Hotel very nice, very big and great style. The rooms are not the best from the hotel. However it recommended.

Very comfortable hotel for business conferences, the restaurant, pool and halls are very beautiful. What is not the best is the part of the rooms, which are a bit vintage. Folks.

Nice hotel but too far out of the way ...

Bad service during a dinner. Apart from the price (35 a plate of pasta a bottle of water a coffee) the waiter on duty took the glasses from the top where they usually drink ... He twice turned over the courses he brought, at the request to the manager of room to prepare a table, we were given a table without even a tablecloth .. Really know how to call nightmare kitchens

Nice breakfast and good connection to the city centre by public transport. Rooms bit used but cozy.

Magnificent .. never in any hotel have I ever seen a fantastic breakfast. More of everything. Unique superabundance. The best ever seen. I'd go just for that. But much more ...

At that time there was a free bus to the city center as it was far from the center of Rome

Chain hotel. Close to airport but too far from downtown Rome.

Warning! These gentlemen sell tickets for events with costs well above the services offered. For the New Year's Eve buffet we were treated like in a kennel: for us only bits of food here and there in narrow spaces compared to the number of those present. Even the water that was soon over was not even available. Between the crowd and a few slices of supermarket panettone stolen from the crowd, I spent a depressing New Year paid a good 85 euros per person. Virtually the binge have enjoyed the managers behind the unfortunates. Other than luxury hotels, ... unworthy treatment!

Bad service. After 36 minutes of check-in, the receptionist did not even indicate the room plan. Near the bed there is even a plug to recharge the mobile phone

Wonderful hotel in every place of the hotel there was a beautiful music and a perfume that enchanted me I was very much touched by the warmth of the reception guys I found myself very welcoming guys also the place is enchanted me the smell of clean me really like this hotel i'm good very welcoming people

Location : This hotel is located near airport so the city centre is a bit far from this place. If you go outside this hotel, there is nothing much to do or see.

Service : Service was good. Friendly and helpful staff are always around and are very prompt.

Food : Their food was simply amazing. The quality and taste of food were superb.

Note : They have a free shuttle service which will take you to the city and bring you back.

Stayed two night. Good hotel. But a bit far from key tourist sights.

If you have a car and your just looking for a safe clean option this is your hotel!

Guest al during a evening event nearby the pool. The area is nice , with lots of vegetation, and service is living up to expectations. There's a parking for guests but unfortunately it's not free.

Not far from subway stations this excellent hotel has good facilities and friendly staff

This hotel is way overdue a refurbishment. The room I was given is grubby and dirty. There is a strong unpleasant odour throughout the hotel that hits you as soon as you walk into reception. Stuck here on a business trip but wouldn t stay here again. The only thing positive about the hotel is the staff. Everyone is really friendly and professional. Top class staff but low class hotel.

Hotel was nice a clean, staff were very friendly but the breakfast wasn't great especially when Rome is famous for is amazing food and the hotel bar was expensive

Structure a bit antiquated, comfortable beds, but the cleanliness of the bathroom in the room was not cleaned well.

Spent a day by the pool relaxing, cost us $20 Euro each for a reserved sun bed and towel. Bar had a decent variety and prices were ok but not great. Had pizza for lunch from the pool side restaurant which was nice. Made for a nice change of pace on our euro trip.

Traveling for work. Large room at good rate. Furniture a little dated and in need of maintenance and repairs: old light bulbs, burnt halogen in the bathroom, damaged safe cabinet. Carpet darkened by time but clean like the whole room. Climate 90s Window opens but definitely to clean and maintain. Beautiful and ample hall, pleasant and enjoyable the bar. Too bad the empty and squeaky mini bar and vending machines in the corridor, not up to a 4-star Sheraton. Overall decent living but I expected much more.

The breakfast food is very good ... the pool, clean. Good transport communication to the center. Don't rent a car at the hotel, I know what I'm telling you.

I have been in this pool and even if not very big I found myself well because the environment is beautiful, silent and classy

Pergetta structure for conference events and ceremonies. Excellent cuisine even if prepared for many people.

For the price I would have expected more. The rooms were not clean (found a lot of dust bunnies and hair). The pillows we're very flat. Coffee is not 24/7 (only instacoffe in room). The staff us very nice and helpful and the shuttle was great. We ended up using it only one way and taking a cab back (pickup schedule isn't as convenient). The metro is about a 5 min walk. If you can stay somewhere nicer and closer to the city for the cost, but in a pinch this is great! The staff does try

Staff from the pool restaurant is a bit unfriendly, everyone else seemed nice. Not one of the best Sheratons I've stayed in, but it wasn't bad.

Curtain in the shower, smell of mold and very dirty carpet.

Lovely place. Equipped with all the comforts. I found the restaurant delicious, impeccable staff. The only drawback the restaurant has really excessive prices in my opinion

Great conference hotel. The relax area is also nice

I found the setting very nice in shape; but, the staff was not professional. The rooms were ok but we can blame the arrival of mosquitoes in the hotel and especially in the rooms. Finally, the decor could be brought up to date. And bathrooms renovated both for the mixer taps and for the decoration and the shower area.

Friendly staff who spoke English very well, comfortable rooms, and even a shuttle to get us into Rome!

International hotel. A business stay in the Eur area. The recently renovated lobby and relaxation area. Beautiful gym with modern equipment. Excellent and varied breakfast.

A little 'old in the rooms (I was on the second floor), while the rest of the hotel, restaurant and pool are modern. very kind and present staff. Too bad because with a little 'of renewal would be a super structure

Beautiful hotel reality with ample space for conferences. Although a little dated it retains a certain charm and is well maintained. Cozy, well organized and well connected although a little far from the center.
