Very nice hotel professional staff, great for business meetings.

I have been to this place several times during the past years, on 08/25/2019 I returned for a day in the pool in total relaxation.

I book the day before for 12 / 12.30, when I arrive on site I pay the entrance and go to the pool lifeguard to get the towel and the sunbed.
I kindly ask him, if possible, to have a sunbed by the pool given the reservation and he exclaims `` eeeeh look only for her I have this '', a sunbed in the second row wedged between other sunbeds with a margin of 25 cm to the right and 10 on the left.
At that point, given the availability of at least 15 other free sunbeds in front of me, I ask if it was possible to move to one of them, which is denied me by the lifeguard since `` they are booked by groups of 2 or 3 people '', ok there can be, I accept the bed stuck.

After less than 5 minutes that I have settled down, a girl arrives alone with a reservation made the previous day like mine, guess where the lifeguard makes her sit? On the free sunbeds in front that were '' booked by groups of 2 or 3 people ''.

Not even the intelligence to accommodate it to those a little more distant in the hope that I would not notice it had.

Now, I don't like to argue, but this is a real disrespect as my booking was the same as that of the girl and I paid the same as she paid (just happened to have a chat), I realize that yes want to favor a woman (for heaven's sake, I agree) but that's too much!

After that I had the unfortunate idea of ordering a burger from the restaurant, ASK, but do you really dare to ask for 20 euros for a sandwich with just the burger inside (No salad, tomato, bacon, cheese, nothing at all) and waiters who exclaim aloud among the customers `` today everyone to break my balls '' ??? I wholeheartedly advise you to review your staff as a '' sheraton '' customer does not accept this type of service.

I don't think I'll set foot in this place again; Given the prestige of the name and the brand, the Sheraton group should review the quality of the work done by its collaborators as it is not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel but perhaps scarcely up to the level of Nonna Mariuccia's pension.

A little out of the way and a pain to get to in rush hour traffic. But nice clean hotel.

The hotel is outdated, staff is the best effort, but the around it can not hide. That's a pity. Because was much better used to the hotel chain.

Horrible as hell. Seriously, kettle with mold, no friege, foods in hotel is horrible( had three and two course. Potato was butter baked but worst ever I had, chicken was sooooo dry. Needed water to swallow. This is Sheraton?? Hilarious.ah staffs are amazingly inefficient. 3rd world country hotel was much better with nicer attitude.

Top structure with excellent catering. Clean rooms, professional staff and a welcoming and relaxing pool area

Seems quite an old construction. The breakfast's options were very few and not served with great preparations.

Excellent hotel with large, clean rooms with all comforts. It also has a good fitness center with a swimming pool

Bit out of the way if traviling shuttle bus service is not great but is a train station 10 min walk from hotel rooms are good condition club lounge is a bit bare but overall greate stay

Unfortunately no Sheraton standard

The hotel is a bit shabby and it smells musty in the lobby and in the corridors. The rooms are ok, but a renovation couldn't hurt here either. Breakfast is rather simple by Sheraton standards; there is not even fresh orange juice.
Only the prices at the bar are Sheraton: a caipirinha costs 15 !
The best thing about the hotel is the pool. Clean and also visually beautiful. But I don't think it's appropriate that as a hotel guest you are asked to pay 7 for a deck chair.
It gets scary when you leave the hotel premises: then you think you're walking straight through a garbage dump - the surroundings are so dirty.

We were staying five days in this hotel. The rooms were clean and nice. The hotel itself is nice as well. The staff at the pool is very unfriendly. You pay extra (7 during the week, 10 on the weekends) for a the deck chair even though there s enough of them. The breakfast is nothing special.
All in all a hotel with a lot of potential which seems that they don t want to fulfill.

I was at the Sheraton hotel for Business Meeting. Really big and beautiful hotel. It deserves the luxury of which it is named

A magnificent super hotel suitable for congresses and business meetings

All right, I have been in many hotels all arnoud the EU including the one they are part of the Marriott hotels, such is Sheraton. And I can say, that this hotel is worst of them! The rooms are clean, but there is wierd smell inside. Food is not good, not bad. I have had a better food, I have to say. And there is something what blew my breath. There is an outside pool, you are alowed to go there but! First are the opening hours - 9:30 - 19:30. Really? I would like to go there for example before breakfast and chill there till sunset. In all hotels is kind a standart to have pool opend from 7am to 9pm. But, belive or not, that is not the worse. If you want to chill on the garden deck chair, you will have to pay 7EUR! Otherwise you are not even alowed to enter the garden area, you have to stay in the pool or on the small edge around! This is in 4 star hotel absolutely inadmissible! I have been on Malta in the small 2 star hotel, and even there was pool all free. And in every other hotel I have ever been, was pool all free too! I am sorry, but this is not how it should be!

Bad stay. Bad reception staff. I forgot a jacket, I advised them a couple of hours after the departure, they made me call for three days different people playing the responsibility, inventing that a guest had been locked inside our room for 3 days with the sign do not disturb for then tell me it was gone. The staff at the reception does not communicate with the cleaning staff, I had to call each other several times. For nothing. Pleasant and kind restaurant staff.

Even for just one night, it doesn't disappoint the expectations of the name. Perfect and beautiful room and good breakfast

Without infamy and without praise: average. Expectations was much larger. Regretful note: having ordered and paid an express 3.50 euros. Madness!

I past 2 weeks in your hotel with NOFYAM. I paid 360 when I reserved, then when I came I paid 60 for local taxe and when I leave the 26, I paid 75 for my personal depenses (cocktails etc).
The day after I see -320 you took WITHOUT MY PERMISSION !!!!!!!!!! I calles Haim to have explication and refund.
It's been ONE WEEK you still don't refund me and still not appologise and still not give me damage because -320 the end of a month (with 2 weeks holidays) cost me a bank account negative.
I repeat, YOU DONT HAVE ANY PERMISSION TO TAKE MY MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
More, I was client of Nofyam and I paid Nofyam for my room, not your client.
You dont answer my calls and I really need you to ANSWER and REFUND me and DAMAGE me !!!!!!!

Here from august 12 to 25 sunday 2019.

The hotelbis nice and clean. But it was some private party, and the swimming pool was not accesible for the guests after 7pm. The working time of the swiming pool is till 20:30.

Decadent. It has lost the charm of the elite hotel.

Granted it was relatively cheap at 109 but the whole place is just so run down. Rooms in desperate need of full refurbishment. On the positive side at least the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the restaurant is good. The location is a bit isolated and the rooms show signs of age. Parts of the bathroom are rusted or encrusted with limescale. The room service that the hotel advertises strongly is unattainable. For a night it is just fine and offers a comfortable sleep but little more.

Excellent, very clean, plenty of choice in the breakfast, super friendly staff, attractive pool, I have not tried the restaurant service, it will be for next time.

The hotel really showed its age during my stay. The staff was a hit or miss, as the person that checked me in was friendly and welcoming, but the concierge, not so much. The room I stayed in had trouble with the AC, it didn't work, and it was as a problem for us since it's really hot during the summer. The toilet is really small and uncomfortable, and is too awkwardly placed too close to the sinks countertop. I found myself sitting at a angle using the toilet. The lobby, gym, pool area, and immediate entrance area seems like the only places in the hotel that has been somewhat renovated or modernized. Everywhere else like the hallways and rooms, gave me a feeling as if I was staying at a cheap motel in the 90s. The gym was decent and allowed for a light workout while on vacation: the free weights went up to about 45 lbs, there were two benches that could go from flat to a incline position for free weight chest presses, a incline chest press, some other weight machines, and the typical cardio machines. They even had some mats for yoga/stretching, and foam rollers.

Good 4 star hotel. Nice pool, friendly and good service. At the lobby there are computers and that wifi is fast. Breakfast top and nice location. Fast taxis in the area.

The hotel is aging but still beautiful, the welcome was nice with an incredible language comprehension, the only negative and not least was the hotel restaurant with very poor reception, having read dissatisfied reviews before coming, we wanted to make our own opinion. To begin with a look judge, dishes served before our when we were there before, no bread on the table but all other tables yes, no pizza knives served with the dish, servers that drag their feet and prices excessive for the quality of the product and for the quality of service more than execrable. I have never been to a restaurant being so badly received.

Hotel if you can call it a hotel !!!! No fridge in the rooms yet I took 2 and when you ask at the reception they have more in stock! Decrepit toilets !! Very disappointed with the Sheraton chain !!!

Hotel is poorly managed and service is very poor, I haver stayed at over 60 Marriott hotels and this is definitely one of the worst experiences I ve had with them. I am a titanium elite member with Marriott and the service I received is less than good!

The staff is helpful and courteous. Services in line with expectations and prices adjusted to the rating. The swimming pool with the space for breakfast and the fitness room is very interesting

Rooms clean and spacious although with not really new furniture. Medium comfortable bed due to the soft mattress.

Modest rooms, we returned at 2pm to rest (after leaving at 8.30am) and we had to wait for the room to be cleaned !!! But can you clean it at 14?!? Outside parking lot unattended lirido, full of garbage and smells like urine.

Very very poor place. Paid to use the pool here. Pool bar extremely expensive.. unless you want to spend over 5 for a ice lolly don t bother

The + Excellent breakfast buffet, helpful staff, spacious and refined room, very pleasant pool area, very well-equipped gym. Free parking inside the hotel. Wi-Fi in the room and access to the gym 24 hours a day. Souvenir and tobacco shop in the hotel. The hotel is far from Rome and the shuttles are a bit expensive (10 round trip), the deckchairs are paying 7 , the drinks at the bar are a bit expensive but hey all this is a bit normal you are at Sheraton ..!

Bell hotel overall penalized a bit by the location on the very busy Magliana street. The only drawback for the 5 stars is the LENTISSIMO check

Nice hotel... ok location. A little out of the way to get to public transit to get into the center. But they do offer a shuttle.

I was here with a conference for work. Very helpful and friendly staff, a nice restaurant for the evening if a tad expensive on the beer. Breakfast selection was huge! Cereals, meats, small cooked selection, fruits, tatted and pastries. (breakfast donut anyone?) rooms were a little dated but clean and warm. There were no drinks facilities in the room. The pool was unavailable for me but looked large and clean. There was a small but functional gym on level -1 with running, eleptical and cycling machines as well as a full set of free weights and press equipment. Overall I'd highly recommend and would return.

It is the height that this Sheraton Ro, ma have us without water caliebte from yesterday. We must spread to tourists to avoid this hotel. Today Sunday August 12, 2118

Beds are good. Everything else needs work. If you need something outside the city close to the airport and you are on an expense account it works. Tons of better options for the price closer to the airport.

No hot water in the rooms in the morning is a terrible way to wake up in the moning! And the way reception spoke was even disrespectful.
Sheraton never more...

Ideal you go to an event organized in the hotel itself, impractical if you go sightseeing. The rooms would have to be modernized. The drains smell bad. Yes, the breakfast buffet very good.
