The hotel is good. Facilities good. The Starbuck's a real challenge.

Since I'm in the area daily, I go to Starbucks in the hotel. The lobby of the hotel is clean, and the staff are nice.

The rooms are good and in total it is a good example of Sheraton

Beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms and great staff. The lobby is gorgeous and the whole hotel is very elegant. A bit pricey but overall a great place to stay.

It was a mixed experience. The first room they gave us had a real bad smoky smell to it. So we requsted another room. It was almost 11 pm and we had to take all 6 of our heavy luggage to the 7th floor. The person at the reception himself came to show us the new room and helped us with one of our luggage. He saidhe was sorry and promised breakfast delivered to our room the next morning as a courtesy. Next morning no breakfast. so we went about our business. Next day morning, i called front desk and explained that we were promised a complementary breakfast. She forwarded call to manager. I left a message but no one called after 1 hr. so i called again and finally got manager. He said he will see what he can do. A few minutes later a bell boy showed up with 4 breakfast vouchers. So eventhough breakfast was not delivered to our room, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast buffet using the vouchers. No complaints about the second room. A bit less spacious. But it was clean and quite. we had two good nights sleep. I would have given them 5 stars if they got everything right the first time or second time. We would go there again.

The rooms are excellent. The same excellent service.

The bed was very comfortable. TV was good size with nice picture. Walls seemed to be a bit thin as I could hear the noisy children in the next room. It would be nice if all hotels put families with children on their own floor. Restaurant food was very good. Somewhat pricey, but not outrageous.

Good location, right next to the airport and car rental places.

Hotel was okay. Carpeting looks old and out dated for a 4 star hotel and didn't look all that clean.

Great experience. The service was exceptional. The little things they do makes it go from 4 to 5 stars. Would definitely come back. The hotel price is reasonable considering it's in a very pricey area.

Dirty! Had to change rooms 3 times to find a clean room. In twenty years of traveling I've never changed rooms until now.

Great experience, highlighted by a fantastic staff. Only complaint was the car service being perpetually unavailable. A slightly larger fleet would go a long way.

Check in was great and easy. Room was perfect. Drinks were even better

Front desk staff made our stay a breeze. Shuttle service is phenomenal - a 5 minute drive to and from LAX!

Had a wonderful stay here with my wife for our 14 year anniversary. The room was clean and the amenities were luxurious for an affordable price on expedia.com. Will definitely return for another stay as the beach and Hollywood are nearby.

My stay there was wonderful everyone so nice you feel at home they call you by your name and if needed anything it came so fast

Beautiful hotel and quite pleasant. Airport noise level was low, even on the side facing the runways.

I chose this hotel from my past Sheraton experiences had always been excellent. Upon arrival same excellent service, until I got to the room.
The room I was given was very noisy
I heard everything from people, doors to the planes etc. once I finally was able to fall sleep I was woken up by a bellman who had the wrong room.
I would not chose the Bloody Mary either this was the worst drink I have ever had tomato juice with a celery stock horrible.
Sadly 4:00 am comes early so much for a good nite sleep before catching a flight

Close to LAX, rooms were nice, and the staff service was excellent.

My expectations where not high but the rooms are great very clean and spacious, also the bar served food late and had real good beer.

Really comfortable rooms, but parking is $17-$48, and WiFi is $12, so they really go for the extras here. Drop your rental first if you're staying here!

We had our annual Dunn Edwards sales meeting at the hotel. They've updated the rooms with 71" flat screen TV's. I forgot how inflated pricing is in gift shops. It was a pleasant experience

The Sheraton is the Sheraton wherever you go and you are at a Sheraton you cannot find yourself wrong and this word does not exist in their vocabulary.

The room and room service was great but the customer service at the front desk was poor and they have no patience to talk to you.

Nice guest rooms. We also rented a conference roombwith high speed wifi. Everything went smoothly.

Horrible service...they didn't have are rooms ready by the time they said it was gonna be...they laugh at you when you want to speak to a manager..

Favorite hotel near the airport. Rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The staff are super helpful and friendly. It was the second time staying there and it won't be the last.

Had a great stay at Sheraton. The check in staff was friendly and quick with checking in. The room was spacious and clean. Bed SUPER comfy.

Stayed here for the summer LABF in 2018. The complimentary breakfast on the top floor is of mediocre quality but the room was great.
Update to owner's reply: Let's be clear that the breakfast offered is not prepared by a chef. Mushy oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bread, jam, butter, store-bought pastries and underripe fruit only require someone to place them on the table, no cooking necessary (oatmeal being the exception).

Great front desk service. I have had a conference here the past 4 years and food and service and rooms and all are great. Meeting rooms are spacious. Only downside is I wish the Starbucks would stay open later into the evening.

Hotel was well maintained and in really good location next to the airport. Rates were very fair and I would be willing to stay again.

Truths are.... you can tell the rooms are constantly used. You can see there is a lot of turnover in guests. It is really close to the airport and the shuttle service is great. You can track the shuttles in the Marriott app... how cool is that! The food at the bar is actually fantastic! Prices are pretty fair too. I d stay here every time.

Very close to LAX, you can walk or take the shuttle. Late night food is good.

The hotel was excellent with good service and a good night sleep.

Good Customer Service. It is located by the Airport so if you are a light sleeper you may want to stay at a further Hotel. The only 2 issue we really encountered were the parking there is a lot behind the hotel and if you are parking for the night it is $17.50 but not in and out. They advise you at the desk for check in that you can get a day pass (24hr from time of purchase) for $26. The other issue is be sure to let them know you do not want a conjoined room. You will be able to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. Overall very convenient hotel location wise.

The hotel is located near the airport. All the employees are very friendly, there were not many people when I arrived so I did not take long to get to rest in my room. The rooms are spacious and very nice.

Door lock to my room was broken. New room smelled like cigarettes.

clean. cheap. Quiet in its own way. The soundproofing of the side room sounded a bit.

We got to our room to find a condom wrapper in the trash, a condom box in a bedside drawer, and an apple in the fridge. Now we have been waiting outside our room for about 10 minutes now for someone to clean this room. Negative stars!

Room was clean, but even though 4 people were staying in the room, there were only three towels. We asked the front desk to bring more towels, and they took forever to show up. No fridge and microwave.

Very close to the airport. Nice, updated, renovated rooms. Decent breakfast, great service, no complaints. Don't expect the lap of luxury, but this is pretty good for an airport hotel.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Our flight was canceled so the airline booked a two night stay at this hotel with vouchers for food until we could could get a flight out of LA. The airline created some issues with the vouchers for the two night stay but the hotel staff worked with us to resolve the situation. They accepted a PDF from the airline assuring payment. The food was fantastic as was the room. The service in the Bar area was a bit slow which is the only reason I gave service 4 stars. The location is very close to the airport which really helped. Shuttles to and from the airport run constantly. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much.

Had a burger and beer at the hotel bar. Smaller menu, but the burger was fantastic. Really great fries as well.

Funny place, signs for the Marriott all over the lobby. Coffe maker and lighted mirror did not work. Normally not a big deal but they charge $6 for the bottles of water in your room.

Terrible customer service. Five elevators ten minutes to get on one.
