Friendly and helpful staff. Organization and cleaning. Elegant and refined restaurant with refined and well-selected flavors.

This hotel needed renovation 10 years ago. The rooms are dilapidated, the food terrible, as well as cocktails at the bar. So far I have not found a single positive. In retrospect, I add one star for working with feedback and as a sweet gesture / apology I got a sweet surprise in the room.

Another monument in the eternal city. Archaic decor. Kitu location. Too expensive for what I offer. Mile service. Hotel restaurant nicely arranged.

Old, a disappointment, okay just right for large groups and conventions

Not the easiest to reach but the rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is rich and very good. Staff is professional and quick to answer to any demand. Great place to have a conference.

The rooms are nice, the breakfast and the food are nice but the receptionists are uninterested and you can stay at the car door because they are not helpful in using the shuttle.

I am not very satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room. Also things like broken toilet paper holder or door number coming off causes the structure to lose points.

This hotel is not worthy of being under the Sheraton banner. The service is non existent, the rooms are very basic, and the food is unimaginative and bland. The hotel capitalises on the nearby conference centre and is over priced for what it is...a one star hotel at best.

Very nice complex that lends itself well to hosting events. The aperitif in the pool is not bad. The evening was very pleasant

Hotel immersed in nothingness accessible only by car or taxi. Old rooms. Superb breakfast as well as pool space

The rooms were nice, however the light system was very confusing. Check-in took forever. We were exhausted from traveling and it would have been nice if they had water out for their guests during the 30-45 minute check-in period. We were also peeved to learn that, contrary to what the website said, there were no laundry facilities. We had to do our laundry in the sink/bathtub. Finally, I ordered room service. The order came quickly, but the man might have been in a hurry because he burst in the minute I opened the door (no hello or anything), set the food down, shoved the receipt in my face to sign, then ripped the copy out of my hand and nearly missed the 2 I was holding in my hand for him. He could have been understaffed or having a bad day, but either way he came off very rude and I was put off by it.

The conference was well hosted and organised. The location in not very easy to reach though

Very bad! it's cold in all rooms, there is no heating, the room smells of mold, and there is no minibar.

Very large and well organized hotel. Excellent service also at the restaurant.

Great hotel, I went there for a seminar which took place in multiple rooms at the same time. Efficient and kind staff, very large and comfortable structure, suitable for business events of a certain impirtanza. Large free and paid parking.

Incredible location, I attended a company dinner and I felt good. To park was an undertaking. The food was good despite the fact that there were so many people, the service staff was professional and kind, those who didn't eat fish were satisfied, I would say pampered. Surprisingly there was also a show with Brignano, too strong. Congratulations

We stay at this Sharaton Hotel for 2 night. Such a lovely hotel close to our customer in Rome. Great English Breakfast with good service. Swimming pool & Gym are available. Not that far from Downtown area. Awesome place to stay during my trip to Italy.

Ideal for events .. very kind staff especially in the pool ... exceptional breakfast there is everything arranged in an orderly manner ... well-aired rooms comfortable bed bathroom with super clean bath and shower .. meticulous cleaning .... there yes relax ...... elegant and stately .... only two flaws I found the windows blocked .. and trays along the corridors downgrade you for the rest highly recommended

Somewhat older hotel. Meeting rooms ok, stained carpets in the rooms. Check in fast, staff friendly and hard-working. No soap on the toilets

Nice close enough for both Rome touring and airport leaving.

At a gala dinner you ate this lily, the desire to appear with high-sounding dishes .... (risotto with artichoke cream and liquorice ... Or the pork with apples and a sauce that resembled ketchup ... A serving of duck with the remember where to see the pieces of ricotta it took the magnifying glass ...) made it taste again ... the chocolate dessert the only really good thing.

The hotel is overall acceptable but not the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. The rooms are pleasant but show some faulty or malfunctioning furniture (semi-recessed wardrobe doors, light bulbs). The restaurant associated with the hotel is even worse, with staff not always up to the task, neither kind nor responsive to the arrival of the clientele (with the room practically empty). Positive note the pool area, very livable and well designed

The hotel has a great impact on the entrance, very large and elegant. The rooms are large, but the furnishings are not brand new.
Very uncomfortable beds and pillows.
Very annoying are the pre-orders of amounts on the customer's credit card without notifying the latter, especially if the room is prepaid.
Very long check-in and check-in times but the staff is very kind.

Check-in friendly little room comfortable but really too hot dirty carpet (result: asthma and red eyes). Strategic position ample parking

Poor company management insufficient to manage resources Director Linda Conforti unable, thinks only of her pleasure trips at the expense of the company, incompetent human resources manager Gabrielli Sergio struggles to make winning decisions, such as destroying a company with wrong choices, serious disorganization.

Hotel was Ok, public toilet in the lobby was not too clean

I was Saturday, April 1, 2017 as a guest for a business meeting. The structure is very good and above all clean. Although we didn't have the overnight stay, they allowed us breakfast. They were very kind and professional. Excellent location for business meetings

The kindness and courtesy of the staff are excellent

This place has seen better days... But everything you expect was still somewhat there; functional airco, hot water, okish breakfast and helpful staff. Dinner was mediocre at best but to be expected in a chain Hotel. The place just looks very run down and old. If you like jogging stick to the fitness, they drive like crazy outside and the run track of the hotel ends abrubtly in a cliff.

Sheratons are my 'go to' hotels.
This one is slightly above their normally high average. But, it was not the best Sheraton either. (Pic of the rooftop club lounge)

No one very old one would believe in a film from the 80s but in degraded form. Need a big renovation

Outdated rooms, not very friendly staff. Hotel can be very busy, so be prepared to wait a long time at reception. Don't trust the wake up call, half of the time I didn't get one. Nice fitness room and pool
