My husband booked the suite with a jacuzzi for our anniversary, but when we arrived to check in, none of the rooms were available due to damage by another guest. There was no attempt whatsoever to contact us and inform us of the change, and what's worse is that had we not mentioned that we SPECIFICALLY wanted wanted the jacuzzi in the room, that they were just going to give us a different room that wasn't what we paid for. Not at all concerned with making sure we received what we paid for or at the very least keeping us abreast of the inconvenience and compensating us to make up for it. Needless to say, we didn't stay there. We both felt the situation was very underhanded and greatly disappointed that our plans were completely ruined without even having there opportunity to make other arrangements.
