It is the oldest Sheraton Hotel in Rome. It looks good but needs quality maintenance and better trained staff.

We are clear.the top, huge but very well organized in every detail, professional and polite staff.

The place at least for this type of event presents well.

Lovely hotel with really good service. Good rooms. Good food. But at the slightly expensive end belong to eating and drinking at the hotel.

Really below the name. A little let go and not comfortable to reach by urban means.

A great hotel on the outskirts of Rome. With elegant, clean, well-kept and functional environments, the structure is ideal for meetings, large groups with great needs and the need to use various rooms. The dining areas are as good as the culinary specialties offered by the kitchen. Not easy to reach by metro, although not far from it. To recommend.

We visited the swimming pool as this hotel offers the facility also to non hotel guests. With its 35 Euros per person price tag during the weekend is actually a pretty good deal. The swimming pool is nice and big, the pool-side restaurant is normally expensive (as all hotel restaurants) but the menu is refreshing and the personnel is nice and amicable. All in all we spent a nice and relaxing day. Two comments on which service can be improved. 1) a small bottle of water at 3,5 Euros is outrageous and 2) in the second half of the afternoon the changing rooms and the bathrooms were actually pretty messed up and dirty. You wouldn't expect that in a Sheraton

Friendly staff, useful shuttle, clean comfortable rooms. No complaints to speak of.

Little attention to detail. Check in and check out lenses, room booked for two but only set for one person, no answer calling guest service, empty minibar, breakfast there are a few things but scattered in two rooms cute ... the part that overlooks the pool However.

Everything was ok, except of the noise made by doors closing in early morning

A pampering fun hotel is very worthwhile for those who want to enjoy the hotel also a bit far from the city center for those who want to have a shuttle to the city center

I don't understand how we can give more than one star to this hotel. Very embarrassing quality / price, there are curtains at the showers! This would already be enough, breakfast ridiculous .. only the location relative to the airport is good

I spent the New Year in this beautiful location. I state that I have been waiting for this event for a long time, I bought the presales in advance and convinced several people to participate.
I AM COMPLETELY BORED! There was no animation, (oh well ..)
The music? An absolute ball! Music that we all watched and booed !!! I was always watching what time it was to leave.
I had a SEX ON THE BEACH, my favorite cocktail, it was basically peach fruit juice succo
I am very sorry, I was waiting for this evening with trepidation, I involved and convinced people, who did not want to come, basically 360 euros (45 per person), and also found themselves with the stench of smoke (because in the room we smoked) on them. Too bad because it is a beautiful place, has beautiful rooms and has a very good appointment. The elegance and uniqueness of this place led me to expect much more, especially for the music.

Excellent facilities and very helpful staff, however the food selections provided for the conference were not as good as one might have hoped

Overall this Sheraton is pretty good. It's clean, the service is good, the pool area is really pleasant and relaxing. We definitely enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it if you're looking to relax outside of the busy downtown core.

Perfect for events and conferences, the Sheraton is among the best solutions if you want to stay close to the airport but being in the city and not isolated from the center.
5-star facility, very well connected with Rome and the center

Attended as a guest at a company dinner. Everything was quite good. Food and service were remarkable.

I stayed in room 5077 for a business meeting. The room is nice and comfortable (except for the cloud pillows), too bad I found some faults (see photo). At lunch I ate in the structure and I did not like the first (sloppy) while some seconds (fish in particular) are not bad.

Both the room and service have been great. The public bus stop is right outside the hotel and it has it's own shuttle service.

Best location if you want a peaceful place in rome, not the best staff of sheraton and deffinetely not the best food. Breakfast was awfull for the Sheraton standard. Needs improvement!

Was here for a business trip. Property was exactly what I needed. Room was comfortable with nice view of the pool. Breakfast was good and restaurant and bar staff were exceptional

not good located but has all standard as a Sheraton Chain. My room was large and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The conference centre is at a high level. The breakfast is reach.

Highly professional staff, ample parking. impractical A good hotel for those traveling by car for those who would like to move with the media. Rooms to renovate, I stayed in the bathroom with the handle in my hand. Comfortable but dark rooms with poor artificial lighting. Disappointing breakfast, nothing more than the usual three-star hotel breakfast, at least for the sweet portion of salt I don't know. All in all considering the services offered deserves the sufficiency.

Only negative point is the distance from Aaallll tourist places

Very nice, good facilities and large pool to enjoy a few drinks. Place removed from the center 15 minutes by bus.

They will hold you 20 from your credit card in advance without telling you. They will return them in the end, but the behavior is painful and incorrect

Access to pool was great for kids, everything worked well and the rooms were very nice.

I've been in this place for our company annuale meeting.
Nice location, good food and service but terribile coffee and the meeting room have very unconfortable chairs.

The Sheraton Roma Hotel & Conference Center is a very old hotel with tiny rooms. It is located right next to a freeway. It is hardly possible to walk to nearby restaurants, shops or the metro since you'd need to cross very busy roads and walk along a long stretch of park that is not safe in the evening and at night.

The breakfast buffet is terrible. The bread and baked items taste stale and look old. There is no higher quality cured ham or very typical Italian items in good quality (yes, there is some mozzarella and some salami - but very low quality). The cappuccino is nice - if you don't get it from the automated machines but rather in the very back from someone operating a real espresso machine. Don't count on getting anything extra such as two fried eggs with your (18 EUR!) buffet. They charge an additional 9 EUR for 2 fried eggs!

If you'd like to hang out at the pool - it looks nice. And once you coughed-up another 7 EUR per sun chair per pool visit, you can actually lay down to dry or sunbathe.

Make sure you clothes are ironed well before you arrive - they do not have ironing boards in the room.

The airport shuttle service is nice - if you arrive / depart in the morning. Sorry, no service in the afternoon. And of course not free of charge.

Overall this Sheraton hotel does not deserve the brand Sheraton, is way overpriced, and is probably one of the worst options when you visit Rome.

Sheraton cannot afford a clean toilet in the room. Mine was old and dirty.

Not up to the name. It does not have a SPA. It has a small fitness room. Good food and very friendly staff.

They are spacious and tidy rooms. Breakfast is available from 6 o'clock.

I've been in the hotel for an athletics meeting's press conference. The venue is really classy and suitable for this type of events

Run down. The wifi that works badly. As soon as we turn off the lights, we are no longer connected (wifi and plugs). The breakfast is really not good, the choice is really limited. Far from the city but they have a shuttle and apparently there is also public transport. I do not recommend.

Don't go there not good for families service is awful they don't provide the room they ment to as a family booking online I did. Don't be fooled by the picture of pool its a fake intention for ppl thinking it has huge choice

Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is good but not exciting. The restaurant is decent but most likely one should just go downtown for a much less expensive and most likely better meal.

Nice rooms, good service, pleasant experience. Handy shuttle service to the heart of Rome and nice breakfast choices.

It is only day 1 of a 7 day business trip and already am I so happy with the customer service at this hotel.

I was at this hotel in March 2018 and let me say I had really good experience with this hotel! My room was always clean and the staff was very friendly of course yes if you take the shuttle you have to understand it s Rome Italy the bus can t always make it in time to pick you up and take you back to the hotel they get stuck in traffic too! ;) mostly during tourist season...because I seen someone was complaining about it but you spent out way more on a cab then a bus haha wow you should just had waited few more minutes or so! I just don t understand why people had some bad comments about this hotel I enjoy my stay and looking for to book again at this hotel! :)

Great for the conference but not central to the city. There is a metro station near the hotel to get to the city centre easily.

Hotel looks modern enough and is very clean. The staff as I found in most of Rome are not very willing to help and lack manners and hospitality. The food was average and quite expensive. The Hotel is situated in the middle of knowhere and only thing nearby is a open air nightclub which we could hear until early hours of the morning. The Hotel did move us to another room but one with poorer quality. Not what we paid for. There is a metro nearby about 10 minute walk but be careful as the area is apparently used for soliciting we did see used condoms and call girl cards along the walk. Unless you want a hotel with a pool which you have to pay extra for a lounger I would go elsewhere.

Herewith I would not like to review the hotel structure, but the restaurant. What can I say, everything perfect and impeccable from the service, to the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. As for the dishes, it must be said that they were superb, especially the triple chocolate dessert. So I just have to express myself in an extremely positive way. This is the Italian excellence with which we must welcome all those who want to know our beloved country.

Services are too expensive, as the rooms are not 5-star and the cost of breakfast is not justified.

Comfy bed, bad customer service. Some of the staff in the lounge was just plainly rude for no reason.

Their snack and food options aren t worth to try. Not good at all except for the peanuts and chips.

A place for conference and more..very clean and quite place

Now only the name remains, old-fashioned rooms with worn-out and darkened carpets. I put an extra star because breakfast is still the highlight of the hotel.
