A little disappointed of the hotel: It looks old, the rooms and bathrooms are a tad fair and, on the food, on Saturday they drastically reduce their breakfast and dinner menu according to the Kosher. Magnificent views and correct service.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, very good cleanliness. Breakfast served at the table has a clean selection without all the hustle and bustle of discarded food piles, toppings can be requested.

An excellent Shabbat meal served by the waiters, recommends making a separation in an area where the destinations are families with children for single couples or adults.

The waiters and dining room manager are attentive.

The thing that was a bit difficult for us is the Shabbat elevator that we do not know when it will arrive.

Great hotel staff so helpful & friendly. Club lounge support & food is above what other Sheraton hotels provide, well done. Car parking is the only issue.

Updated Hotel is still a good 4 to 5 but with everything I m starting to find in Israel, why are car parks used as toilets come on where not in the Middle Ages toilets can be found, it just stinks of stale urine!!!!!!

Ideally located at the beach with splendid views of the sea. You can watch the sun set from the comfort of your own bed.
The rooms are comfortable yet a little bit outdated.
The pool is area is cosy and the well stocked bar is a great meeting place for pre-dinner drinks.

Great hotel!

Great hotel!
Rooms were clean and spacious, we were in a room with a sea view and it was superb.
Breakfast is very tasty and the location of the hotel itself is rare.

Great service, club lounge is very pleasant. Room was on the 18th floor with sea view. There is a (very small) balcony. The bathroom is quite small, a sink, bath, toilet. The room itself is spacious. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The defective coffee machine was changed without hesitation.

Best SPG property in Tel Aviv. Rooms are updated with great views on either side. If you can try to get a room on a higher floor to enjoy the views.

Get access to the club lounge if you can hit meals served evenings which are plentiful and delicious. If you are in a pinch and have to work and skip going out to eat the selection in the lounge will hold you over for the night. Also breakfast in the restaurant is delicious (no meat) but try the tuna it s very good.
If given the option to check in on the 18th floor instead of the lobby have the lobby staff call up to see if there is a long line of people checking in to save you time. There are only 2 staff up there to process check ins and outs which can lead to you waiting when you can get the same thing done in the lobby without a wait.

The gym has equipment (free weights, other workout machines) but I don t like how close the treadmills are. Not to much ventilation either you might want to run outside along the beach.

Overall a great location.

The whole kosher hotel thing is a nuisance for guests, and considering what we are paying, pretty poor service. Loses a star for that. Loses another one for adding miscellaneous fictitious charges to our bill. How do they think they will get away with this?

EXTREMELY CHILD UNFRIENDLY, and CONDESCENDING.

Don't stay here if you travel with children.

This hotel is located right across the beach, with a stunning view from the room. The facilities are also in good condition. However, as a wanderlust family, we've travelled to many places, and stayed with numerous Marriott hotels, this is the first one that's so CHILD UNFRIENDLY, that for the first time, we feel we're being penalized for travelling with a child.

We weren't allowed to use the lounge with her, and we weren't allowed to take any food or drink items from the lounge! This mean that even if my husband and I take turns to have food and drink, the child has to starve.

Won't come back.

UPDATE following Response from the owner:
"Response from the owner a day ago
Hey Yiyao, thank you for sharing your thoughts about your stay. Apologies if you feel that we fell short in providing service to you and your family. Please keep in mind that we are transparent and share information about our club rooms, unfortunately we do not allow any guest under the age of 18 year. We do have multiple option for children from our lobby and room service menus that I wish you would have tried. Daniel - Director of Rooms"

To answer your reply Daniel:
1. Apparently, your rule is not transparent enough. We were sent up to the 18th floor by your front desk staff who informed us that we would wait in the Lounge while our room was being cleaned. We only learned about your Lounge rule from your lounge staff.

2. No staff ever informed us on other options available for children either in the lobby or from room service menus.

3. For all the Marriot hotels we had stayed, you're the only one with this lounge rule (not even in a country where one child policy was in effect for over half a century) - which does not make you a superior hotel, but a FAMILY UNFRIENDLY one.

4. This lounge rule deprives clients with small children to enjoy lounge service that was granted due to their loyalty to the Marriot brand. Therefore, this disqualifies you as a contributing member to the Marriot brand as well.

Overall, FAMILY UNFRIENDLY, and CONDESCENDING.

Great

Excellent food.

Excellent food.
Service of the Zion Dining Room.
In my opinion just a lack of manpower.

We stayed at Sheraton Tel Aviv for our wedding night, everything was outstanding, they took care of everything and been very kind and helpful, especially Mazal who was amazing and helped the bride 24/7!

The hotel itself is nice, rooms are ok but small. What ruins it all is the horrible management. They kiss up to a few rich guests and treat everyone else like total garbage.

We stayed there a week, paid full price and even overpaid, yet every single member of management was rude, unhelpful and arrogant.

If you remotely care about your experience while visiting Tel Aviv I high recommend staying elsewhere.

Fantastic hotel right next to the beach. the perfect location. I just came for a meeting at the lounge at the 18 floor, the view is amazing! in general the hotel looks very good with professional staff and my short experience been great.

Probably the best location on the seafront. Expensive but classy. if you know someone who is there I recommend the 17th floor. it's a snack open 24/7. from the croissanterie to the case everything is good.
clearly not accessible to everyone.
the sunset is impressing

Hotel is quite beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly. Beds and pillows are great. Did not spend much time in the hotel because we were out exploring. Concierge Lounge had plenty of food and liquor and was quite comfortable. Only wish they had Scotch that was better than Johnnie Walker red.

Fantastic hotel in a great location by the beach. Some people have complained in the reviews that rooms were old but ours looked newly renovated. View from the balcony was great. Standard rooms are a bit small but still good. Suites are very big. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. Concierge helped us with many things. Club is also the best club of any Sheraton I've ever stayed at. Food was great both in the club and room service. Pool area is big and lively. Only complaint I have was with the "free tour" of the old city yaffo that was advertised in the hotel. It was advertised as a 3 hour tour of the old city and tel aviv but it was essentially a trip to the diamond center in tel aviv. We left around 930am and by 1130am we were still at the diamond center in tel aviv waiting for the rest of our group to finish shopping. We ended up leaving the tour. This isn't the fault of the Sheraton just didn't know where else to write it.

I love Tel Aviv, and I really like this location across from the beach. Restaurant has a great breakfast with champagne. Rooms are large and some are updated. I would give it 5 stars except some of the rooms are not updated and the air conditioner doesn't work well. Many sliding doors are corroded and difficult to close. Some of the staff are rude.

Great hotel but only if you receive one of the renovated rooms. Was offered a room on the 4th floor despite my initial hesitation and it was substandard. Moved to the 13th and it was more appointed. Breakfast is one of the better I've experienced from a hotel. Gym was more than adequate. Location is perfect, walking distance to a lot of things and right on the promenade.

Developed a horrible rash that spread from my wrist all the way to my elbow. Called swimmers itch the cause being from there pool which is not clean. Called the Sheraton to see how they will deal with the situation and they put me on hold for 10 minutes and told me afterwards that there is no manager on the premises. This was at 3pm. Left my number and no call back. Not to mentoon the room cost $420 a night with no breakfast. Terrible experience do not recommend, go to the Hilton way better hotel for your money.
