Amazing place, quality, the rooms are stunning, the pool is very nice but disturb the guests with questions about their room to make sure there are no infiltrators .. Terribly annoying to the guests

Beautiful views, and easy access to the beach. The food is at a relatively high standard for hotels in Israel. Indoor and cozy pool.
Rooms are outdated with old-fashioned air conditioning. A fact that interferes when you switch the system to heat and a hot day arrives. The only way to ventilate and cool the room in this case is by opening the porch door, which is dangerous when you are with children.
Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel is located in an excellent location on the promenade within easy walking distance of all the tourist and interest centers in Tel Aviv. The hotel has been refreshed and adapted mainly to businessmen who come for business and trips in Israel in general and Tel Aviv in particular.
Service is always good. Not exceptional though. Although I have to credit Mazal (she's a manager of the lounge); her service and treatment of the guests is exceptional The property is we'll kept but a bit stale. They've updated the elevators so that counts for something. The restaurant downstairs is great although a little pricey. Breakfast buffet is massive but it's all kosher so don't get your hopes up. Still a fantastic place which I'll continue to stay when in the city.
We arrived on a short Friday and Saturday. From the first moment the service was exceptional. Already at the reception they upgraded our rooms, offered us to stay well beyond check-out time, added us breakfast in one of the rooms because we accidentally forgot to book, and at no extra cost. The rooms were stunning, beautiful, clean (and we are very picky almost no hotel in the country has been able to please us in this respect) The pool is pleasantly clean. Every request is answered immediately. The breakfast is of the highest quality. The hotel is within walking distance of everything central. In short the only less good thing was that the holiday was over :(. Special thanks to the amazing Mickey from the reception with exceptional service. We will definitely be back again soon.
Too hot around the outdoor hotel pool and although there is shade from an endless cloudless sky, the glass surround prevents the gentle coastal breeze from cooling those that need poolside
I d give it 2.5-3 stars. Location is great but property is tired and the service wasn t up to par for the cost. It was mostly an accumulation of a number small customer service issues but it built up over the 5 days.
Location is A+, but service (especially room service) is unfortunately abysmal. Most rooms need a complete revamp. If you can, ask for a remodeled room (on the 13th floor). I would not return to this hotel; there are newer hotels nearby to spend your money with better customer service.
Beautiful five-star hotel on the promenade of Tel Aviv. Located 200 meters from the sea with a large sea beach and 10 minutes on foot from the city center.
This is one of the best Sheraton hotels I ve ever stayed in. The rooms are really nice and clean. The hotel feels clean and up to date. The staff is very helpful. The location is amazing. Right by the beach, upgrade to a sea view if you can. It s an amazing view and you can really hear the waves. The hotel restaurant at the bar isn t good and overpriced. the breakfast served in kum kum is great.
Rooms are pretty ok but wifi is a mess, impossible to watch a movie without break. Room service really expensive and poor quality. Could be better for Sheraton
Excellent Sheraton Hotel right on the beach. The hotel is next to one of the best beaches in Tel Aviv. A beach exit with free towel rentals makes visiting the beach effortless. The staff are highly attentive and the rooms have a stunning view of the shoreline
Was there for a conference. Awesome service. Coffee was a bit too scarce and even bitter. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Hotel was clean to a very high level. Would definitely come back with the family.
At the hotel reception I asked to speak to my guests who had arrived at the hotel that day, I was told they had not arrived yet, I had waited in the hotel lobby for more than half an hour and since I did not think they had not yet arrived from the hotel, I decided to call the hotel and then they had been in their room for over two hours, Professional and a pity, the total looks very nice hotel
I was truly astonished by the poor level of customer service, the absolute inconsistency of service. There are many, many hotels in Tel Aviv. This one is tired, it is dated, its rooms and bathrooms and public facilities are in great need of updating. That would matter maybe less if the staff were better skilled and trained in customer care and service. The list os issues we had during our recent stay are far too numerous to detail in this review. Issues arise in life, certainly but this many in a mere week at a supposedly 5 star hotel cannot be excused. Had they been effectively and professionally dealt with that would have been something but all I can say is "Fawlty Towers eat your heart out!"
Great location, Jaffa just down to the south.. We were locked down in quarantine so no getting out to explore...hotel staff very friendly and understanding/helpful of the situation. Room service was outstanding, rooms clean and large enough to "suffer" through the 2 days we were there. Thank you!
Which is at the hotel at the end of August The hotel is nice and the room we took is beautiful. The breakfast is just awful! The conduct is under all criticism and there is simply nothing to eat. (It seems that the situation is being exploited) Entrance to the spa for an additional fee and the size of the pool is just a joke. Of course the expensive price is not worth the consideration Poor service and needless to say we will not be back.
Shame on you sheraton. False advertising on your website. Rooms are old, dirty and small. Sheraton upgraded one room took pictures and made you think your room would be beautiful. Rooms are old be prepared . Bathrooms are run down. Plumbing issues. No customer service at all. Every employee there is rude. You ask for towels, housekeeping gets mad they have to bring it up. No one greets you when you enter or leave the building. Be prepared to have nothing to eat on Shabbat. Everything is closed. Don't go to the buffet on chabbat, you will pay to eat cereal. This hotel is definitely not 5 stars it is more like a motel. I do not recommend staying here.
Can t say enough good things about my recent stay here. The location of the hotel is just perfect, Club Lounge is a big plus and the staff fantastic, specially Mazal on Club Lounge she is a star. Concierge (Agne) also was very helpful and efficient. Definitely I will come back on my next trip to Tel Aviv!
A very vibrant yet dignified location with friendly service and clean, spacious interior. Highly recommended for group visiting and organisations. Great waterfront vista, especially on cool nights with aircraft approaching landing pattern in Ben Turion Aip't just a short leap from there.
