Sheraton Suites Plantation Review

I stayed here for a work conference with a friend. We really enjoyed the bar and restaurant. The rooftop pool and hot tub are amazing.

We had a very nice, spacious suite and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and tidy and the housekeepers did a good job each day. Small but clean and adequate gym in this hotel. A short drive from several chain restaurants for dinner.

I would not stay there right now because of the construction and it's very hard to get in and get out

No place to charge phone at night close to bed. Parking is awful. Staff was friendly and helpful

As I arrived late around 1:30am, the night staff could have been more friendly. The room was hot when I entered, but looked nice and clean. The shower had semi decent water pressure, with a nice shower head. The bed was comfortable, until 7:30am and the jackhammer shook the entire building, waking me up. As i was leaving to head to work, traveling on business, I noticed a sign underneath a stack of newspapers by the elevator, pardon the construction. A little warming at check in would have been helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Excellent hotel in a quiet place, out of the madness of Miami or Sunny.

Nice hotel. If you're a frequent traveler, there are other hotels in area that will give you better service.

Fantastic hotel, great rooms, clean and well furnished. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and great amenities. Plenty of places around the hotel including a publix grocery store for those staying for a while. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great room although it had some age. Couldn t understand the girl at the front desk and she really didn t seem to be interested in helping me anyway. Don t understand why there s not a shuttle to airport and cruise terminal. They have a shuttle to other places. Food was decent at the restaurant. Eberne was very helpful.

Lounge Employee very Rude to my Friend, told Desk Clerk next morning, they did not care.

Mall next door is under major construction, maybe closed. It did not effect me. The doors on the suite room are sliders and open so there is little privacy. The room is nice other then that and roof pool is nice. Gym is closed thougj

In general, Sheraton Suites Plantation is a good value for the money. However, the breakfast offers very poor options (and it costs $15 per person).

Alot of construction around it currently (Feb 2018), but should be better after its all done. Pool area nice! A little stingy on ammenities and bar open hours on weekend. Breakfast buffet was less than desirable.

Wonderful stay. Pricey, but you pay for what you get. Great service. Friendly staff.

The Hotel is beautiful but it is not the best service, reserve for 6 people the logical thing is that the room has service for 6 people, so in the two days I had they only put water for two people, 2 bottles of water per day and express that to you to reception and he tells me that the extra water is $ 3, when it really must be a bottle of water per person for that they charged me for service for 6 people

I was enchanted of a large, clean room with double washbasin in the bathroom, microwave; they offer a shutle to Sawgrass mall what is a perk. But, I found a poor breakfast with the same food for my three days staying ( hard, old pastries, omlette, some fruits, waffles, milk and yogurts, potatoes).

This hotel is very clean and the customer service is fantastic. Andrena at the front desk is amazing. The bell men are fantastic and will drop you off at the mall and nearby spots for Free!!! I was so impressed. The gym and rooftop pool were also pretty good. The Westfield mall is within walking distance as well. I truly loved this hotel and the service. I would definitely stay there again

Enjoyed staying here. Accommodations are wonderful. And it never hurts that the mall is close by! (Smile)

Very friendly staff, room was clean. Property is surrounded by construction, literally the worst view for the money spent. And the room service I ordered was horrible 2 bites and threw it away.

Terrible Experience. My purse was stolen while parked directly in front of hotel where you go to check in. This is not the first time it has happened at this hotel per conversation with staff. The thieves sit in the car and just wait for an opportunity, especially when security isn't working at the front. NOT SAFE!

Very nice only issue is the room is far away from the elevator.

Meeting room was nice and the food was decent. The staff was very pleasant.

The hotel was moldy and smelled bad. The first night we complained about the odors several times that day and their solution was to spray the room with an air freshener. After the 2nd and last night, I became very drowsy and developed a headache and severe nausea. It was clear the hotel was in the middle of remodeling and building construction but the guest areas including the dining room were very moldy. The environmental exposure to the toxic air was overwhelming.

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful place to stay. Clean, the staff is courteous and helpful.

The room was awesome. Very spacious with great amenities. The only downfall was the loud construction going on right next door starting at 6am.

This is the best hotel you can get right in this area and for the price. I wish the facilities were a little newer as they are in need of a revamp. Overall the amenities of the hotel are still pretty nice. It s got a great pool, a great gym and a dry sauna. The breakfast is surprisingly basic. I expected more. I wouldn t pay extra for it.

We are always treated well when we go to the hotel. This is is our special get away for birthdays and anniversaries. Thank you.

Perfect place to stay-5 star for this place.

We had our flight at 10 Pm, our check out was at 1 PM, but after asking we could stay till 4 pm without extra charge.Thank you!!!!!!

I was here for the EGAP project and found that this is a nice place to stay. The room is comfortable with a separate sitting room. The breakfast is a bit plain and they are the same food day in and out, so if you stay for more than 3 days, you might like to consider BYO.F (Bring your own Breakfast). Rate is very reasonable.

There's a lot of demolition and (eventual) construction going on around the hotel at the moment, but nothing that ever interfered bothered us during our brief stay (on the weekend, so I can't vouch for the weekdays). The room was very nice, modern, and large, the staff was attentive, and the beds comfortable. It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to a mall with eating choices and a movie theater.

I've never stayed here, but we go to the bar sometimes. It's always very nice and quite and provides good service.

Very centrally located in Broward County. Close to mega shopping Sawgrass Mills and around the corner from Westfield Broward with anchor department stores. Many dining options nearby to suit any taste including Olive Garden, Smokey Bones, etc. Close to interstate to go to the beaches, airport or Miami. Rooms are very well appointed, large with a separate bedroom from the living room area. Large bathroom with double vanity. Next door to a Walgreens for any last minute needs. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

They had construction thing going on and it was a mess. 9 am and hammers started to tik tik tik ... I was working on a conference call that I had to stop.
I returned at 4 am on one one of the night. I went to room to find the door outside the lobby was closed. I went downstairs but lady at reception refused to accept that their was a door out there and gave me a new key. I went back and same result, tried to call reception from floor phone, guess what ... Phone is not working. Called the desk number from cell and they said no one is picking at reception. Went back downstairs and then they engaged the manager who said yeahhhh their is a door 531 there and then they opened it (4 am - July 10th) All this time manager was sitting behind and tried to stay as disconnected as possible. Long story short, I had to mess with these under trained staff for 30 minutes after a 20 hours day.

I am still giving them 2 stars because rest of the stuff was OK I guess.

Favorite place in the area! Great pool and gym, food is good, and Adam is the best bartender on Earth!
