Friendly, helpful, has a lot to offer. They check pin you twice a day to see if you need anything. Free water bottles. Shuttle takes you into the city and airport for 7 euros each way. Walking distance to the metro station (10 minutes).

Hotel very clean and well cared for, rich breakfast but with little choice in terms of sweet food, excellent conference management and furnishing. Fair price.

A very nice place, a stone's throw from the center, with the motorway to the airport at hand.

I stayed for several nights in this structure for business reasons. The entrance to the hotel looks really well looked after but as soon as you arrive in your room you realize that time has stopped about 25 years ago !!
As soon as I arrived in the room I also found inside the stuff of another guest (who fortunately was not inside at that moment) .. I had the key to a room already occupied !!
The bubble bath is not replaced, if it runs out, and I had to call reception to get it.
Also worth noting is poor cleaning.
Unfortunately I was really disappointed and couldn't recommend this property to others.
A 4-star hotel should certainly meet some requirements that I have not met here. Not recommended !!

For the money, this property offers a very strong value. I have stayed here two different times & the only thing that I don t like about the property is that the shower water pressure is very low, which means that showers take a while & are not very soothing. The walk to the metro is a bit perilous, with not much room between you & fast moving cars. Please be careful when making this walk! Hotel has great taxi service and a one-way Farr to the ruins is normally 10-12 Euros. For the price, this place was very good for me! Nice pool, good restaurant & friendly staff. Service is definitely beyond the price!

Very well kept, clean and equipped conference room. Courteous and helpful staff. The event I attended also included lunch: excellent cuisine!

Average functioning Sheraton. Service is inconsistent. Parts of the hotel are very good - we lost a mobile phone in the cab and one of the door men ran after the cab for us, spoke to the driver and found the phone! There are free shuttles to the centre and airport transfers as well as shuttles to various tourist locations for a small fee.

Sadly other parts of the hotel are a little disappointing and may require retraining to uphold the Sheraton and Starwood names.

When we ordered room service for dinner one night, we also asked for some tea cups because we did not have any in the room for our tea. The operator sounded surprised but agreeable. When the food came there were no cups so we had to call back. Another operator picked up this time and told us to come down and she will give us whatever we needed. What??

Another experience was when one of us was suddenly down with a bad flu and had to recover enough to catch a flight. We went to ask the front office for any sort of cold or flu tablets. There is no first aid kit in the entire place and no one bothered to even help in any way. The only advice we got was that the nearest pharmacy was 10min away by cab so they can call us one if we wanted.

This is unacceptable on many different levels for a hotel of such price and caliber.

High level of cleanliness and courtesy. One night, but definitely a good location. Too bad for the area ... the taxi becomes indispensable ... otherwise there were 5 stars !!

Had a great conference there. Friendly staff and a decent restaurant on premises. The aircon in the room was very effective which helped with the heat. The rooms are older but have most amenities including safes.

The internet was good during our stay and the gym was well kitted out with several treadmills and other cardio/weight equipment. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. There is no hotel shuttle which is a pity and some of the taxi drivers do not accept credit card.

We were at the Sheraton for the Tre Bicchieri Tasting of the Gambero Rosso 2019! The rooms are beautiful, well-groomed and very kind staff! I can't give information about the rooms because we didn't stay!

Fabulous impact upon entering the Hotel, nice room, but a bit dated. Surely a touch of modernity would suit us just to eliminate the carpet, renovate the bathroom which is decidedly antiquated and maybe add an electrical outlet near the bedside table. Excellent cleaning.
The restaurant is also good for dinner even if I expected something more.
If I were to return to Rome for work, I would be here.

Hotel a little dated but certainly the best in the eur area

The room was not clean, and the general lobby is old and neglected, and the room does not suit this brand.

I would give this hotel a star since the lobby is updated, clean, and nice, but the entire hotel needs to be renovated. Especially the rooms. The reason why I really gave this hotel a poor review is because the staff were really rude especially the ones who are at the front desk. I asked them if they can assist us with the transportation and looking for another hotel, but they said that we are suppose to be doing that, and for the transportation, they said that they can just call any time we need it. After that, they gave comment about what I asked while looking at me and are speaking in their own language and laughed after. WHICH WAS REALLY RUDE!!! I hope SPG looks into this. They need to havea better staff and management here.

Year 2018/19 ... 85 euro spent worst of my life; a virtually nonexistent buffet, with very little choice and bad food. None of what we promised in the program has been guaranteed ... very bad evening.

Good accomodation, excellent staff, fantastic food but quite pricy.

New Year's Eve 2019 spent here in Rome: two rooms available for dancing, total chaos, both commercial and 1970s music, etc. Fortunately, the evening was a gala and almost everyone was well dressed. Young boys prevailed who were obviously drunk late into the night. Despite this, the evening was well organized, we danced a lot and we had a good time.

Nice hotel on cleanliness is looked here. Has a great pool where you can relax. The location of the hotel is okay you can take a taxi to the sights about 10 minutes.

Location convenient to reach, elegant hotel but not too opulent, indeed quite modest in design. Huge overall, it has several buildings for each intended use, and with hundreds of rooms, from simple to luxurious. I can not comment on the service because I've been there two days for a tattoo convention and I did not partake of the rooms will bar or restaurant.

The hotel seems frozen in another time even if this gives it a certain charm.
The rooms are dated but functional, the staff friendly and the facilities pleasant (swimming pool, gym, restaurant, bar).
It is the perfect place to rest from sightseeing or for a business trip, but not really for a change of scenery.

which I do not recommend. The service is not very friendly or attentive, we tested but decided for all our other meals to go outside.

Good Breakfast and staff was very friendly. But it's strange that a 5 start hotel don't have room service during night. Only pre made sandwiches, not even a toast! Room's are getting very old.

Old hotel, lights, non-working television, small bathroom, for a really bad 4-star, could renovate it given the prices !!!!!

Half day meeting with outdoor dining. Helpful staff and convenient location for travelers, within walking distance of the airport. Second time at this facility, there will be a trrza!

An Ok hotel. Stayed here for a few nights while visiting Rome. It is a little further away from the city center and a cab ride is about 30 or more euros. Staff are very professional and friendly.

The hotel is very large, has a reputation that precedes it and satisfies expectations. For a person of my age it is definitely luxury and it is the best hotel I have ever visited.

Nice staff, but an old box with considerable renovation needs. The rooms are clean and quiet. The garage is a disaster, everywhere full of pigeon dung and costs 25, - per day. The lounge is good, drinks until the end for free. The hotel offers a regular shuttle service to Piazza Venezia and back, very convenient.

Great place! Very hospitable. Gian Luca and Silvano were awesome at the restaurant /bar. Made me feel very welcome! The wine and olives were great. Grazzie!

Felt more like being in a Sheraton than being in Rome. Difficult to get to from the metro on foot. Really good meringue!

The hotel is very large with various services including events organized within the structure. It is a pity that there is very little on foot nearby, a vehicle is needed to be able to move. One flaw of the hotel is the exaggerated prices for whatever you decide to do, ok it is a luxury hotel but this does not mean to pluck the customers.
