Right next to LAX airport. Very nice hotel, really nice rooms with good LG TV's. Because of my Titanium status I was immediately upgraded to an upper tier room on the concierge level which is in the 15th floor. Concierge lounge is 24/7 access and has one of those awesome cappuccino/latte/mocha/coffee makers.
I'll let my pictures tell the rest.

I've been a guest at this hotel for several weeks, and it has generally been a great experience. The staff is friendly, especially after they've seen you around several times. The corporate rate I have gets me access to the Club Lounge, which provides a decent breakfast every morning. The staff there are outstanding. The reasons I've only given 4 stars are that (1) the breakfast options in the lounge never change, (2) the food at the bar and in the restaurant is overpriced, and (3) I've had several instances of my key cards suddenly not working (despite having kept them in a pocket by themselves all day).

The hotel is located about a mile away from the airport, making it a very convenient choice based on distance. The rooms are also decorated nicely. The only issue is that the service was not very friendly. The front desk receptionists weren't welcoming and even showed a hint of attitude.

Helps to have gold status here so they give you club access on the 15th floor and rooms on 14th or 15th levels. Great hotel, great service. Valet parking is ridiculous at $42 a night but its right by LAX. Definitely good for business people.

We only stayed for one night, but it was great! The room was very clean and the bathroom was amazing. I've had some terrible experiences with hotel showers but this was by far the best hotel shower ever. No joke. The only thing I didn't care much for was that there isn't parking on site. You either have to valet or park across the street and catch a shuttle or walk over. We got in late so it seemed a little sketchy to walk over. Luckily a shuttle was there to pick us up, but if it wasn't there, I felt pretty unsafe trying to cross a 4 lane street with no traffic light. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Got locked out of my room because the battery on the door died. It took front desk, security, and maintenance 30 minutes to get me back in. Would be nice if they replaced the batteries before they died. I did learn how to break into rooms by watching maintenance do it. It is scarily easy. Make sure to apply all possible locks when you start at a hotel!

One of the worst check-in experience ever! Came to the front to drop off my 2 daughters and wife at 1230 am with 4 bags. I asked for bellboy service to assist with my luggage. They told me he will be there shortly. After 15 mins he never showed. I asked the receptionist to call him, they told me he s outside. Went back outside to look for him, but to no avail. Waited another 20 mins, I finally gave up and asked the receptionist to watch my 2 bags so I can take 2 at a time to my room. Wasted an hour before checking in and going to my room. Receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Will never stay at this hotel again!

I was put in a dirty room with trash from the previous guest and urine on the bathroom floor. When this was brought up to the concierge desk, they didn t seem shocked about it at all and their apology was less than sincere as well! I would also agree with another reviewer on the food not being worth the price at the restaurant.

The rooms were newly renovated and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable based on four nights stay there. The swimming pool is heated. The gym had the right equipment for a full workout.

Overall a nice hotel. Clean and good quality. Parking is not included and was 14.25 per night in the lot just north of the hotel. No complimentary breakfast is included unless you buy a Sheraton Club room.

It's good to see when an airport hotel doesn't rely on a location alone. Quick and friendly checkin and great room with phenomenal airport views (club level). No noice from airplanes at all and the club lounge was great. Not one of the best out there and breakfast lagged, but ok.

This Sheraton stay definitely left a lot to be desired. We called about our Wifi quite a few times and finally the gentleman said he added it as we are SPG members... never got Wifi. Bathroom was dirty: toilet seat and tub and trash can already had trash in it. The person answering for the front desk was not very patient or nice and when we realized that our wifi was not working (STILL) we opted to just go without rather than call again. We could also hear the people walking around above us... that was a first. It's also dissapointing that in a world of $2.50 Uber Eats/Door Dash delivery, Sheraton room service costs 16.5% of charge plus an extra $5 non tip fee. I could have stayed at a Best Western if I wanted this type of experience, only difference is that it would have been cheaper.

One of the worst hotel experiences I ever had, rude registration lobby employees. Even though I have already prepaid through the Orbitz online booking service, I was told that I have to wait until the system is back and running. I mean, I just got off from a long flight and needed a bed right away.. and when I tried to cancel I couldn't because they said there's no refun.. the service was terrible, but to be fair the room was nice, clean, and comfortable

I stayed at this hotel for a work ceminar and although it was work this hotel still was pretty enjoyable. It has a gym and pool for one to enjoy and right next to the lobby is a bar with high chair for people to mingle and watch TV. Aesthetically it's not amazing but not is it bad. The room I stayed in was pretty nice, the bed was super soft and bathroom was really nice as well. I had a room that looked out into the airport so that was pretty cool as well. The location for the hotel is specifically for those who will be using the airport in my opinion because there's nothing else to do in reality close to the hotel. Parking is available in the back of the hotel, talk to the front desk to get it validated.

We travel and stay here often as Elite Bonvoy members. I want to give a shout out to Terry at the bar. Terry is impressive, professional, and focused on delivering excellent service. He deserves recognition as he clearly sets an example of how each customer should be treated and served. Please consider Terry as a trainer if he already doesn't serve in this capacity. He sets the bar high! We will be back due to your great hires.

I will start by saying that we will Not be returning to this location. We have stayed here for the last 5 years each year getting worst but out last visit was the worst.
We like this Sheraton because they offer the free shuttle to LAX, very convenient. But other hotels around offer the same service.
We arrived on Wednesday night to check in, our reservation a King Size Bedroom. The person at desk told us that the hotel was at full capacity and that we get 2 queen size beds. Already a bad start. I don't get why you have to make a reservation if when you show up they no longer have a room that fits your needs. A queen size bed for a person who is 6'4 means to sleep curled all night long if you stretch your legs will hang from this bed. We walk in the room, Room smells like smoke (it's a non smoking room) The room next to us, whoever was staying there was smoking weed you could smell it when we walked by.
They charge: $12.95 for 24 hours of basic internet.
Room service food not impressed for the prices. Paid $15 for a waffle. They charge $4.00 for delivery and a 16% charge ( you still have an option for additional tip )
I never mind the prices for room service and specially a place by the airport it's expected to be on the pricey side but the food is lacking so many things.

The outside of the hotel is trashed. When we walked in by the side there was empty bottles of vodka and tequila and plastic cups.

We have been part of the Sheraton point system since 2009 we have never gotten anything out of it.
I am very disappointed that big businesses like Sheraton try to give you crumbs for what you pay for. Other businesses will try to give you at least a muffin or something so small to show that they care. Don't expect it from Sheraton.

I'm giving Sheraton LAX a one start only because the service people are nice.

Our stay at the Sheraton Gateway hotel was an absolute delight. Free shuttle service to and from LAX and basically a 20 minute drive (if that) to most of LA's main attractions is why we chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and if you're a pet lover they even allow your pet to stay with you! I would definitely stay there again.

After complications with my flight we decided to get a last minute room. The staff were helpful. The was clean and decent size. Super comfy bed with a big shower not great water pressure though. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice.

After reading so many amazing reviews I was confident that I booked an incredible5 day stay at the Sheraton LAX and couldn't wait to check in after my long 6 hour flight from NJ. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed when I arrived. See below a list of my disappointments

-Although I booked a king bed and paid premium to make sure I was comfortable I was assigned a Queen bed. I called the front desk and they claim the Queen bed is their version of King bed. I was beyond frustrated because at the time I was pregnant and had to share the bed with my toddler and husband. In addition they should not advertise king bed if it's Queen bed

- I found a bottle of sunflower seeds in an old Gatorade bottle under the bed

- the toilet seat was never cleaned when I arrived and looked dirty. It was very obvious.

- I ordered room service and one movie for the first night. The hotel had the audacity to charge my card $500 the next morning. When I inquired about the reason for this outrageous charge they claimed they assumed I will
Order everyday for my entire stay and they estimated $500 based on the fact that my intial bill was $100 and I was booked for 5 days

- the morning buffet has no variety is over priced.

Overall my experience has turned me completely off and I will never ever ever recommend this hotel. I couldn't wait to go back home. I traveled to go to a wedding and I didn't realize it was All star weekend so all of the hotels were booked and I couldn't change at last minute without paying over $2500 for 5 days Worst mistake ever

Good: offer club lounge, location (very close to airport), microwave available, shuttle bus to LAX airport,
Opportunities for improvement:
1. Breakfast food selection at club lounge (can really add some more selection),
2. Associates at checkout counters in the morning (the date I left 630am, there were 4 customers tried to checkout, but only one customer service agent/associate). People were in a hurry to go airport, and don't have time to wait.
3. Rooms are old, need update. It also show a lot of wear and tear.

It was a great stay and very nice hotel. Unfortunately I left my iPad in the room and housekeeping seemed to have kept it. Last update being on was a few hours after I left my room. I talked to lost and found and said they didn t find anything. I left my number and the lady I spoke with said they the manager would contact me and never did.

Reasonable rates for a high end Sheraton. Very modern rooms that are tastefully decorated. WIFI works great and reasonably speedy. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you look like you are looking for something they step right up to ask if they can help. A very nice outdoor pool area that has nice shaded areas along with cabanas. Food and drink service extends to the pool area. The lobby bar has a great selection of local craft beers, wines and the staff are adept at making your favorite cocktail. The food keeps with the theme with a range of tasty small plates or you can order full meals from the restaurant and have them served to you in the bar.
