The Buckhead Grill is right next door. They serve wonderful rolls and the best filet around.

Reservation for to full beds they provided one king. When I mentioned the mistake the response was Expedia made the mistake. After going back and forth they sent sheets and blankets for a pallet.

Amazing hotel. Exactly what is prescribed. Staff is amazing. Rooms are clean and well stocked for the guests. Best of all am they allow pets. We can t travel without our dog and they have an amazing atmosphere for her with an easy walkable area for the 4 legged Friends. Thank you for allowing our furry family members we greatly appreciate it and will continue to give you our business!

Staff wasn't pleasant, seemed irritated to be checking me in. The room smelled old and musty. The alarm clock was randomly set for 4:15am, so I was rudely awakened. Dinner was less than acceptable, didn't even finish it.

This is an older hotel located directly across the river from Louisville. The amenities were nice, but the building was in need of some repair and upgrades. Frequently stay here when we come into town for concerts. By far the best asset this location has is their shuttle driver, Frank. Not only was he knowledgeable about local destinations and recommendations, he goes out of his way to ensure you are happy. Before we got dropped off, he gave us his personal cell number. Even though the concert let out after his shift was over, he stuck around making trips until everyone he had dropped off was back safely. It's rare to find someone as special as Frank.

Excellent customer service, restaurants busy but to be expected, the rooms are extremely clean and nice. Excellent location. Not far from other great restaurants and stores

Rooms clean. Staff friendly. Screaming man and woman across the hall and the man put out a little baby crying in the hall in the middle of the night. Very over priced. Won't be staying there again.

No refrigerator in room, no dresser, no tub. Can hear the people next door like they are in the room with us. Not having a refrigerator is terrible and the ice machine is on every other floor.

For the price of the rooms here this hotel is outstanding! The staff is cool as hell and its in a great area, the rooms are big and up to date and the overall experience was great

Our room was next to elevator and was terribly disruptive all night. Couldn't turn the fan on in our room to block out noise. We booked 4 nights. Didn't sleep for 4 nights. Will not book again!!

Nice rooms, but the pool was gross. It had hair and debris in it. The whirlpool had green slime around the edge.

The service was great. The room was comfortable and clean.

Bustling hotel. The room was clean, staff was friendly and the little convenient store was...convenient! Outside some people did not pick up after their dogs, which was terrible, so possibly adding a "dog area" with poop bags would help? This hotel would be great for a group of people to go, as there are restaurants, a bar and lots of gathering places.

Room was okay, could have been cleaned better. The young man who checked me in could stand for a better attitude. I couldn't sleep due to a dog barking all night.

An older hotel but nicely accommodated and close to historic downtown Jeffersonville!

The location and service was great I had a great and small walk to the river and enjoyed seeing friends and family too.

The staff were excellent, seeing to our requests with a smile. Stephen even went the extra mile when he overheard that my in-laws (who were also staying there) were having their anniversary one day of their stay by getting them a card. The shuttle service that both Stephen and Frank provided to us and the others in our party was great and easy to schedule. The only staff concern is the somewhat surly server at breakfast who seemed especially frustrated that I didn't choose to have the buffet but instead order from their menu, she never refilled our coffee and only came back to deliver the check. However, the infrastructure is another matter. The a/c fluctuated between 6-10 degrees and was often either freezing or super hot, not at all close to the set temp of 73. This was true for all 3 rooms in our party, which included 2 rooms on the 5th floor and ours on the 4th. The handicapped accessible bathroom (which we didn't require but was what was available when we checked in) was dated and needed help. You had to be a contortionist to reach the TP (I can't imagine it to be easy for a handicapped person) and this was odd as there was a perfectly good wall right next to the commode that it could have been placed on. The walk in shower never completely drained, which means that a good half inch of water is left from the previous shower. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa (but the staff was quick to bring them when we called). Our stay was satisfactory, but many things could have been done for it to be excellent. The front desk staff as well as Stephen the shuttle driver should be especially commended for their always cheerful and quick response to any inquiry.

Clean, comfortable room. Staff was very accommodating and polite. Great views of the city from across the river, especially from the restaurant patio. All at a great price for the quality of the hotel.

I sent my wife and 3 of her friends for and weekend. They left them at the airport after calling days before and after landing called the hotel they said they were on the way and never showed up. So they had to Uber to the hotel.
Then that same night they ask to be dropped off for dinner ( and it was a place they went to ). The man driving said he was to busy and they watch him just sit there for over 20 min. So they Uber to dinner after getting back he was still sitting there.
The next day they ask to go and you know what the same man said. YEP he was busy ..
As a life Gold members you would think you might get better service
One man can give a business a bad name.

The location was great and the room was perfect. Easy to get to downtown Louisville and the view was great as well.

Would give this Hotel and the Manger "Conner" less than one star if I could. Made a reservation with SPG points and paid for the Hotel up front. The worst customer service EVER in the history of SGP hotels. This guy lied about calling me and then charged my account $1,000.00. He then called me to gloat about charging my account the money. I will NEVER in my life stay at another SPG Hotel in my life.

Great hotel with lots of restaurants within walking distance! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was also clean and great for the kids.

View was great... that was about the end of the greatness. Told on the phone earlier in the week that the pool would be open, was not. Our room had the king size bed, but no refrigerator, no dresser or drawers, bathroom had no shelves, drawers for your things. Hotel had no ice. I understood the pandemic interfered with some issues, but that could have been conveyed over the phone or confirmation email. The room didn't even have tissues. Very disappointing stay.

Great location, in the middle of everything. Only a 15 minute walk to downtown Louisville. Clean well kept rooms. Only downfalls is that there is no refrigerator in your room and breakfast is not included. Otherwise great hotel!

Staff was very friendly upon checking in. Offered suggestions on things to do. We took a walk the little Italian restaurant around the corner. Super confident to the interstate. Room was clean and comfy. Loved being able to sleep in and not have to rush out for a early checkout.

Hotel is okay, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear every word from room next door. Also, area around it needs to be more walkable.

I went to the hotel to pickup some tickets for the Oaks Day race. It was easy to find and parking was free. The guy met me in the lobby, which seemed very neat and clean, and ibwas on my way without any hassle. Ended up losing about $13 bucks at the track, but hey - easy come, easy go.

Nice hotel, comfortable, friendly staff. Close to the heart of Louisville makes it very convenient.

Checked in and off to an awesome start with a super speedy check in with Chelsea, who was super helpful.
She only let me down for a brief moment when I asked for a roll away and was told that due to fire codes that they could not provide one. BUT, she checked and found that she there was a larger room available and switched me to it at not cost, so me and my friends are super comfy.

Experiences may vary, but I only review when my personal experience significantly exceeds expectations or I feel cheated.

Side note, Room was clean and well stocked.

The location is perfect. We had a view of the river. Service was amazing. Rooms were very clean.

Dismissive front desk staff. They overbooked and we were apparently not getting a room. However, rather than find us a room somewhere they gave us corporate number and told us it was our problem. While still on the phone the front desk staff actively ignored us and took their time for smoke breaks and their own comforts. Ended up at another hotel almost 2.5 hours away.

Only visited to go to a conference room. Lobby and conference room were clean but decor overall needs updating.

Room smelled of dirty feet upon check in. I wish I would have requested another room. I contracted a severe case of athletes foot! I called to report a health concern, left message with hotel manager. No return call after several days. I m very unhappy

Everything is pricy, the rooms are pretty small, and the breakfast is expensive and pretty bad. However, the place is clean and in a great location. The indoor pool is nice too.

When I arrived the water was not on and the rooms are incredibly small, I don't recommend going there.

I was there for a conference and I was sick, the front desk agent went to Walgreens twice to get medicine for me. Not the concierge, the lady working the front desk! Staff was great.

Convenient location to downtown Louisville - roughly 5-10 minutes, cheaper than staying in the city and the rooms are clean. Staff is also friendly and accommodating.

It was a nice hotel, but the bathroom was VERY POORLY DESIGNED. we had a king room and requested one on the waterfront. We could see about two inches of waterfront, the rest was building structure since our room was nowhere near the Riverside of the hotel. The bathroom was extremely small and the door opened into it. To open the door from inside you had to stand in the shower or between the toilet and the sink.

I did like that the coffeemaker was not located in the bathroom. Wall outlets were conveniently located next to the bed and staff wa very knowledgeable about local activities and late night eateries, especially those that deliver.

Awesome place to stay! Clean, friendly, everything you would hope for, for the price. Frank and Brandon at the front counter gave us a huge welcome and we WILL be back!

Visited Bristol for Thunder Over Louisville. Great time, amazing view!

This hotel has gotten progressively worse. Been staying here for business trips a few years now and my coworkers and I agree that this is the last time. Mold all over ceiling in bathroom as well as main room, everything feels damp and wet. Thin walls, questionable river views , and not even a breakfast included. For the price it s pretty shocking when there s so many better options around. Staff here seem nice enough, but the building itself is abysmal. Can t recommend staying here even a little. Oh, and none of the rooms have fridges...

For being a Sheraton, I expected more in the room. I was there for a 2 day event, the food was amazing.

We had made reservations a week and a half prior to our visit and was downgraded our room was not told not in the room the room was not very clean we was woke up by housekeeping at 9 a.m. in the morning when we didn't make it to bed till 3 or 4 things that were offered and what we was told and what our reservation said is not what we received and are Riverview cuz of the 2nd Street Bridge

My home away from home in Kentucky. Pleasant staff.

Room was well prepared, service staff were friendly and helpful. My only caveat is the staff did not seem very knowledgeable about for allergies, but we eventually got it figured out. Have stayed there a couple times now, and both times we enjoyed our stay. It's nice that it's right on the river.

nice location. room was well set up except we didnt have a mini fridge. closer to Louisville. indoor Jacuzzi and pool. good customer service.
