Great hotel by the sea, awesome food, amazing view of the sea.
Fun hotel, excellent service and cozy rooms and comfortable bed
Expensive compared to Europe, but the service is decent. There is no meat for breakfast, which is expected)
This hotel is grate if you are a Platinum Preferred Guest other wise your experience may vary widely the club room is amazing I love the view and the staff is so nice and helpful I was vary impressed other then the fact thay dont offer late check-out for Saturday/shabbat (this is a much for Isreal hotels) I was vary happy with my stay and I don't think I have ever eaten so health in my life.
I attended an international conference there. Was excellent. Clean, functional, Sirolim and Hd"a close. Beautiful view from the showcase. ideal!
Just went to visit...they enjoyed the hotel, nice quiet place for coffee or hang out on the deck over looking the beach.
As the other corporate hotels great location on the beach. Early morning jogging guaranteed
Great hotel nice balcony with views spacious room
I was at the conference, the food was excellent, the drinking was good. Access to parking is very unpleasant. Parking is full of puddles.
Excellent location. Great service. Club lounge open from 06.30 to 23 hours
I know that this period (Corona) is problematic in terms of the level of service in the hotels, and yet, the level of service we received in the Sheraton Tel Aviv was under all criticism!
Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in the last week of August.
Although we booked a room and added a request for a cot, when we arrived the bed was not in the room.
We wanted to call reception but the phone was disconnected!
Not bad, we turned on the TV to relax but we saw that it is broken, channels can not be moved and it can not be turned off! A hotel technician had to arrive and for about half an hour he fiddled with the TV set to fix it.
We will continue. We were a family of 4, we booked 2 nights, but the room only had 2 towels and no extra blankets at all!
I went down to the reception, told them about everything. Did not bring. We fixed the phone. I called again, only the third time someone bothered to bring blankets and towels.
What more?
Breakfast - Corona meal served: only at waitresses. One waitress, young, at 5 tables. My wife does not eat milk. We wanted to know what milk is and what is not. The waitress does not know. Brought 3 small pastries - they are cold. Brought 2 small loaves to a family of 4. Not bad. We will wait for the main courses. We asked for a salad. Not reached. We wanted Belgian waffle pancakes (kids, that's what they like ...) The waitress replied that we only deserve one dish per family. What stinginess! I asked to speak to the manager. he arrived. Explained that this is the procedure. We did not agree. Brought at the end both. Why did she have to humiliate us in front of the manager ?! No salad has arrived yet.
We will continue. We went on a tour of the city. We returned - did not clean the room. Do not change wet towels. We got stuck without towels. We asked for a cleaning of the room. Arrived while we were resting at noon.
day after. They did not clean again. We gave up. We canceled the second breakfast and ordered delivery ...
Really really ashamed that this is a service you get for a vacation that costs 5,000 NIS.
With its prime location downtown, this is a great spot to stay. Short walks to restaurants, massage parlors, gelato, the Veranda Bar next door, and the beach
I ate at the kettle.
Food is very mediocre.
Just sleep and get out . Location s perfect thats it
Beautiful hotel with great views and terrific location. The Club Level experience could not have been better.
Incredible staff - especially concierge staff - acute attention to detail in every positive way possible. Make it a pleasure to want to never leave, but to return again and again to see new friends.
System kept giving error when trying to program the room keys so needed security to walk me to my room each time I went in and out in order that my room door could be opened. I then requested late checkout, and although I am a platinum member, which should make it free, the wanted to charge me $20 per hour late. BS.
Amazing experience at Sheraton Tel Aviv. Mediterranean Sea and Tel Aviv city view from lounge were speechless. Will definitely come back again.
Beautiful hotel with great food and confidence services.
Very nice hotel .... but very expensive halavi restaurant especially at Pesach ...
A salad as input ... 66 ....
We visited the Horizon Spa and ate breakfast at the hotel. Very pleasant and tasty, the high-class spa, the hotel's pool and breakfast are superb. It is a pity that despite the assumption of parking is still very expensive to park the car for hotel guests, far beyond reasonable in the region.
Great location. Beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea.
Next to the beach and 2 street with animation, bars and restaurants. Plus good service.
Very disappointed the hotel is not 5 star ,<br/>room are very small and duty , the staff was not friendly .I am not recommend the hotel
This place needs a complete revamp. Prices are high and the service may be choppy at times. Overall, the location is pretty good but you'd need to suffer from that lack of elements.
This was a great location to stay! It was close to many different places in the downtown area! It was great that it was right by the beach which made for great sunsets. I gave them 4 stars because when I got to my room, I had no wash cloths and there was hair all over the sink from the prior residents. But they did quickly rectify the issue and did a stellar job throughout the week.
I do not recommend it
Front desck, very bad attention to the passengers doing the check-in
I was shocked,
So elegant...
And a dining room and buffet, wowww
Excellent location. Very central to the beach and shopping areas. Staff is always really friendly and nice. Free Wi-Fi and paid parking available. The restaurant breakfast is really amazing.
A good and clean hotel. I wish the restaurant was open in the evening during the week but there is so much food around that it's not even an issue. In fact it may be better that way! The bar is stocked and not too crazy. The staff are polite and helpful. Proximity to the beach is unbeatable.
Quality and quiet hotel, not cheap prices.
Excellent location. Parking is available at the hotel (for a fee)
My favorite Hotel in Tel Aviv. Right on the beach and excellent service. The Lounge is Awesome with a wrap-around porch overlooking the ocean.
Really nice hotel!
The staff very helpful, a lot of variety of food and also the view is amazing!
The social area is very clean and open.
Great place and great view from rooms. Breakfast for Starwood Preferred Guest at 18th floor has an amazing view!
We arrived at the hotel for a day of fun including breakfast and massage. The meal is perfect and very qualitative and varied. The massage is amazing by any standard. We were a group of ten people and everyone was happy with the massage. The spa is very pampering and includes a relaxation room with good infusions .. highly recommended !!!
Internet speed, coverage, and reliability is absolutely useless. Room service is mediocre. Otherwise it's exactly the same as any other hotel. No chairs on the tiny balcony. Mainly, though, the internet blows. I could forgive everything else if it weren't for that.
Great location compensates for very poor lobby. The good thing is that it drove us outside the hotel and to the beach. There is a good breakfast restaurant called Calypso in the beach just opposite the hotel. The lobby at night looks like a shabby claustrophobic waiting area. Rooms are good and all have sea view. Make sure to hang 'don't disturb' sign if you don't wish to wake up at 8 am. Room service knocks in the morning to wake everyone up. Otherwise a nice choice.
All in all the experience was good and the location excellent. The food at dinner was mostly dry but breakfast was food was varied and tasty
Great location. Watch our for bellboys. They have deals with cab drivers. Always ask for meter rate.
The Sheraton in Tel Aviv provides a very fine hotel experience, coupled with the great service to their guests. This wasn't my first time staying there, & when I go back to Israel, I will make sure to stay there again.
Friendly service, clean, tasty breakfast, I recommend
The facility sits right across street from the beach, excellent location. Friendly and proficient staff.
My room has an odd layout. The window side is about 13 feet wide, but the room is shaped like a triangle, with the narrowest part of only 3 feet wide. Odd, right? Credit given to the front desk, they offered to change my room on the following day.
The breakfast was good. But for two days in a row, my eggs were not what I ordered. The first day, I ordered eggs over-easy, but it came sunny side up. For the second day, I ordered omelet without jalapeno peper; but they were in my eggs.
Overall, happy with the facility.
One more minor issue, the hotel seems to jave a shortage on washcloths.
was there for a conference. great view, great food.
Staff are fantastic and place is nice and clean. Rooms are reasonably sized and well appointed. issue is that it's very dated and feels like going back in time to the 80s. Views from the rooms make up for that though.
Quality hotel everybody must visit when there is a visit to Israel
Excellent service. Tastefully decorated rooms and luxurious
Do not forget anything at the hotel because it will never appear, even if you call an hour after leaving.
The hotel does not live up to its category.
Achla Hotel with Culture Landscape Food Clean Room Public areas Ahla Hotel in a big way
Amazing location and great hotel. Got to stay in the newly renovated room and had an amazing view.
I have stayed here several times over the years. Its an old hotel that has been nicely renovated and does a nice job. The pool is nice and there is a good fully equipped fitness gym. If you can get a Marina Suite they are a good size and comfortable. It can be a little pricey for what you get depending on the time of the year, but worth a look and is only place to redeem Marriott / SPG points in Tel Aviv.
