Apart a small outage of hot water occurred at the beginning of the week .. this 4 star hotel is really up to our demands ... Very good hotel especially as it offers a large pool and for premiums a mini bar "Lunch" which this site in the 6th very very nice

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights due to a couple of meetings nearby. The hotel is old and not what you would expect from the group. Breakfast was ok.
The rating I am giving is mainly for the attitude of the staff that was very rude and unsupportive, when they charged my credit card for the full cost of the room even when the room was already paid for in advance. While pointing this out to them, I have never once got an apology, moreover the person at the front desk kept arguing I wasn't right, without even checking first. Even more so, it has been 3 financial days and I haven't recovered the money. They verbally confirmed they would refund it but this is yet to happen. Disappointing.

Honeymoon traveled here on the fourth and fifth nights, but it was only used in the room on the fourth night! ? With the help of the team leader, I changed the room. I was tired and met this bird thing that night. =_=, the hotel room is really much, the elevator mouth is open, you can walk 50 meters forward, left and right! Anyway, it is very far away. Because it is close to the suburbs of the city, it also has a lot of Asian guests. It will make people feel confused. The breakfast meal is more than a few days.

THERE ARE BUGS! THERE ARE BITING BUGS! Mosquito or bedbug, I have not figure out yet. We are deep cleaning all our luggages as I'm typing this. But I counted 15 itchy bumps on myself and several on my girlfriend with mostly on me, centralized on my right arm and left upper arm/left back. Worst experience I ever had with ANY SPG hotel. Now let's move on to the other parts, As some have said before, this hotel is a run down. Holes on the ceiling, dirty and dusty. Furnitures and the entire environment is just sad but for the price, I guess it's understandable and I can live with that. The restaurant on the other hand was ok but definitely not that good. However compare to other 18 euro pasta I had, they make pretty good ones. But breakfast kinda sucks, limited selection, nothing special or eye catching, worse than my experience with four points in Barcelona. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you can take public transit but you gotta walk along crazy Italian drivers who look to floor the gas anytime they have a chance to do so. Parking is free but spaces are extremely limited, if no spot you need to pay 25 euros a night.

Staff are friendly. Hotel is difficult to get to and from major sites on public transport. No complimentary breakfast for Gold Elite members if paid with points. Rooms are spacious and AC works great even in the heat of the summer. Overall it's a solid hotel.

Super nice staff. Comfortable rooms. Very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful pool. But location is not great. You can't really walk anywhere, including shops that are located nearby because it's essentially on an island surrounded by highways dangerous for pedestrians.

Absolutely horrific. They hadn't had hot water for two days when I checked in and it wasn't planned to be fixed for another two but they didn't feel that was important to tell me at check-in. This hotel should be out of business.

Not of the level you would expect. It must be a 2 star motel. It is all tired and rotting. Rooms are small. Bathroom light not easily accessible, shower seems that of a military camp. Sheraton brand down the drain

Good staff, but hotel and the furnitures are very old. There is no market or restaurant nearby area. This is not real Sheraton.

Great place to lodge in Rome. I really had a nice time. Their services are superb.

It is not central connected only by taxi, there are no other ideal means of communication with private car use

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed. AC never worked, food was really bad and over priced. I recommend not to go for this hotel.

The restaurant is not great and the prices are excessive for the little to eat, worse than a gastro like 8 for PANZEROTINNI, two mini panzerotti which is 3cm by 3cm, but hey it's not bad to eat, wait you at 15 for a mojito-style cocktail and 6 for a fruit juice.
The lunch buffet was not great either compared to the photos, we sell you dreams because a lot of bad quality products (yoghurt juice etc).
We had to be in an upgraded room but you should know that the hotel is in two parts, one restored and one quite old. Obviously we had not had one in the restored side despite the reservation and the request when arriving.
Note that even with a classified reservation you have to pay for the pool deckchairs, 7 per day per person, imagine 5 for a week that makes more than 200 to enjoy the deckchairs .
Apart from one or two that stand out, the staff is very rude, tourists do not necessarily seem welcome.
The shuttles .. 12 places every 1h30, know that from noon almost all the places to go or come back from the center are reserved .. Over 5 days I had the opportunity to take it 2x.
Language level one or two speaks French, the rest of the staff barely speak English.
I'm still nice by putting 2 stars because I will never go back there again

The hotel is old and requires lot of maintenance. The evening shift receptionist look tired and I felt like they doing me a favor by checking you in. The breakfast was mediocre.

I had to ask for a room change as there were some problems, such as the air-conditioner control inoperative, the room not clean enough. Generally the hotel seemed a bit old. However, the second room was better, nice and warm and plenty of light during the day as well. I loved the concierge there, was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great as well.

Follow the group trip, the equipment and service are good, the breakfast is not salty, the food is salty, the feeling is leisurely and calm, the drinks and bread are very rich.

Hotel currently closed and nothing is written on their website, indeed there is a lot of opening hours for the swimming pool. I have been trying to call them for two months and no one replies to the same emails. It is a 4 star hotel but it seems run like a stable

Lovely staff and friendly, always listening to your wishes. Spacious rooms, gym, swimming pool. In short enough to have a good stay. Only downside the rooms are a bit dated in terms of decoration but still very clean.

Some floors are renovated others not. The attention of the staff is very good.

Excellent facilities for Business conferences. Nice and relaxing atmosphere around the pool after a busy day in Rome. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms although a bit old fashioned.

A new year with a non-existent organization, tickets sent and never arrived, I had to go and collect them in Rome making me 200 km !!!! As soon as we arrived at the buffet dinner they did not even have enough tables in fact many were having dinner standing, then many disservices tables without wine etc .. Bad ...

The structure is wonderful, the rooms are well maintained and equipped with several comforts. I will definitely come back again

Sheraton quality although it has lost some of its 80s charm

Great location if you have a car , got free parking, it must have been a 5star hotel at some point, but got old and tired. I mean really really old. Looks old, smells old and feels old. Carpet certainly doesn t invite you to walk without thick slippers, but everything else worked fine. Breakfast is mediocre and staff are better than many other hotels in rome. Thumbs up for the concierge services

Aging hotel but the big negative point is the breakfast (so you didn't want to try the restaurant) very low-end products
The deckchairs are payable in addition only for the day so not possible to come just 1 hour I had chosen this hotel pcq there was a swimming pool but I could not take advantage of it

I took part in the 3 glasses annual event at one of the reception rooms. Excellent welcome, services always clean despite the large influx. Great experience.

Sheraton is a four star hotel, but the personnel can be rated as five-star. They were very helpful, cooked me spaghetti Bolognese that was not on the menu exactly the way I cook it at home. They also let me check out late after I finished work. They compensated this way for all the bad things my bosses did and I am very grateful to them.

Very bad hotel. Very poorly maintained, do not respect the rules of No Smoking in the rooms and do not respect them. Bad food. Nothing recommendable

Not the best location to do things in the city but fit the price and service it's a really good hotel.

Needs an upgrade. Carpets needs to be changed. Outdated. Employees are outstanding!! Service awesome!!

We booked a room for 3 people from different in this structure, we are given a double room. After having pointed this out, they don't change the room but add a cot ... (very uncomfortable)
I think this is not acceptable in such a hotel

a 4-star hotel where parking is paid (1 euro per hour / 4 euro per day ... and a bottle of water in the room costs 4.90 euro ....)
I will definitely not go back and absolutely not recommend!

Hotel valid for corporate events not for tourism. Decentralized, uncomfortable with public transport but the services it offers are very valid.

This hotel is convinently located near the Roma airport. It has an amazing pool which is easy to use for the guests with lounge chairs and tables to enjoy poolside drinks at. The rooms are comfortable but a little small. The restaurant downstairs has many tasty dishes to offer. Overall great hotel.

Clean, tidy, efficient, great outdoor swimming pool.

Sheraton Rome is a great place to have a rest, we stayed there as part of the conference. Rooms are very well equipped, comfortable and pleasant to relax.

Off-center hotel in the center of Rome, but free private shuttle buses, if you have access to the Club Lounge (enough to nibble and drink at any time, really nice and refined). Clean hotel with pool, bar, gym (free if client club lounge), giant buoys available, full breakfast buffet. Think of going to squat quickly sunbathing at the pool because booking fee and all taken from 11am.
