Rooms need to be renewed. Carpets are old and need painting... but one can rest here.

The hotel is not worthy of a Sheraton. It is not only old but also grubby. Unfortunately, you can not give zero stars.

A little old. They should fix the bathroom. Areas where moisture has entered the wood are evident.
Then another thing: a 8 coke, a simple 14 mojito (and not much), 3.5 coffee. Absurd.

Hotel of high standard but located in a not entirely comfortable point.

Remember that Sheraton you went to when you were a kid with your parents? It's here! And good news, they haven't updated a thing since then. (Service team was very helpful so they get a bonus star for that. But, please, don't try to eat there... or sleep there... or swim there.)

Overall good hotel. However, in the evening it is better to reserve a table near the swimming pool. The "upstairs" room has less good service. Noise, stressed staff etc.

The Sheraton Roma Hotel is a guarantee for all people who want a pleasant stay characterized by functionality, technology and well-being.

Correct value for money but away from the city. Private party blocking the pool regularly from 18:00.

I only attended it as a convention center and I found myself very well. Very elegant and classy hotel.

It seems that there was an expectation for the Sheraton brand. I was very disappointed, and I asked for a cheesy fridge, an air conditioner with a broken button, a shower with a few years old, and a coffee pot.I brought a coffee pot with a blown lid and counted while the water boiled, so I booked it because there was an airport shuttle. Even in the early morning, there are 3 hours, and of course, it is a paid service for around 10 euros.
It costs about 50 euros for a taxi to get from the hotel to Termini Station, and it takes 1 hour, including walking by bus, on public transport. The coffee I drink at the lobby cafe was the worst I ever drank in Italy.
I don't want to recommend it.

The hotel was a bit far to get to from the central park of Rome. However, one could manage it with a subway plus some walking or bus.

Hotel not up to the pictures huge disappointment. The staff are not very friendly or even incorrect.
For a torn, moldy 4 star curtain in the bathroom, the windows are never washed, too bad I have not found where to put the photos online to show you ...

I went there for a company party but it seemed very clean and organized

The hotel is located in a quiet wooded area on its own property. There is a small district with a train station and bus stops about 1/2 mile from the hotel. There are also shops, bars and restaurants in the area. There are also two bus routes that stops directly in front of the hotel. The hotel offers paid daily scheduled service a few trips a day to the city.

The hotel has a T floor plan and is very large. The rooms are large with a full bathroom and tub.

The Internet speed was good but kept shutting down after 24 hours. Then there was a problem to find the login page.

. The check in and check out was very good. The hotel has a Concierge who was always helpful.

The hotel is children friendly.

The morning buffet was very good and the service was very good,

I m surprised that this hotel has a star.
The maintenance team that was called in in April 1976 has not arrived yet.

700m walk from the hotel, B line "EUR Magliana". Colosseum at 6 stops north.
At the bus stop in front of the hotel, you can move to the Vatican area (CIPRO station) and the Trustbelle area (end point).
There are no sidewalks on the shortcuts to the station, so if you are uneasy, there is a sidewalk if you go around.

No tickets sold at the hotel reception.
There is a ticket machine in the bench space on the left just after entering the hotel, but only once. Convenience is bad because only coins can be used.
If you want to buy a one-day ticket, you need to walk to the above metro station.

Hotel shuttle buses to Piazza Venezia can be booked at the concierge desk (next to the reception), but the concierge is always crowded.
There are only about 20 seats.
One way 6 euro, round trip 10 euro.

Because taxis are always on standby, it is easy to use a taxi. 15-25 euros to the center.

The surrounding supermarkets need to walk 20 minutes south.
Carrefour in the north is difficult to understand and difficult to go, so simply is recommended.

If you go through the park in the south, there are many restaurants just a 10-minute walk away.

Lunch and dinner are available at the hotel restaurant.
Room service is also available in 24 hours.

WIFI is free only in the basic lobby, but it is also free in the guest room if you become a Marriott member.
Just enter the required information in the concierge for 1 minute. If you don't want to pay 8 euros in the room, do that.

The rooms are beautiful, but aging is undeniable.
Inadequate rooms and bad cards are good, and the Sheraton brand shouldn't expect, but complain after looking at the price.

Large hotel - good for conferences, but unfortunately getting old and in need of renovation

This hotel is fine. However, I had a horrible incident happen to my younger sister. Early in the night, they closed down the spritz station and did not allow her to drink her favorite drink-- aperol spritz! She stayed in the hotel SOLELY because spritz's were easily accessible and ended up having to make her own! What a shame!

The hotel has a great summer. Holes in the carpet in the hallway, in the bathroom spots on the ceiling after flooding and peeling paint. The rooms do not have coffee or tea accessories or a mini fridge. One free small bottle of water per day in the room. Passage to the subway along a busy street with no sidewalk. Free WIFI in the room only for three days. WIFI available in the lobby. Nice pool outside the hotel.

5 days in Rome on a city trip .... and 5 nights at the Sheraton Roma Conference hotel. We were very happy to discover this hotel where the welcome, Giuseppe and Maria in particular, is remarkable. They are efficient, attentive and very professional. In addition, all the staff, including the women and "men" of the rooms are very polite and smiling. A special mention for Mateo, the "pool attendant" who besides his very great kindness is always available to look for a mattress, to give the towels ... the breakfasts are complete and good.
The service in the club lounge is very pleasant and drinks and snacks are a plus in this establishment. The free shuttle service to the city is appreciable, as are the free transfer buses to the airport as well. In short, that's good for this hotel. Thank you all.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel room's nice and clean although a tad small, had to contend in turning the heat all the way down as it cannot be turned off.... didn't want to look like a prune in the morning.

TV not working and then while taking the breakfast food, take away the cloth saying that the time is up.

I loved my stay here. The customer service is great and their breakfast is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and a well balanced diet. The rooms are clean and cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is near the train station and bus stop for easy access to visit Rome. The reception managers assisted me with the train maps which was a fast and convenient way to visit the beautiful sites. The train station - Magliana EUR - is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Honest in services but rather dated structure.Ok because expensed by the company but, I would not come personally.

The hotel is good and as to be expected...its a bit old hotel the room amenities are old as well as the toilet fittings...the rooms are specious enough and quite...the staff is nice

Quality Sheraton, unfortunately in this experience had no hot water ... Lucky that summer was at full strength in the city.

Good service for conference and others. Food is surprisingly of good qualityy and cook with care even for big numbers of people. Good.

Incredibly surprised at the poor condition of this sheraton hotel, musty smell in the hallways and rooms. The old furniture, the drained bed and the dirty old bathroom.

The only reason this has a two is because the room size is above average for hotels in Italy. Rooms not ready for check-in at 4:30pm. Not enough towels for two (that s really not a difficult task). Manager was rude and demanding. I would equate the managerial expertise with that of a Motel 6 (not even a Super 8)!
Food was not well prepared and to go boxes were even worse. I ve lived and traveled extensively in Europe and Asia. Worse American owned hotel I ve ever been in. An embarrassment for the chain.
