Sheraton Suites Plantation Review

Good breakfast. Large rooms, with free WiFi. Charged $3 per packages received. Also had 2 days' without electricity.

Stayed overnight for one night. Guest services were very nice brought up plates and blankets when we needed them. 10/10 would recommend. Very nice pool and very comfortable beds

Greta location and very up to date rooms. Service was great as well! The breakfast buffet is a tad overpriced for what you can get though. Overall great place!

Disastrous valet parking service at the hotel, I missed an important business appointment because I had to wait almost half an hour for my vehicle because the valet service had taken it and there were no drivers to bring it back, the manager never He did nothing to expedite the return of my vehicle and the only thing he did was to be connected on his mobile device checking social networks and left several customers waiting for their vehicles. Why do they offer a valet parking service if they do not have staff to assist the demand?
