too hot you better hope it's really cold outside. old dated rooms, worn out beds. friendly staff, good food months restaurant

Rooms was well appointed and clean. The food was fantastic.

Great room, very modern, comfortable King bed. Planes are loud but I enjoyed the noise, parking is expensive (I believe 20 bucks). I also stayed while a teenage volleyball team was in town, boys and girls so there were a lot of teenagers being loud in the hallways purposely being annoying. But not the hotels fault.

Good hotel, free shuttle from airport. not to be confused with the other Sheraton hotel which is actually connected to the airport

Terrible! My daughter (24 yrs) became violently ill 30 minutes after we ate in the hotel restaurant. It is currently 10:20 pm and the noise and partying from the room next to us is unbelievably disrespectful. This hotel tarnishes the entire chain reputation. Nearly $400 a night?? Are you kidding me? I will NEVER stay here again. Less than 1 star.

Rooms where clean and beds where comfortable. The AC didn't cool very well

My only concerned was a false fire alarm at 7am, besides from that service and the hotel was fine.

Gave 3, but I considered 2 because it was just this side of tolerable. Sort of dirty, but the bathroom was clean. Carpet was pretty dirty, though.

Too noisy. Airplane landing just above hotel. It is too noisy every 5 minutes.

I went there for a card-game tournament and it was a good space. It is accessible by TTC.

Attended an event here, it was great! Lots of room, a great atmosphere and a great time!

It's clean and comfortable, and it's fairly contemporary in decor. It's not a large hotel, and there is just the one restaurant (see my Olie's review), but there are a few options nearby.

I always recommend the club lounge option at any Sheraton, and the club lounge in this one is about mid-range ass far as Sheraton lounges go. Still worth it, in my opinion.

Clean and modern hotel with rather small roooms. 5 min drive from the airport. Food (including breakfast of course) is not cheap.

I had a fine experience at this hotel, attending a professional conference. The hotel room was fine (not in perfect shape, but I'm not too picky), the staff were very friendly, the lobby bar was up to date and offered a half decent array of Craft beers. I wasn't very impressed by the fitness room, only having 3 treadmills (all were in use after I got on mine) and they were pretty old, but worked fine. Again, a nice hotel that just didn't knock my socks off. Would stay here again.

Excellent facility and conference center. Been at the property several times, and excellent service and food. Staff are cordial and helpful. Next time I would do a full review of the property and take pictures of the place.

The hotel was very professional in the service provided to our company's conference. Haven't any issues now for the past 3 years at this venue!

I was only there for a night, but I still thought it was an awesome place. I'd go back if given the chance.

Freezing cold conference room. Wind noise outside my room at night (not the hotel's fault), but check to see if noise nusiance is a problem with your room first. Good food and service. Comfortable bed.

The rooms were SUPER LOUD with landing plane traffic, and the food was far from good in the restaurant. I'll be staying somewhere else in the future

The stay was great, and the rooms were spacey and comfortable. Unfortunately the staff were sour faced and angry because of Anime North being that weekend, so that hurt my stay a bit. Over all, I would stay again.

Hotel provided water for the people attending the event, everything was clean, staff was helpful.

So giving a half review becuase sherridons internet went down and the event needed the net. The event though was still amazing just sad sheratons net went down.

The facilities for events are great. The staff keep it clean and keep everything well stocked for us.

The place is very nice. One caveat: there are three Sheratons near Pearson Airport, and the one called the Airport Sheraton is not the one actually on the airport's campus. So if it matters which one you end up at, take some extra care.

Quality staff for check in, provided amenities quickly and politely. Was placed in a room close to the entrance! Parking could be better but more a matter of infrastructure. Good choice for a trip!

The conference was well organized and the space was clean. Our rooms always had water and note pads. The catering staff were very diligent.

- breakfast buffet is very good, lots of selection of hot food as well as pastry and yogurt
- quick wifi with an easy to log in system

The bad
- the rooms aren t as clean as you would expect from a Sheraton, when I checked in, I came upstairs, opened the curtain and there laid a dried up pizza crust. I m not saying they missed a spec of dirt or a fingerprint, but a full blown 3 wide mummified pizza crust

- the ironing board didnt open fully and lock

- the iron didn t work

All in all, not a bad spot, but housekeeping needs to be spoken to.

Nicest rooms during anime north. Just wish it had a microwave.

They were a lot less strict with us this year, making for a smoother experience. The facilities are nice, free water everywhere you go, and very very clean.

The location is very close to the airport. Three are several good restaurants nearby that offer a variety of types of food. The rooms are spacious, but there was an issue with the air conditioning in the room I stayed in, which resulted in the room being slightly humid.

I visited the Olio restaurant at the Sheraton for a Christmas dinner. The food was quite good, and the staff were friendly. I can't comment on the prices - it was a pre-booked event so I'm not sure what costs were like.

I was there for the Anime North convention. It was very well run. I did not see any of the rooms nor did I receive any hotel services.

Great stay! Bed was good...had access to special 8th floor room with comfortable chairs, TV coffee etc!!

Booked this through Hotwire so we didn't know which hotel we would be staying at. If we had paid the regular price we would have been disappointed as there are other hotels in the area that are better.
Reception was OK without being spectacular.
Rooms are in need of refurbishment and the cleaning needs to be stepped up. Our room had garbage under the desk that had not been cleaned and the room/bathroom was a little grubby.

Needed an overnight room in order to catch an early flight the next day. Was pleasantly surprised by the updated modern decor. Good night's sleep despite airplanes landing next door.

Small room sizes, no fridge, bathroom was poor, and the price is too damn high for what the room is. Only redeeming quality was the gym was decent. I'd stay elsewhere unless the room cost sub 75$

Arrived at the Sheraton Toronto around 11pm. There was no one at the front desk. The girl at the spg (VIP guest ?) counter saw us and ignored us. 5min later some one came out to greet us, asked us if we are checking in. We said yes. After that he took a long time figetting with the computer before asking me for my ID and last name. By this time the girl at the VIP counter decided to help the person next in line. They were done check in before our guy asked me for my credit card for incidentals which I already got out and put on the counter with my ID. All this time , guy checked me in without smiles or any pleasantries. Other than the slow and unfriendly check in, the room itself was clean and comfortable. It was great location for an overnight layover.

No complaints. Only issue was the noise but what can you expect from an airport hotel.

Dude. Get some AC in that hallway for Anime north. Service was average C+ for breakfast buffet. Stuff ran empty and my waiter just hid and lurked in the backroom watching me... but not serving me until they decided it was time for the bill. Alright then.

For some reason they cancelled our return reservation and when our travel agent inquired they said they didn't. It was very noisy with airplane noise landing and taking off when we were there the one night we did stay there. I could see them from our rooms window. Shuttle bus service was good. Reception desk people need to work on their people skills. Restaurant food was good but pricey.

A good quiet hotel near the airport. The rooms are a little tired, but renovations are occurring and the staff is great.
