Good service ... deal, rooms .... and excellent breakfast ..... something far away but with metro 7 minutes walk.

It is located on the outskirts of Rome and is convenient for the package team. But it is dissatisfied that it is almost impossible to use because there is time of pool use.

Although the facility is a little old, there is also an outdoor pool and a pool bar where you can relax

- Breakfast buffet is OK (there is ice in the restaurant so you can make ice americano !!)

If you want to save money, you certainly don't have to choose a 4-star sheraton! But a b & b.

We visited the Hotel for its Pool facilities as our Hotel in the middle of rome didn't have any. The pool and poolbar is nice, and while not quite a bargain still affordable at 20 euro for outside guests. There is access to the most important facilities, however the free wi-fi weren't sufficiently strong to be reached at our sunbeds, and the lockers were fairly few so we had to keep all our stuff at the sunbeds. Despite this the hotel provided a nice day at the pool at an accessible price.
The location is a bit remote, but only 10 minutes walk from a metro station.

Dynamic hotel ready for any event to be managed with numerous people

Amazing hotel, worth every penny spent. Rooms were so comfortable and well maintained. Staff were friendly except for the receptionist, she wasn't all that friendly unfortunately. On the plus side they offered us a great deal on breakfast so we enjoyed a delicious buffet every morning. Would surely stay there again if I visit. Only thing is, it might be a better idea to get a bus to the station rather than walk on the route they provide to the station. Good taxi service from the hotel as well. Very happy.

Awful place. Management is totally incompetent. There were 2 people working a desk for 40 customers in one building and 5 people serving 0 customers in another building. I hope SPG inspects this operation, they either need to be fired as inadequate or corrupt. None of the advertised services were available, service was terrible. It is not close to anything. I have stayed in dozens of high quality hotels around the world and this is not one. DO NOT STAY HERE.

My roon heating unit had problem they keep fixing it without offer for change of room. Water clogged in Bathroom. Other 10 times cheaper hotels were better than this one.

Excellent congress center, many rooms, possibility to choose and manage one's own events, effective services and very friendly staff.
Of course everything has a price, but the perceived quality is certainly high. The only flaw, the place can not be reached independently with ease, but not too difficult. By car it is in a strategic point, as soon as you exit the Rome-Fiumicino airport you will find it on the left, coming from the center instead you have to remember to take the side on Cristoforo Colombo for time.

I always enjoy my stay here. Very friendly staff and great rates. The restaurant is also very good!!! Great food here by the pool :)

Great time by the pool for a day. Shame it's not too easy to get to on foot. EUR Magliana metro stop much safer route than Marconi.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful and is well equipped but needs modernization. The exterior would be "to repose"

Over all very disappointed in the hotel we are 3 days in to a week stay and I'd rather be at home I'm rainy England like I've actually cried I want to go home that bad.
None of the staff will speak to me only my boyfriend even tho all the bookings and everything are in my name. The room is small and old fashioned and defiantly not worth the money we payed for it. There are no plug sockets at all in the room so the only way to charge or phones is one at a time plugged in to the USB on the telly. There is nothing in the room for eating or drinking except tiny plastic cups the type you have at children's party's, it's like there are trying to force you to pay the ridiculous food prices at the restaurant 12 for a ham and cheese sandwich no thanks. Also laundry services was advertised as free but we can't find anything of the sorts so we are walking round in super creased clothes for a week and washing things in the bath!
One of the only things we actually liked doing is going to the hotels pool it's pretty and midday gets excellent sun light but then they ruined that buy then charging us 6 each to use the sun beds!!! You'd have thought with the price we payed that the sun beds would have been included.
I would not recommend this place to anyone at all its overpriced, rude and just kind of gross

Bad bar and restaurant service, biblical waiting times and disorganization. Old hotel not corresponding to a 4-star hotel, triple with a sofa bed not even open on our arrival. It's not 4 star.

Excellent congress center and hotel. Super breakfast. Accommodation and perfect various cleaning services. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well served by ring roads and various taxis. There is also a metro stop nearby but I didn't see it so I can't say anything about it

Imperial entrance, courtesy and service from a 5-star hotel.
The double room was large, clean and pleasant, with marble and wood finishes.

Recently, management has changed. Start reducing the variety of food.
Service is also not something.

The booking girl on the phone is wrong about the days, arrival booked for days later, fortunately that night staff at the reception still finds me a room. Fabulous pizza at the restaurant, decent room

Bar was good, room was little smokey and dark. Loved the service, that's was what made the stay enjoyable.

I attended a conference without staying in the facility. Environments that would need a modernization, good quality buffet.

I passed by them only for work at the europcar car rental agency in the hotel

Pleasant hotel with beautiful spacious rooms. But it is a "factory. You can walk there for miles, it is so big. The location is not great. The only interest, as always for this chain, is the proximity to the airport.

I would say that my experience has not satisfied my expectations.
In the breakfast room I turned to a waitress to ask for cutlery and a napkin. The lady replied in a rude and decidedly harsh tone.
No one can turn this way.

Convenient location for those traveling by public transport, clean and elegant. However, those who want to stay in the center of Rome or move on foot are not recommended.

semi-incompetent staff and rude, exorbitant prices .... Although it is far away from the tourist sites and the center of Rome, it has very extensive facilities, it has a shuttle service to the city center and the airport, as well as access to public transport.

The hotel is quite good, it is spacious, has good services, good communication with taxi, yes, far from the tourist locations.

We are in the Eur area, near the famous playground Luneur just to give a reference. Very large hotel, well organized and has a huge hall where it is possible to organize big events. If I find a flaw it is that in the surroundings the traffic is terrible.

Stayed here through the Starwood Resorts program. We brought family along. The room was clean. There appears to be an entire floor dedicated to Starwood members. The biggest qualm with us is that we must have a good sound isolation in order to get a good night's rest - and that's what we got at the Sheraton in Rome. We'd recommend to others. Front desk staff were nice and communicative. They spoke English. Breakfast was good as well.

Rooms to be "updated" in the layout, anyway very clean. Pillow too soft, almost empty. Comfortable beds. No minibar. Ancient shower. Very good restaurant but you pay.

Very large structure. Restaurant inside the hotel. Pool. The rooms have been modernized but there are still many details that make it clear that the hotel is dated. Entry on foot is not the best. In any case recommended.

An old glory still fighting the race. The hotel is pretty old and the rooms (at least mine) show the traces of the time... Overall a good structure, but a bad place. Nice and polished surface but if you scratch it you can see details revealing the age. Good dinner and fabulous breakfast.

Nice hotel, not central. The rooms are spacious but a little old (especially the bathrooms). Uncomfortable for public transport and with poor and paid shuttle service. Very expensive restaurant, nice gym to be inside a hotel. Recommended only for having company.

Ageing hotel with bathroom fittings falling off. But great breakfast and service esp Mr Othello at the driveway.
