I am Bonvoy titanium member and this hotel is Worst Sheraton Hotel I ever stayed. No hospitality for customer.

Hotel to be completely redone in my opinion, very dated

It takes a lot of times for the quilt to drag and not give you a bad review! !

The hotel is overall acceptable but not the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. The rooms are pleasant but show some faulty or malfunctioning furniture (semi-recessed wardrobe doors, light bulbs). The restaurant associated with the hotel is even worse, with staff not always up to the task, neither kind nor responsive to the arrival of the clientele (with the room practically empty). Positive note the pool area, very livable and well designed

Nice hotel to stay for a rome trip. Nice staff and infrastructure

When choosing this hotel the important thing was the pool and it was a good choice! The swimming pool is like none other in Rome: it is nice, relaxing, tropic and overall great! The hotel is a bit dark and oldfashioned, far from the center of Rome, breakfast not ideal but other than that food is pretty tasty! Service at the swimming pool was great, but other than that is average. Overall I would recommend it because of the fantastic pool and the fact that it is very close to the airport!

They charged me for breakfast which I did not ask for, and I was not informed either that I had a special offer breakfast added to my bill

Did not offer me the choice of a free drink or points as an spg gold member, until I asked for it

Poor experience for such a brand

A pretty poor experience, the rooms are tiny not well furnished there are very few electrical plugs and the bed is extremely soft. There is some kind of a jogging trail which is almost impossible to find and it then turns out it's just a loop around the back of the hotel which is probably about 100 meters.

On the plus side there's parking a pool if you're into that and pretty well located.

Also my SPG and Marriott Platinum status was not recognised here so access to Lounge.

When it was inaugurated it had to be at the top now it has remained in the 70s

Staff super welcoming and always smiling (which is not to be taken for granted), breakfast for all tastes.

To take by sac from the center .... room that I was in need of a reform

Good hotel to work with its rooms and equipment but the rooms are dated and need to be refreshed!

Beautiful structure, a little isolated and partly to rejuvenate

The rooms are very small, there isn't a minibar or a fridge and the rooms are incredibly old.

It's amazing to think that this is actually a Sheraton.. though certainly only by name.
Good points to mention about the hotel are the swimming pool area which ia quite pleasant, the huge breakfast which is great and the fact that they have a free shuttle to the city center. Also the rooms have bathtubs which is a plus. Overall I give only 2 stars mainly to the fact that nowadays all hotels have minibars or a fridge in the rooms so for me it's just strange that a Sheraton hotel doesn't have it

The food is bad and the organization is watering. I spent the New Year with them. Truly a squalor. Series b environment and brothel attendance. They sold a buffet with a seat, but there were no seats. 50% of the menu was served. No water, no sparkling wine and the coffee that had to be included cost 4 euros.

Hotel is nice and the swimming pool is amazing - this review is for the food at the restaurant - just don t bother my steak was so over cooked it was unreadable resembling shoe leather - sent my meal back 15 minuets later no replacement and my partner had already finished. In my opinion The executive chef needs the sack if he is happy to send out food so over cooked it s uneatable. service staff couldn t do more to try and help but all the problems with this restaurant are in the kitchen if you want to eat a good meal you would do yourself a sold and get a McDonald s delivered.

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant parking inside

Stayed just one night (about 12 hrs total) before flying home after a 16 day vacation throughout Italy. Quality Starwood hotel. Easy and fast check in, clean and big rooms, great bed. Received the bed upgrade that I requested at booking. Can't say much more about the hotel since we didn't use any other amenities. Couple cons include the navigtion to this hotel due to the convoluted roads in this EUR region and Apple maps' difficultly negotiating the route (it missed the turn off and we had to reroute for 15 mins more). I understand this is not the fault of Sheraton Roma but the signage indicating the correct turn off is not that large and at the last second, so drive slowly as you get close. Secondly, the parking is not well defined as you approach the hotel.. there's garage for a price, or uncovered/unguarded for free. Garage parking is approached first but not marked whether free or not. The free parking is on the other side of the main entrance but it is small and was full when we arrived. We were unaware and not told that there is more parking on the opposite side of the free lot, but again it is not marked. We were also not told about this other lot, so the whole process was much more complicated than it needed to be. Otherwise, pleased with the hotel and our stay, and would recommend this hotel. Also, there is a complimentary shuttle bus that will bring you to the nearest metro station that you can take into the heart of Rome. Very nice and convenient service.

Rooms equipped with basic furniture, but equipped tutto..unica absence, the phon .. Good snacks, available at multiple times throughout the day .. For those who desire, a beautiful swimming pool in which to spend some time

Great Hotel, with wide spaces for event and conference. Easy to reach by car and taxies

Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff are helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Breakfast options are very good.

I arrived for a job interview, the appointment was at 8 o'clock and many arrived earlier, the bar was closed and you didn't know where to get a coffee. They offered us to use the buffet, realizing the inconvenience. While we were having breakfast, the room manager told us that we had to pay. Some of us spent 16 euros. A coffee is 3.50. Not for the money but for the ways and the disorganization ... even the most seedy of places has a bar where you can have a coffee and then around this place there are no other possibilities. The receptionist was very courteous and was obviously mortified ...

Really good ! Friendly staff, beautiful pool, gym and beautiful outdoor terrace. The room was modest with small balcony / terrace. Food and drinks a bit pricey but otherwise overall it was very nice! Vaux better eaten in Rome itself. Thank you Parco dei Medici!

Amazing hotel service and attitude towards guests.
Staying in the place is worth every euro.
Highly recommended.

My mother works there and they are very classy and helpful

We actually only went for a swim because it was 38-39C today. It was easy to get there from Termini station and they have a lovely pool. Also the prices are actually good for external guests!

Fairly mediocre hotel and service was not great, found it difficult to get an iron and ironing board

Good hotel, friendly staff, ample space for business meetings, but decentralized and inconvenient to reach the center by public transport.

The condition of the rooms is very poor. First had to change rooms because of some water dripping. In the next room, the aircon didn't work. The place needs to be closed and totally refurbished. Staff is very friendly, though.

Was probably really nice in 1980. Now seriously needs some work.

Customer service was extremely poor. I was bounced around from person to person, only to be treated with rudeness and without any help for a simple service at the hotel. I don t recommend staying here nor coming here to use any hotel services.

Large hotel a little old but well managed and very clean. Smiling service. Unfortunately quite eccentric. Metro and bus nearby.

Nice but expensive. Not exactly close to tourist attractions. They do have a shuttle service for 10 euros into the city centre. You must reserve your seat in advance as space fills up quickly. Laughably, the pool closes at 7pm.

A suitable location for events (trainings, team buildings) made with teams of participants. The service is very good, the accommodation is acceptable and during the summer the location also offers a swimming pool. It is quite close to public transport links, but it is preferable to get there by car.

A big hotel with a nice outdoor area. The location is not very good and the rooms and cleanliness is in need of improvement. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The joke of the century! For using the pool they charge you Euro 10,- per person. First time this ever I heard about sich a thing in a starwood property. This is just a ridiculous way to rip off people.

It s very dirty and noisy hotel. Don t forget to register for shuttle to city center if you want to use it.

It didn't meet my expectations, decent and neutral service. Room was averge .. breakfast is good but most of breakfast items are not labled. For example"pork". I mean this is essential if you are accommodating people from everywhere around the world. There was no induction during check in .. no slippers in the room nor washroom.

It was still acceptable and nice visit but not as I would expect from a Sheraton hotel.

Technical conference to which I was invited at the inn. Good location. Very nice pedestrian and stately environment.

To improve the pillows and the fridge in the room .. too much noise in the night

A guarantee, everything works well and the nicest staff.

When checking in, the gentleman at the front desk would not conduct business with me. He kept speaking to my husband. I booked the reservation so everything was in my name and he insisted on having my husband sign and confirm our booking?
Our floor smelled horrendous. I had to hold my breath while walking to our room, but was relieved that our room was odorless...
We ordered room service one night, which was nice. After finishing our meal, we followed suit with the rest of the guests on our floor and put our tray outside the door at 10pm. The following morning, tray was still there. Odd, but ok. BUT THE TRAY WAS THERE 2 DAYS LATER? No wonder the hallway smells so bad. The cleaning staff doesn't clean. it wasn't just our tray that was still there, but other neighbor's as well.
On our last morning at 8 am, a knock on the door followed by a 2 second pause then someone using a key to come in the door. I didn't even have time to get out of bed and put a robe on.

Thankful to be done with Sheraton Roma hotel and would normally have recommended this stay to other travelers because of the price/shuttle, but I'd rather pay double in the city than stay here again.
