Best room ever. My room had its own living room with TV. The bathroom was bigger than a cheap hotel room. From the rooftop pool you can see downtown Fort Lauderdale as well as other cities. Definitely staying here again!
During our stay, we had a very pregnant friend with us who needed to use the shuttle in order to avoid walking a long distance. Our destination was barely a mile's distance over the limit, and we had gotten approval to be driven despite it. We were grateful at the time for the accommodating customer service. That is, until we received a call from the manager of this hotel. He (very rudely) told us that he would not allow the shuttle to drive us, and when we told him we had already received permission to use the shuttle to accommodate our very pregnant friend, he threw his employee under the bus and blamed her for speaking out of turn. I feel really bad for the people who have to work under this man...we didn't push the issue any further since it was obvious he was going to take out his anger on his employee later.
Despite the terrible customer service from the management of this hotel, the sheets in the bed were moldy. Half of the hotel looks to be deserted and condemned. And when we requested additional pillows (again to accommodate our pregnant friend), we received a nasty attitude. Save yourself the trouble and the pure shock from dealing with *terrible* customer service and find elsewhere to stay. You won't be troubled to find other hotels in this area...there are plenty.
Event room was clean and staff was very friendly and quick
Lovely facility. Lots of construction around the parking lot making getting in and out difficult. The staff was great. Go there now and ask for a discount while the construction is making a mess of things. It will be great value and less overpriced
Despite the construction maze at the entrance, this hotel was well worth it. Great, spacious, suite style rooms, mine - #308 - had a fabulous circular layout. View was of more construction on a back lot, but I Hotwired the room so poor views are to be expected. Service throughout was wonderful, with special recognition for Linda at the bar, Jeremy at the restaurant and Andriana (sp?) at the front desk. Free business office computer use and printing (for 30 min) was a timely added plus. I will definitely choose this hotel again, when the weather will be questionable or for another short stay. (Otherwise, I'll be on the beach!)
Attended a small conference at this hotel the other day and was pleased with the accommodations and the amenities! Front desk staff was very helpful and cordial.
For me, this location is amazing as it's only a minute or two away. The rooms are lovely and always clean and the staff is friendly.
Stayed here on several occasions love the scenery, the front desk clerk is always courteous to me. The rooms are very comfortable and always relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whose looking for comfort and also its not too far from the Fort Lauderdale Airport.
Very clean and well decorated. The fashion mall has been torn down and new neighbors will help this hotel be more attractive. I was there for a conference, I do not know what the rooms are like.
Cable connection for the tv in the room was loose and audio and video were out of sync. Treadmills worked great except the tv feature wasn't working. Room service was quick and friendly. Would stay there again.

We stayed here last Saturday because it was close to an event we were attending. The room is spacious and that's about it for compliments. The bathroom toilet had urine when we got there. The bath tub would flood immediately when the shower was turned on, so you had to bathe in a pool practically. The rooms smelled dirty, of old unattended carpet. The staff cold an unresponsive when we voiced our concerns. They offered a "free breakfast buffet voucher". I will not stay here again and I will possibly never stay at a Sheraton again as well.

We got the suite and it was very spacious for us. We are a family of 5 and we had enty if room. Was very clean and hotel overall was great and conveniently located. Will definitely come back.
My husband booked the suite with a jacuzzi for our anniversary, but when we arrived to check in, none of the rooms were available due to damage by another guest. There was no attempt whatsoever to contact us and inform us of the change, and what's worse is that had we not mentioned that we SPECIFICALLY wanted wanted the jacuzzi in the room, that they were just going to give us a different room that wasn't what we paid for. Not at all concerned with making sure we received what we paid for or at the very least keeping us abreast of the inconvenience and compensating us to make up for it. Needless to say, we didn't stay there. We both felt the situation was very underhanded and greatly disappointed that our plans were completely ruined without even having there opportunity to make other arrangements.
I really like this place is very central. Sure. I recommend it publicly.
We loved our stay. Suite was perfect. Everything was super clean. I would definitely stay here again. it's really close to the mall and there's plenty of food options in the area. They're doing some construction right on the side of the hotel but it didn't bother us at all.
This hotel is in close proximity to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The room with the jacuzzi is a great way to unwind and relax.
Great value for the cost; a little aged, but marvelous facility overall.

Always been a fan of Sheraton hotel and I even had my wedding at the Jax location.
Customer service is amazing, the room is spacious with plenty of complimentary items. The lobby is beautiful, and However, the experience here has been somewhat disappointing this time around. The parking situation is a mess here, they only do complimentary valet park since the constructions are everywhere. It's understandable since they are building new stuff around here but it's inconvenient for the guests.
The room is clean on the surface, until I found a huge cockroach walking across our floor, it freaked my kid out so he jumped on the bed. I left it on the towel, hopefully they will do something about the issue.
Other than the parking and cockroaches situation, I enjoyed our stay here :) "no pun intended"

My room was spacious and very clean. Location is right near busy street with many stores around the area. Variety of restaurants are present so finding one towards your taste will be easy.

Very modern hotel with a large parking lot! There is a nice outdoor swimming pool - of course there are due to children - accordingly the volume. Also in the room you can hear loud talking in the hallway! The room was very large had a sofa, 2 Tv, Kingsizebed and seemed very elegant-only bathtub did not fit into the picture! Vanity outside the toilet! Very convenient!! Fridge and coffee maker no breakfast incl. Book via Hotwire 80 the night
Room was clean. However construction going on the parking lot and a mess to get in
I love the layouts for the rooms, but the room's AC barely worked even after we switched rooms. There were also stains in the carpet and furniture. It normally is a great place to stay, but I think it will be better once the construction around it is completed.

[ B ] The location of this hotel is perfect because it's near shopping areas and only a few minutes away from the Turnpike and 595. The hotel itself is very clean and the staffs provides great service.
Rene was wonderful; he was attentive and compassionate during my/my family's stay at this location. My sister was on life support, in ICU (at the hospital next door- Westside Regional Hospital) and ultimately passed away during our stay, back in July. I normally do not write reviews, but I was really touched by the way this location went above and beyond for my family during the most difficult time of our lives. Rooms were excellent, clean, and made us feel safe during COVID. I will always remember Rene's, and the entire staff's, kindness and professionalism. Thank you again! Would highly recommend to others.

Really nice room, especially the club floor. Very busy and slow check in staff. Did have a billing issue but they are fighting to make it right. Definitely the nicest hotel in the area
This hotel was probably great 10 years ago but is showing it's age now. Peeling paint, cracked tiles small beds and old elevators. It is a great location though and has free parking and WiFi. It is a good choice for a one night stay pre or post cruise. Access to the airport or port in the morning only took about 10 minutes.
My reservation was free because I used my airline miles to book the room and it was a decent choice. Had I paid for the room I would have been a little more disappointed in the overall quality.

Though a little pricey our room is amazing, the bed is extremly comfortable. The bar downstairs had a good ipa on hand, the pool on the roof is gorgeous and the veiw from up there is fantastic. They have treated us wonderfully and i would come back for sure.
The staff was super helpful and the one girl at the front desk when I was leaving was gracious to take my envelope and put a stamp on it and mail it for me which was Way Beyond the Call of Duty. My one complaint is when I went to check in and since I did not have a reservation, I was advised that I could probably find a better rate online. So I did exactly that went online and I did manage to get a great rate and an upgrade for less than quoted at the front desk. Being a hotel manager and learning this at the front desk did not sit well with me. You would think that they would have offered me a better rate at the front desk then go sit down at a table and book it online.
Very nice hotel. Currently in the center of a sea of construction. Courtesy valet parking only. Lovely bar off the lobby. Had an excellent Greek salad there. Every staff encountered had been very nice and polite. Dog tolerant.

There's construction in the area for now. Parking is all right. Free wifi. The sheets were unmade and the coffee mixes and ice bucket were used and left from the previous guest. We like it because of the location.
Great hotel amazing rooms just gym could be a bit better
This hotel is currently under construction. There is no shuttle service available. No concierge service. No dining service. No pool service and no gym services. The noise from construction is bad. The staff was friendly though.
The location is beautiful apart from the construction in the nearby areas, and the room was great. The only problem otherwise was the room keys, myself and others were making multiple trips down to the front desk for replacement keys on several different nights. Very annoying to be out all day, then your key doesn't work. Must be very cheap key cards.
Convenient location to Sawgrass Mills. Large rooms. Good customer service by the staff. Although the male manager was not very nice.

Location is the only reason I don't give five stars as well as some of the guests there. Not pleasant. Otherwise, clean, very modern, comfortable, lots of amenities and a good restaurant. Beds were very hard but that's all about taste.
Rooms are good but staff is lethargic. Bar staff however is awesome. I think it's on a downhill trajectory. There is construction going in, so GPS is kinda lost

Nice hotel, very good rooms, good breakfast and little bar with good food. It's in a construction area right now (May 2018), but once they get done, it looks like it will have a nice shopping area around it as well.

Stayed here last year going back in a few weeks time as part of our trip. Has free parking free wifi in the reception area only. Was some what cheap when we booked. There is pool, hot tub and gym on the roof. If you have car great place to stay while travelling else where. Has lovely room with separate living area with pull out bed. Has fridge in room.
Very clean and perfect accommodations. Only problem that They did not mention that they are going through construction, parking was a nightmare and their water system was very slow in draining
