I went to the restaurant bar inside after googling for nice restaurants near LAX. The hotel is clean and a bit unspectacular but the restaurant is nicely laid out and modern looking. I got the western burger and the girlfriend the cioppino and we tried the tuna and fries small plates. It was better than I thought it would be. Reasonably priced also.

You get what you pay for. At least you can walk to your hotel from the terminal. A hotel by the airport will not yield any of the good food, drink or social atmosphere Los Angeles can provide. The view is bland, parking lots, buildings and airport runways. The rooms and building layout are generic. The service and management leaves much to be desired. Can't wait to check out and never come back to this hotel or any near it.

Staff was nice! Great room service, nice view from hotel room, near the airport so able to see planes take off and land

30 min from Hollywood so keep that in mind

Horrible property that fell well below any standard you could hope for. The bathroom was incredibly small and their beds had no fitted sheet. Unfortunately due to my late travel time, I was unaware of the fact that they did not have fitted sheets. I woke up on the bare mattress and now my skin is breaking out. I will be taking this up with their management team however I wouldn t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Everything has been pretty good. There was a strange odor coming from our bathroom sink drain. we did opt for valet since self park was $37 a night. My only complaint is that some times the wait for valet to get your car could be long. Rooms are pretty modern and updated. Stayed here for 3 nights and four days. I would recommend this hotel.

Due to some very poor service given at the Costero Bar and Bistro the rating dropped from a 5 to a 2. My friends and I were at Costero November 17th at 11:00 pm. The Asian man (for a lack of better description because I didn't get his name) working the floor that evening didn't stop to take our orders. Mind you we are all of color (African American) so yes we started to feel like it was some kind of discrimination due to how the man ignored us. He pasted us by several times and wouldn't even stop to greet us. So we had to stop him and make him do his job. So we are sitting there for about 20 minutes watching this guy pass us by repetitively. When my friend finally stopped him the server didn't want to take his order but he persisted. We had to get up and chase down this server every time each person wanted to give him a order. He had a attitude when if finally got to the table. Mind you this place barely had any customers in it at the time so he couldn't use the excuse that he was busy. It's too bad because the hotel is awesome and we had a great time, but one bad apple ruined all.

Very nice airport hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are great for recharging after a flight. Early check-in was a bonus. Only negatives were the noise but that's to be expected so no dramas really.

We had a lovely weekend here. The staff is warm and welcoming who made the two of us feel comfortable and relaxed right from the start. The room was beautiful, and the cottage was perfectly located. It would be great for anyone traveling by train, as we had originally intended. Having a key meant we were free to come and go as we pleased through the guest entrance. We returned home refreshed.

My conference was cancelled due COVID in March....we were restricted from traveling and this hotel would NOT issue a refund or even a credit for my stay reserved through Reservations.com. This was part of a large group...I have let Kevin Ward know I will not be attending any future conferences scheduled at this hotel. $600 GONE....

The lines were Super long. I guess there was an event taking place. My friend who booked it, is a premier member and they gave us a room with a view to the parking Garage and that wasnt what she booked..The staff was just there and didnt really do anything. The upgrade, no complimentary parking, no food or beverage, just nothing. The pool was Unavailable due to an event there were having. We went to get our car only from the valet, the person who we gave our keys to actually Misplaced it. . We were only staying for one night. Appearance-wise it was clean and whoever designed it had taste. I expected more from this hotel.

Shuttle service to all lax airport terminals is free and runs every 10 minutes 24/7. Ride takes only a couple of minutes. Breakfast is outstanding good. Fresh fruits, great pastries, lots different cheese and ham slices to choose from. croissants very good, warm stuff good as wel. Friendly staff at breakfast, and friendly and very helpfull staff at the front desk as well. Nice and clean (=most important) rooms. Great hotel. Especially for a early flight.

Charged my card for a reward stay after I had checked out and confirmed $0 on my bill!! Told me they put me in a room with two beds even though there was only 1.. when I called to get a rollaway they told me it would be $25 even though it was their mistake and I am an SPG platinum. I called to get the charge fixed, left a message, nothing got done and they didn t call back. I think they re trying to cheat those using points for a stay, BEWARE!!

***update***
They re fighting me and my credit card company now and forcing us to produce documentation when they clearly have the same documentation. They wanted me to contact them which I made several attempts to do and they never responded. Steer clear of this property, the management are scammers and extremely unprofessional. This is coming from a Starwood platinum member for reference.

***update 2***
They still won t respond to my calls or emails or messages sent from Marriott corporate to address this debacle. They can t or won t provide me with a copy of my folio and they ve made it impossible to dispute by providing falae documents to my credit car company. So they stole 10,000 Starwood points AND $$ for one nights stay. DON T STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Management completely lacks integrity. If they wanted to make this right they would have reached out to me long ago, instead they ignore me.

Will never go back. Wherever do I start?

1. The valet parking staff sternly warned us that we were not to leave a car for more than 10 minutes in front of the hotel while we checked in or we'd be charged the valet parking fee - which is somewhere between $22 and $35 depending on what kind of deal you get. Mind you, there's no temporary parking area to leave your car other than the valet.

2. The room we were given had a bed that was so old the impressions of a thousand guests before me were obvious. The bathroom had black mold in the tile grout. There were plastic wrappings around the smoke alarm and the sprinkler system. (I'll post the pictures if I'm allowed here...)

3. We were assigned another room. Asked a staffer with a badge and a radio which way to go to find it, and he said, "I really don't know," and walked away. (Apparently staff was told: "Beatings will continue until morale improves.")

4. Second room key didn't work. Sat in the hall with our luggage while my spouse went downstairs to inquire at the main desk. By the way, there are no chairs in the hall or by the elevator. Good thing I'm not an old lady or handicapped.

5. Was given a THIRD room, which looked okay, and indeed had a comfy bed and reasonable bathroom. Only problem was that the desk chair was ripped, big time. Nobody noticed this before? I have pix of this too!

6. Spouse was given a restaurant credit for our many troubles, which we appreciated. However, when we went to use this credit, we were told that the restaurant was closed. This was 6 p.m on a Sunday night, and it's kinda standard to eat dinner 'bout this time. Was there another place where we could get dinner, we asked? Nope. That restaurant was closed too. Only option was to eat dinner in the bar during a large pool party. Lots of people stared at us while we ate at our tiny round table. Upside was that the food we did get was absolutely delicious and the staff was nice. Kudos to the chef.

7. Parking for this hotel, if you don't do the very expensive valet, is around the back in an open lot, about a block away from the entrance. That means you should probably leave your luggage with the valet (oh look, a tip!) if you don't want to schlep your bags quite a distance. The entrance to the parking does NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT SHERATON, so you must be psychic to figure out if this is the assigned parking area which we'd already paid for. There is a parking structure across the street from the hotel but this is NOT where you should go.

I'm not usually a big complainer, but there were so many fails at this place that I felt I must WARN YOU TO RUN, don't walk, to another place.

Amazing.

Amazing.
Marriott beds, pillows
Front desk staff efficient, and polite.
Room service was on time, the correct order and delivered by a charming employee.

There was an issue with ants being in my room. I had to request a new one. The ants were all over the door of my room. I didnt realize it until I woke up one morning and my unfinished drink had ants around it. Ew! I got a new room, but the damn heat didnt work. It was blowing cool air. I gave up on trying to get another room at that point and complaining. I just dealt with it.

It's super close to the airport, so if you're from out of town and handling business, the hotel is pretty great. Staff is attentive and accommodating. They also have a shuttle and easy ride hailing.

This is an average hotel pretending to be a nice one. The "buffet breakfast" is horrible (even when it was free with our status. Whatever you do, do NOT order a latte from the restaurant, it's from a machine, in a tiny cup and ridiculously priced at $5.40. Also took over an hour (and three phone calls) to get the baby crib we requested before checking in.

Went to a conference here and the facilities seemed fine. Didn't spend a ton of time here, but the catered lunch was good and the Wi-Fi worked so there's not much more I could ask for when you are at a conference. Also, the hotel bar had a really decent tap list.

It was ok. Cleanish. The corners were not vacuumed in the room. The food was overpriced in the hotel. But the service was fast paced. Checked in fast. Got the keys early with no extra charge. Good thing is the late check out here and also there is a Starbucks in the lobby.

Like all hotels close to an airport, you pay for your convenience with noise. I had them switch rooms twice but the runway noise was still so obnoxious I ended up sleeping on the floor in the bathroom.

It should definitely be the first choice of those looking for the appropriate butce. Of course, those who rent a car. Behind the hotel I noticed their open parking lot. $ 17.50 a day. The distance to the hotel is not even 1 minute

First night was kept up from 11pm-2am with partying and huge groups of people coming in and out of the rooms. The doors are extremely thin and you can hear EVERYTHING in the halls. Even just regular conversations in the halls sound like they are inside your room. Called desk 4 times and nothing was ever done and they didn t seem to care. Pool was closed to kids for an adult party and that was very loud. 2nd night was woken up again around 2am to someone knocking on the door across the hall obsessively for 15 min straight. You can seriously hear even the doors opening and closing next to you and across from you. Have never experienced the horrible noise in a hotel like this before. It was awful, never will stay here again.
