Luxury hotel staff at the top kindness
Absolute comfort of the rooms all very well kept even if not very recent maximum cleaning.
remarkable breakfast buffet
Located in the middle of nowhere. Stop in the 90s. Very dirty carpet.
Wonderful Hotel. Made use of the shuttle service to downtown. Room was very clean. Nice pool. Great staff
Pretty interior & pool. Surcharge for absolutely everything. Must walk on freeway or busy roadways to get anywhere on foot. Only 1hr of WiFi/day included. 10/person/day for a chair at the pool. 10/person each direction for a shuttle. Pets allowed but not in lobby, restaurant, poolside, any public area, nor alone in room. Restaurant overpriced. Exercise facility is well equipped (& without fee).
It s OK just for one night. Our room is all right but it smells old carpet and moisture in the corridor. We left the hotel at 4:30 am. It was really nice to have coffee and croissants before leaving.
Very large facility polite and helpful staff is a bit outdated the rooms sin in cleanliness and the bathroom still has the tub. Very good restaurant
No courtesy kit in the bathroom, overall acceptable. The structure and the living room can be improved for 4 stars. Breakfast at an expensive price (16e), room not well heated.
Insect in the bathtub and courtesy services (alarm clock, luggage assistance, etc.) practically absent!
Staff a little slow and annoyed.
Room finishes dated, generally below expectations for a 4-star hotel.
It's very good hotel. And a good staff and very helpful. And very good food .it has a large breakfast buffet with almost everything. With a good pool.
Good buffet and reasonable price. Badly located if you want to visit Rome. You can take a taxi to the center for around 15 eur
The hotel is eccentric. When we arrive, the lobby makes a good impression. The breakfast is very diverse and very rich. However, the decor of the rooms is dated, the tapestry is in poor condition.
New Year's Eve 2019. Experience not to be repeated. 85 euros for a buffet in which you ate practically nothing. Insufficient food for everyone. I found myself eating potatoes and pasta with sauce. To the 85 euros you add 10 euros to leave the jackets and 5 euros of parking under the bridge, obviously not guarded. Never again.
Breakfast good and varied, top piscine pool, by cons the room is a bit dark, pb light and access card to the room to change every morning!
Terrible service throughout (especially reception)!! Furnishing is also not what one d expect from a hotel that is at least 2* and up. What happened, Sheraton!
Very noisy place. You can hear all conversations on a corridor. My room had common wall with a laundry. Washmashine running at the midnight ..... Due to doors between the rooms you can hear a couple making sex next room. The crew us nit very helpful. It's also a conference center si you can meet real crowds of people and have real problem to find a table for breakfast. 2 stars as the room was good equipped and WiFu with good quality. Metro station 5 minutes walk from there
Excellent hotel in Rome located in the Eur area, good even if the rooms seem a little dated and need reform ... ok
Rooms were dirty . Cups and things to stir were sticky . Beds were uncomfortable And flat . We asked to change rooms . And were changed to rooms that were not much better . At breakfast We asked them to clean a table so that we can be seated . They told us there s other tables that we can sit at . Do not recommend staying here .
Not in center, hotel meet the Sheraton name, and conference centres are great, only problem is the location, it is not easy to access surrounding area by walk.
In need of a refurb. Restaurant food was awful. Breakfast offering is poor (limited options and poor quality).
Staff don't have seem to really care.
Definitely only stay if there are no other options.
A good hotel that seemed ill prepared for the large influx of guests. The wifi is fast and free.
Beautiful location, but 6.50 for a milk and coffee passed off as cappuccino and a little glorious cornet.
Professional conference centre with great capacity!
The map of the room does not always pay attention we were forced to go ask 2 times in one day to redo the map to open the room
Definitely below expectations, staying in a triple room the third "bed" was an armchair, only two power sockets close to the beds, bathroom definitely not up to the 4-star classification; in the late afternoon still trays in the corridors ... separate chapter for the restaurant, good food but not adequate service, slow, lazy staff not to say annoyed and moreover we had dinner in the dark. A completely different subject for the perfectly organized conference center.
A rather poor choice at breakfast for a Sheraton level hotel. The hotel is perfect for events and conferences, but for tourists too far from the center and all the sights of Rome
Very nice hotel, great facilities, highly recommended
degraded
in a state of total abandonment
nightmare rooms
zero cleaning.

the perfect place to stay in Rom. The rooms are good but the Staff is really very good. (thanks to all of you)
Very nice hotel, very hard to access the metro station though so a bit hard to get to city center
A clean and safe hotel in Rome, where you can take a taxi to the city center in 10 minutes.
I think it is a hotel located in the middle level of Rome. Also because the hotel is a very old building and the rooms building is in a pretty old state. Cleaning can be considered normal. Also the breakfast is very meager if you find only one kind of cheese tomato and drinks are all served as aroma. You can even find scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs just as omelets are extra. I think there may be more beautiful hotels. Also the staff is very sullen accentuated just by the name Sheraton quality of medium level.
Corporate business stay. In the room nothing is missing. The mattress is comfortable, the only comment on the room is that the carpet is a bit old.
As for the restaurant buffet, I would have liked it to have been indicated on the dishes whether they were gluten-free or vegetarian. I, as a vegetarian, found myself in difficulty from this point of view.
Needs updating. However location and service naxe up for it.
Old, poorly cared for, dusty and ancient rooms, poor A/C, sometimes rude staff with attitude, overly priced. Perhaps it was good in the 60s, but now a laughable place to call a "Sheraton".
Does not disappoint, friendly staff and I did not find any problems ... recommended, we certainly do not expect a gift price, we are always in a different range but a great service.
Nice modern place and provided everything! Great service and good food!
I went there for a conference so for what little I saw a very nice and welcoming hotel
Clean and comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. Rooms seemed a little small
Nice rooms, good pool, nice personel. Just a rip off that you have to pay for sunbeds
Big venue, capable to accomodate large number of people
the external appearance a little to be desired ... but the interior is very beautiful
Neat and tidy. The rooms are quite small and the hotel is in a bit of a remote location
Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff, but very uncomfortable and unwise. If you miss the entry you risk losing even 1 hour.
I've been to a business conference. Scientific conference. The organization put us next to a convivial Chinese gathering, with a couple of hundreds of people ... The two rooms were divided by a movable wall .. we discussed technically between Chinese hymns, karaoke and a dancer-look-alike singer of Michael Jackson ... Shameful
Great food, rooms were a good size compared to other locations, fantastic conference facilities.
Show the signs of aging, but the rooms are clean although not very large, decent breakfast, very friendly staff.
Great service, large rooms, affordable shuttle to city center. No highway noise. Local restaurants about a mile away, this place is secluded
Hotel with now dated rooms. A restructuring would be necessary. The breakfasts are below average as quality and variety of products supplied.
I was hard-fought and so do not want to judge completely negative, I stayed for one night in this hotel and I do not go back.
Room on floor 1, arriving at my room whose door is lit by a spotlight and I immediately notice a clear layer of dust, I tell myself oh well, by and I find a room completely different from what is represented on Booking, even here I say, oh well , it should be updated but does nothing, I enter the bathroom and Zac, coup de grace, bathtub with curtain (in 2020?), the very ugly ceiling and finally hair dryer totally yellowed and with a hole in the pipe that I saw myself forced to patch up with a shower cap to avoid having to go back to reception. The overall room is not bad, but not worth the money required.
Excellent breakfast and well-kept lobby and services.
5-star service, excellent bathrooms, very nice staf, but above all a nice place, the only flaw is the location
Stayed overnight one night work coming too tired and hungry, in that situation face a check in 15 minutes with different signatures and document scans was frustrating. The check out was almost comical in that in our double room it also resulted in a certain Corda who could only sleep in the bathtub. Maybe less frills and more organization could bring back a name that seems to accuse the passing years.
Very large hotel. The large rooms host events and conferences of any size. Indeed, there are dedicated and elegant rooms. Inside there are also small shops.
Aesthetically a little dated but formal and internally well furnished and elegant, convenient location especially for business meetings being close to both the center and the airport and easily accessible
Would not recommend this place. Not near any restaurants, bus and/or train ride to rome. Taxis in the area are very expensive. Most of staff is rude. Food was way overpriced (one drink, 2 salads and a water was 54 euros). 16 ounce water bottle was 3.50 euros. No other way of getting water. Pool chairs cost 7 euros per day. AC barely works.
Pretty neat hotel. Not too bad, good service. Rooms were sort of small, but I guess it's different compared to the USA. Buffet was good, nice fitness center and adequate amenities. Little far from the center of Rome, but near buses.
Beautiful hotel, not as good as other Sheratons but still nice.
Clean, slightly dated rooms! You expect more from a Sheraton!
Location really nice! Dinner and drinks was awesome!
Crowded, outside central Rome in an isolated area. From the rooms you can hear the ring road noise.
Room was a bit small, but I liked the hotel because of it. Had a great time around the area, as the hotel was in a good location. All employees were very kind. Overall had a great time.
