Ok so I was there to see a friend and I have stayes at the Sheraton many times. But this time it wasn't the same maybe because the guard at the front door was having a bad day.. Anywho, still had the time of my life regardless of the bad energy he tried to emit and the Sheraton is always clean and beautiful oh and the breakfast was superb.

Hotel correct, "Luxury" room only has luxury name, it is a standard room, a little extra is the Nespresso machine. the bathroom is very narrow, the sea view is superb. Good place if you like the beach and the sun.
Best location and comfortable rooms. Lovely city walk to everything. Beach is just fantastic and the staff is pleasant , the hotel has an open lobby area that sits a bar and hosts a restaurant and a lounge on the top floor. Centrally located to distant shopping area and right across from the Herbert Samuel Pier. One of my favorite destination.
A real customer complains, you know him and know he left unsatisfied, you have to talk to him in person and do everything you can through a loss of money and a service gesture that does not reach the customer just to remove the criticism. It is impossible to describe how important it is to remove the criticism. Unfortunately, the voice of the complainants sounds louder and the voices of the welcome do not sound at all, it is a bit like road accidents, the news hear about killed from an accident but do not hear about a million and a half drivers who arrived safely, this way and we will not fix the matter only in assertive ways.
Step two - the same real customer is not ready to remove the audit after law and things, etc.
Respond to the body of criticism, always respond, never leave open, always respond respectfully, matter, blame, apologize if need be (even if you have to send a ballistic missile to the client) explain the matter and leave nothing open - Respectfully Answered which respects You and the customer.
Spammer customer, competitors put reviews
it might happen. "It is better for you" to be full of bad reviews (hundreds) because then Google's and Facebook's algorithm knows how to handle it, the main problem is what happens if one customer competes in just opening an email and reviews there?
So here too, first of all to respond even if the customer is impersonating
It s easy to make a hotel look good but it s hard to find good people to work there. The Sheraton Tel Aviv have somehow found all the right people. I will never stay anywhere else in Tel Aviv besides the Sheraton. Thanks to Isaac, Natali, and Moria for making my stay so awesome.
The place is excellent, very nice and polite staff, the rooms are super clean and have everything you need in the room and hotel. View of the sea and the city of Tel Aviv awesome.
My partner and I got engaged and decided to celebrate the event in a quality hotel! When we arrived at the store in the parking lot of the Hashomer hotel, he said that there was no more parking and that we would have to look for available parking in the area - hallucinatory! For the first time in my life I come to a hotel that sends me to look for parking elsewhere! Finally, we arrived to check in at 15:00, what we saw was a queue of people to get to the officials .. Let's put aside the fact that there is no observance of the rules of the Ministry of Health, we waited close to an hour to check in, tired From the long drive, no one offered us to drink even a glass of water! The clerk told us he was sorry for the wait and that the hotel was fully booked - a fact of interest to me! I arrived at the 5 star hotel not to wait an entire hour and not to dry out from this heat without even a glass of water! He "pizzaed" us in the suite and promised to stay the next day until 4 instead of 12. When we got to the room there was 1 bottle of water (this is what should be enough for us after we drank nothing) we showered and made sure to close well - which did not help because all the water came out and a pool was created, it was not Nobody cared when I commented on it! The climax was that the maid knocked on our door at 7 in the morning and woke us up and at the height of her impudence also opened the door and entered the room while we jumped out of bed in a panic! According to her at the reception we did not update her that there are people in the room - wonderful. I have never experienced such awful service in any hotel! I will never come to this hotel again and make sure that our family and close friends also know about it. After all we wanted on this vacation was just to rest, and celebrate our joy, everything was ruined, Thanks to the Sheraton Hotel, we did not expect such awful service!
Everything was fantastic. From the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, to the well kept building and up to date rooms. The food and amenities are top notch. Most importantly, this hotel has the 3 main things that make for a successful business. Location, location, and location. The Tel Aviv Sheraton is on the beach, across the street from the promenade and easy access to and from it with either buses and or Taxis. I will be back next summer!!!!
The hotel is ideal for conferences thanks to its proximity to and exceptional views of the sea. The restrooms are clean. The buffet lunch was outstanding.
The experience was above and beyond the service so wonderful, pleasant and especially fast the rooms were as we wished the breakfast was very pampering and in summary the service made us the weekend much more successful (:
Very disappointing stay in this Sheraton Hotel, that can't keep up with almost any other Starwood Hotel. And I'm not referring to the rooms, that are refurbished (but in a cheap way) and are small, but more to the unfriendly and incompetent staff. starting with the bellman, that was unable to order or get us cabs and spoke no or bad English, to the receptionist, that instead of welcoming us, was telling us what is not possible. but worst of all was the lady (I think her name was Natalie) that was checking at the pool area all the guest for the pool card. so when I got there, I told her that I just want to check if my friends are at the pool, gave her my pool card and the room number and said I'm back in 1min as I was in a rush. then 1min later, got back to her and she looked at me as if she never saw me before, then I said I would like to have the pool card back, but although I just talked to her about me being in a rush, she couldn't find the card anymore... incredible... but instead I should go to the reception downstairs to get a new one, although reception was overcrowded due to many guests arriving. and instead of apologizing, she started to play on her phone again (on facebook) and put her ear buds in to listen to music. incompetent and unfriendly... so the hotel would get with friendly and trained staff a 4 star rating (for the nice location at the beach) , but with this staff only 2 stars. As I'm a traveler that stays over 100 nights with the Starwood chain, I think I can say that this was by far the worst experience ever.
It is a Sheraton, and you can expect a fair degree of consistency at Sheratons across the world. This one seems a bit nicer, and it has the standard amenities (including a very decent club lounge with drinks, appetizers, and a nice view of the water). The rooms are decent enough as well, including clean and spacious enough.
Really did not meet my expectations. Hotel is outdated and needs major renovations inside and out. They declined to upgrade us to suites which were available. Pool area says kid friendly, but far from it. Food was bad. Coffee and even the scrambled eggs were watered down. Concierge service knew close to nothing. Also failed to hold our reservations at the restaurant. Bell staff was slow. Staff found it difficult to smile I made my complaints known and little to nothing was done about it.
Sheraton next to the best beach in Tel Aviv is an awesome combination. Food and services are up to the mark. The security is a little tight compared to other Sheraton hotels, which I think it's good. The reception area where we find most delays is handled well actually. Room and cleanliness: 5/5 Intelligible response to questions in "English": 5/5 People friendly: 5/5 Services and restaurants is again five I never used the hotel transport. Please check hotel reception if you wanted to enter the beach at odd hours. Pics of view from hotel are attached.
Good hotel with, in the renovated part, beautiful rooms. All services that you would expect are present. The only comment I would like to make relates to the hotel bar. This closes quickly, sometimes not all beers from the barrel or lukewarm beer.
This is one of the best Sheratons I've stayed in during last several years. Of course, having Gold SPG status and being upgraded to Club Lounge room, added to my positive experience. Club is great, food, wine, ambience, service, views. Rooms are quite nice and modern, good sized, with balcony facing the beach and Marina. Cheerful service, all is good, with only few minor wrinkles.
Look no further - this is a well run and well kept hotel in the heart of the Tel Aviv beach scene. The staff was attentive and friendly. We stayed on the 16th floor, two adults and three kids (adults in one room and kids in the adjacent room). Updated and clean rooms, beautiful ocean and promenade views. As customary for an Israeli hotel, we had a delicious breakfast buffet with a rich variety of food in the hotel's Kum Kum restaurant. Easy access to the promenade and beach, and beach towels are provided as you walk out of the hotel's beach access exit. For Marriott Bonvoy members, they do honor late check-out requests.
I don't want any stars. I wasn't able to tell you exactly what line to line up, so I waited 25 minutes at check-in I was ignored when I told them to tell me the line that should be lined up properly. If you plan to stay in Tel Aviv, we recommend that you do not choose this hotel. I love Marriott SPG, but there is no repeat here. First of all, I would like you to learn from the general level of hotel services. Furthermore, the manager who seems to be a manager without doing anything should acquire the skill of moving himself.
Sheraton staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. This hotel is close to a lot of well established places to eat and nearby shopping malls. The beach is across the street and there is a towel service at the beach exit which is incredibly useful! Will stay here whenever I visit Tel Aviv.
Charming hotel, paid hourly parking for guests, on the promenade of Tel Aviv next to the sea, pleasant atmosphere, small room, small balcony, small and aesthetic shower
