We stayed a moment after the hotels opened. The hotel was under-occupied. The staff was cordial and very kind. The food was served to the room due to the limitations of the corona and was packaged and served in a pleasant and inviting way and was delicious and fresh. The lobby is renovated and charming, the rooms a bit outdated. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Very enjoyable hotel especially if you are part of Sheraton frequent guest program as the lounge is very helpful: food, drinks, relaxation and a nice view. The swimming pool is often empty so if you like to swim, take advantage of it. Or head to the beach that's just across the street.

Great beach front location. Everything is a short or long walk (along the beach) away. Rooms are nice, a little bit tight/narrow but beds are firm and comfortable. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food is amazing, love the buffet breakfast.

One big disappointment from a hotel that considers itself a five star hotel! Receiving rooms: an hour and a half wait, breakfast waiting over 20 minutes, sparse supply, where and where (at the next table were other foods than what we were offered) Lack of manpower even though it was very crowded, and the highlight cops knocking on our room door at midnight claiming noise ( We heard music) without the accompaniment of the cab, without a complaint received.
The price is exorbitant without any consideration, not in the service (the insolence of the workers especially from Mr. Mark) and the insensitivity on the part of the girl who was at the reception named Ginifer, for an unusual event late at night.
The citizens of the country who come to rest and forget some of the hassles of the day recommend us to save their money and go out into nature.
Not worth it not in price, not in the level of service and certainly not in indulgences. Considering suing the hotel for mental anguish, freedom we have not experienced !!

Great experience! The location is very central, plus it's on the beach! The room was just refurbished and looked pristine, no-nonsense, no carpeted floors, really comfy. I used the gym which is quite large compared to others, and the breakfast options were many and delicious.

One of the best beaches in Tel Aviv. I almost always go only to him. The place is relatively calm. There facilities and excellent service. It is suitable for any traveling group arriving. In short - you all know the beach. What is the question of whether to come or not? Take a swimsuit and enjoy it!

The Sheraton is a larger chain hotel and this particular hotel was very busy in July 2019. I usually might give this type of hotel a 3-4 star rating but this Sheraton truly deserves 5 stars thanks to the room I was assigned and the exceptional service at the pool bar. My room had a perfect view of the sea and I was able to watch the sunset while live music played down below. Beach access was easy from the hotel and I was provided with two nice sized beach towels. Because there were quite a few large jelly fish out in late July, I opted for a nice long swim in the pool just before sunset. The bartenders at the pool were great as the service was quick and drinks very good. I was able to enjoy music and the sound of the ocean from my balcony. I also had a chance to have a full breakfast from the breakfast buffet. I opted for an omelette, fresh baked bread, and a nice latte from the fancy latte machine. Great stay and walking distance to so many shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Really not luxurious hotel.

Really not luxurious hotel.
Although we'm celebrating 50.
We asked for milk on the first day twice.
Did not bring. On the second day we asked again and then remembered.
We asked to extend the departure to Mutsach.
did not agree.
Although the hotel has maybe ten percent occupancy.
Sucks.
Empty parking requires payment ...
One can indulge in having the ability not to be stingy.
I'm probably asking not to be a club member and not to come back here.

I love the Sheraton Tel Aviv. The renovated rooms are comfortable and well-designed, the views down the beach are stunning and the Club Lounge for Platinum SPG members offers a great service with a lovely patio on the 18th floor. I'll stay again if I have another chance to visit Tel Aviv.

Very bad experience we paid 2100 shekels per night "in the suite" smell of stench and dried in the rooms I returned if a seizure. That the principal is indeed aware of this smell. The textile business was nice. Beyond that do not recommend
Tease us for another three hours at the exit of a joke

I did not liked that at 08.00 o'clock in the morning knocked on the door, the cleaner to clean the room, I to clean the room. At 08.00 ?? I was awake, but it's not ok..
another thing that I didn't like is that I had to pay for breakfast although the room costs $ 200 per night. sorry, but is not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel.

Dated building and rooms. Great location next to the beach and walking distance to lively neighborhoods and excellent restaurants (both high end and street). Very friendly staff, but they should really consider updating the hotel.
