We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and unfortunately...

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and unfortunately we didn't experience the quality of 5 star Sheraton as we expected.


We asked the reception if we have any especial offer for food and spa, we has been advised that there are only few offers but we need to contact reception to get voucher. But every time we contacted receiption they didn't have any clue of these offers and they needed to check.

Another challenge was receptionists weak level of English understanding.

Also every time our room get cleaned, cleaner forgot something ( tea, towel, shampoo,...!!!)

Overall, it was Not a great experience.
