Old hotel recently refurbished that has as plus the great position in front of the sea (even if, you need to cross a road to reach the beach).
Rooms are clean but "tired". Some of them are new, mostly are just repainted, but furniture are very old style also the new one, and the bathrooms, also the new one are still missing the shower.
Nice breakfast but very expensive if not included in your rate.
Gym really need to be completely refurbished.
Swimming pool is fine.
The service offered is anyway one of the best in Tel Aviv, were, we have to say, the general hotelier offer is far from being good comparing to Europe.

The hotel is over expensive for what offer and far from what you expect from SPG but remain one of the best choice in Tel Aviv.

Feb 2019. Updated and remodeled rooms are a nice improvement over the previous arrangement.- Outstanding location across the street from the main Beach area in Tel Aviv. About a 30-minute walk down the beach to Jaffa. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice common areas with bar, restaurant, pool, and spa. The rooms are a bit dated but generally clean. The in-room WiFi does not normally have a strong signal and is slow. Beds are reasonably comfortable but the pillows can be a bit hard. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure in the shower. Prices are about average for a Tel Aviv beachfront hotel.

The Sheraton Tel Aviv is a beautiful hotel with great views of the beach. The rooms was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. There is also a delicious breakfast buffet available. I would happily stay at the Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel again.

The experience was not very good as the service was below par and the food was very bad......very ordinary. The room was very good and the receptionist (Ms. Mila) was very good and helpful.

The attitude of the staffs are bad......rather very poor with attitude issues. I wouldn't suggest this place.

Stained carpet. Smells. Only careres to business people who have low standards. Food ran out during buffet so arrive early. Gross. If you stay l, make sure it is on floors 12 and above. Other rooms should be condemned.
