Nice hotel a little out of fashion furnishings, but professional staff

Large hotel but always very welcoming, large spaces and well-organized and varied initiatives

Stay and room was fine. Just wish it was closer to sites. They do offer to get you transportation. Taxi was cheapest and ours was happy to drive us around and talk about sites.

Worst hotel with quality from past century... Very disappointing. Poor rooms, bad air conditioning.

I switched three rooms because the rooms smelled of horrible smoke. I told the hotel and they barely had any solutions other than ask me if I wanted to switch rooms again. Ridiculous. Hopefully they improve after seeing this.

What you would expect from the hotel is very important. An ordinary hotel. even comparable with similar in Turkey.

We got 2 rooms for family both of us could not reach front desk at any point from phones in our room. Even tried calling from my cell. Wanted to go out but no iron in room and couldn t contact front desk. Found out can only call for an iron after 7am. They should have irons in room or be available to provide one at any time. Also pool closes super early at 8:30pm. We checked in too late to swim on our only evening there. :( other than that all was really nice!! Italy is not big on wash size rags but that s a culture thing I think.

Breakfast was not included and was a whopping 18 Euros per person. But we got an excellent deal on the room itself! The location is far from many things but hotel shuttle is only 5 euros per person. Just plan ahead cuz all seats get taken fast.

A welcoming place, high prices but adequate for the place

The room is great. Now the service sucks. The attendants do not even look at your face and talk about the Concierge. Not worth it.

The very large hotel has a splendid breakfast room, a free 24-hour gym, an outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are comfortable but with some shortcomings: the bulbs are not checked, one was burnt out, some elements of the courtesy set are missing. No bathrobe in the superior room. Friendly staff but sometimes a bit uncoordinated but this is due to the many people there. Varied breakfast buffers. Congratulations! It is not advertised that it is possible to order coffee at the bar. I discovered it from others. I called the front desk and nobody answered me. It can be reached by car or taxi. Decentralized. The restaurant is very good but prices are very high.

Little far from city if you want to visit but great hotel and friendly staff

The employees are very friendly, in all spaces they are super bright and remarkably clean, the rooms are comfortable and functional, at the door of the hotel there is a bus that will take you to the center of Rome, 300 meters away. Metro station or hotel bus with a scheduled schedule to the city center

The Sheraton is always pleasant and permissive and then disco piano bars are always a surprise

Old-fashioned rooms with different non-working lights and not too clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast in the room disappointing.

Historical hotel very convenient to and from Rome and Rome with Fiumicino. Staff extremely helpful and very professional

If you ask me how was my stay from 29 December to 02 January 2020 a nightmare.
I'm sorry but as a good customer I feel compelled to describe that since 1 day after having assigned the room upon returning in the evening I realize that no hot water comes out and therefore after waiting for the intervention by the plumber to restore the state of the places I was forced to change rooms. In the room assigned to me, I find that the toilets and the sink were not efficient (blocked). On the evening of the 31st on our return after a long day dedicated to shopping and ready for a shower and immediately leaving to spend the party with my brother-in-law in Florence we discover that the room had not yet been arranged and after a long and unnerving wait at the reception finally we got back into possession of the room but unfortunately it was too late because the train that would take us from Rome to Florence had left at the same time that the room was delivered to us. But the biggest joke was having spent the New Year in the room as there were no more places at the hotel.
The gain we made was that of having lost to spend the end of the year with our relatives but in return the hotel gave us two free breakfasts.
Little consolation, I don't think I'll ever return to your facility

Easy access to both the city and FCO Rome airport. Standard rooms are good quality.

I had a great time, i did not rent a camera but I was there for a conference.

Dusty, dingy, peeling paint, loose electrical outlets, dirty bathroom doors and not at all convenient location to mass transit, however, their breakfast buffet meals were fabulous and they have the fastest elevators. Is about the only place near Rome for larger corporate groups though...just wish they kept the place up better.

Good hotel. Spacious rooms. Lovely pool but randomly they charge you to use sun loungers. Not really ok for 4 star hotel to do that.

For what it costs and being a Sheraton, it's a bit updated and just breakfast

New Year's Eve .... poor dinner ... insufficient quantity for the people who came in for dinner ... local nn adequate to the number of people .... many drunk ....

I only got to occupy the conference room for a business meeting, very nice facility organized, magnificent, immense.

We got a great deal and stayed there! Good experience and they have a shuttle that takes you down town

Fairly luxurious hotel, however rooms a bit old style and very long check-in times. We could not have dinner at the poolside restaurant as it was "full".

Impeccable staff, from reception to check-in until check-out. But the structure is absolutely to "modernize", starting from the carpet and the taps.

For what it meant the name years ago, well below expectations, structure of the 70s little restructured .... excellent service attendants ....

Modern and beautiful hotel, with modern rooms with large and comfortable beds. The service is very good, typical of a high-level business hotel like this. The outdoor swimming pool is very nice, but being April when we stayed there, it was not possible to use it. Also convenient shuttle service that makes transport to the city center, since the structure is a bit 'device.
