Spent the day at the pool. It was very nice although there was confusion over our reservation and chairs.

In an old hotel, there are no convenience stores, supermarkets, drug stores or restaurants around. It is far from the train station and I have to walk by the side of the driveway. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel lobby is deceiving of the rooms! Old hotel, old rooms but an affordable SPG property with easy access to central Rome for sightseeing. The hotel shuttle is a convenient way to get to/from Rome.

Excellent hotel with large convention center and several parking lots !! The hotel has many rooms, with bathroom, safe and kettle corner! The restaurant serves a great international breakfast, good restaurant !! The conference center has many rooms with valid technological equipment, not excellent but valid! Outdoor smoking area, covered and equipped with benches !! Staff at the height, even if very busy cleaning and order are at the top !!!

Hotel which had its apogee years ago.hambres has renovated.Trop far from Rome center and to take the subway it is necessary to follow the highway an aberation for a hotel 4 * more!

Excellent hotel, elegant and comfortable rooms, impeccable service. The spacious room with sitting area, really a space that from room to room. Spacious bathroom, with bathtub, well-stocked toiletries, even a shoe sock and thread agon if needed. A stone's throw from the eur, a great hotel.

nice hotel apart from the prices ... a cafe at the bar counter 3 euro !!!!! too many also because it is always a coffee !!!!! rude bar waiter ... anyway very expensive ...

Oddly slow check-in, room spacious enough but beds not very comfortable. Good internet connection, we didn't try the breakfast so I can't judge.

Three years ago I decided to celebrate my graduation at the Sheraton.
What can I say, professional is little.
It was a wonderful party, the food tasted great, there was everything, even the popsicles in the mini freezer (too cute).
The guy who organized the event was truly flawless.
On the evening of the party there was a centerpiece of sunflowers (my favorite flowers) on each table, which I had not requested, it was a beautiful and unexpected surprise.
Fantastic !!!! I hope I can celebrate a new event with you

You have to review the relation between restaurant employes and guests. The rooms were extremely Hot. Alot to improve.

I would like to register the bad service of receptionist Elisa, who mistreated and humiliated a crew crew for breakfast, due to the wrong information she gave herself ...
He spoke out loud and embarrassed everyone who was there ... even in the presence of several guests ...
The breakfast manager ... very polite and solicitous, talked to tds, profile of a leader ... who treated his customers with respect and friendliness .... unlike the receptionist Elisa and the hotel manager, who even at knowing what happened, was neutral ... he did not take any action, remembering that the same receptionist has denied us since our arrival ... in the delivery of daily money envelopes with wrong names and getting excited when asked ... remembering that if the name made no difference ... should not be discriminated in the envelope ... Anyway, a hotel of this network that is so excellent can not allow this type of attitude of its employees ...
Never been so embarrassing an approach in the middle of breakfast ... We were all surprised and annoyed with such an attitude ... I hope that never happens this type of thing, since we spent much of our time in hotels and we would like at least to be treated with respect and cordiality ...

The service in the restaurant is very bad
You have to call the waiter 50 times for him to come to you to order a drink

good location, walking distance to Congressi Palazzo and Metro station

It's a nice hotel, but to be five stars, it's pretty bad. The decoration is old and quite deteriorated. Breakfast is quite limited and deteriorated over time. It is located in such a way that you can only move by public transport or rent a car. There are always conferences, so from time to time they also close the pool for the rest of the guests. I do not recommend it for the price quality ratio.

We had conference in this hotel on 3 to 6 june 2015, My purse got stolen from hotel premises itself
i lost 3000 Euros , Indian currency and Both my Mobile phones , there was nobody other than hotel
staff , they should've cooperate with us bt inspite of cooperating they were mocking at us and our
situation , We asked for CCTV but they said we do not have camera in our conference hall at hotel
we have only one camera that too outside the hall , and we cant let u check it without FIR ...
there were not even electrical kettle , or dental kit . iron or bathroom slippers, fridge or the basic amenities that are available in even a low budget hotel , they are ruining sheraton's image .. the staff are litterly BUNCH OF CROOKS .......

Stay in excellent conditions at the Sheraton in Rome. The service is impeccable and the rooms were very clean. The location of the hotel allows you to reach the main tourist places of the Italian capital quite quickly.

In the hotel even though the tub was not the best, but clean, friendly staff, nice pool, American breakfast, the bar on the ground floor dear

This is the worst spg hotel I have ever stayed, first were 2 of the sockets in our room that weren t working, we called customer service and were told they will sent someone to help shortly , we stayed in our room for more than 3 hours until it was 9:00 pm and no one came. We were starving so we decided to have dinner, we went to the restaurant in this hotel, asked manager for a table, and he was extremely rude we full, can t you see? Go outside and ask them , so we did, and this was the best part, we stood at the front desk for 5min and get completely ignored, there was a waiter right in front of me and a manager running around, we said hallo 4 times and finally got his attention. This was the conversation, hallo, could we... I DONT KNOW! emm we just want a table for 2 WE FULL! WE GOT A MEETING HERE! Then there were bunch of Italian that I don t understand, well I saw three tables were empty but not cleaned at all. Anyway, right now we are staying in our room and starving cuz there are no restaurants in half miles range, reported everything to customer service and got our manager will call you back The time now is 22:53. Oh we were gold member btw

The Sheraton Roma Hotel & Conference Center is located close to the EUR Magliana area of Rome. This is a 4 Star hotel with conference centre, leisure facilities and hotel rooms that meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel.

We arrived from Leonardo da Vinci International Airport by bus and the walk from EUR Magliana station was unpleasant-having to navigate major roads with very few footpaths with heavy luggage. We got a taxi on the way back to Rome Ciampino airport and that option was far more comfortable! We chose this hotel as part of a short break and having visited Rome previously the plan was to have a few days relaxing holiday making use of the hotel facilities and a few trips to Rome rather than spending most time in Rome city centre.

There is a hotel shuttle bus to Rome at discounted rates for hotel guests but this only runs till 22:00 so if you plan to spend most of your time in Rome book a hotel nearer the centre.

The check in was smooth and professional-the staff were slightly over-professional with a slight edge as can be the way with some 4 Star hotels-a warmer approach would have been welcome.

We were upgraded from a Classic Room to a Superior Room and while this was pleasant enough there was nothing too exciting.

The lobby area is smart as is the hotel bar. We used room service and enjoyed a lovely fresh fruit platter delivered quickly to the room. The outdoor swimming pool area was pleasant enough although slightly cool in September!

Would say that the room rate is slightly over-priced in view of the uninspiring room standard and lack of proximity to Rome.

However if you are attending a conference or event or a stop over before/after a flight then the hotel is a good option if you are looking for a 4 star property.

If you have the misfortune to happen in a day of big turnout (classes or events are often present) be patient to get checked in.

No !!! I recommend this hotel. They rehoused us for the reason of cancellation of a flight and they indicated to us after a while of waiting that they would admit us in another block located to about 700metros. Since our flight left very early, we asked for some food, juices, sandwiches, etc. for the four children who were traveling with us and they said NO, when there were waiters in the restaurant and our children had not eaten for ten hours. VERGONZO. CIAO SHERETON. Total lack of humanity.

Rooms are in a very bad shape , about 40 years old. However, staff did everything possible to find the best room available.

Hotel organized well, parking ok, courtesy cleaners, dated structure but still in good shape, don't get close to the bar, 2 bitters 20 euros, and tell yourself about so many Gavisvon bags, the kitchen is very bad

Room and breakfast are ordinary business hotels. The most disappointing thing is free Wi-Fi only in the lobby. Your room is charged.
I stayed for two nights. On the first day TV remote control failure, the next day card key failure, replacement. The old woman such as the bathroom is noticeable, but the amount of hot water and temperature are enough. The surrounding area is surrounded by greenery and roads, there is nothing else, and the nearest supermarket and Carrefour are lightly climbed on foot, 20 minutes.

Pay parking, 24 euros a day ... rude service from the reception to the rooms.

The club floor is lovely with a nice view. The room is comfortable and has the usual amenities. The club lounge is a very nice perk of the club floor with nice snacks and beverages of different types throught most of the day. The roof top terrace is a lovely space with great view but it is severely showing its age and in desperate need of a facelift. The pool area is quite relaxing and fun on a hot day and while the prices at the bar are not cheap they are average for a hotel. The cost for a lounge chair should be looked at as a perk for the club floor patrons especially given the hotels need to be updated.

Hotel is nice but seems to not be refubrished since ages. It offers shuttle buses to city centre, but there's no clear message that the bus costs 10 EUR both ways and you need to purchase a ticket at the concierge desk. Restaurant is ok, serving continental breakfast. All in all hotel is fine, but the price is not reflected inside.

A hotel that aspires to be a high-end hotel and then in simple details it appears as a trivial three-star hotel

I worked here for an event, good hotel maybe a little dated. Fluctuating staff, some really good elements, others less so. It is still a good option.

I was expecting something a lot more "European Style" - small rooms/bathrooms, old fixtures, poor amenities, but instead I got quite a nice hotel, large rooms with a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price! They offer convenient shuttles to-and-from downtown and the airport at a reasonable price, and are within 15 mins walk of the EUR downtown, which is full of nice shopping and restaurants. Biggest downside - it's 20-30 mins to get downtown, making each day trip a commitment, but I'd take the trade again in a heartbeat.
