Plain ok, clean, nothing fancy. Have to pay for internet

Very comfortable for those who leave by plane early. Nice hotel, well attended, spacious and comfortable rooms. Good beds and sheets. Parking maybe a bit expensive. It does not include free wifi in the rooms and they charge 12 U $ per day. Regular breakfast. Transfer to the airport (5 minutes) permanent and free.
I think it is an excellent option for the last night before traveling.

It's very nice and the staff were all pleasant. I was surprised the room had no bathtub, but everything was recently remodeled.

Nice rooms. You can walk to Trader Joe's & other stores. It's about a 15 min walk.

Better signage needed in halls, need more shelf or counter space in bathroom

The moment we entered the hotel, the security staff and front desk were extremely accommodating. The ambiance at the lobby was comforting. I was surprised by the birthday cake that was made out of bath towels when we entered our room. It was creative and thoughtful of them. The staff was punctual when we asked for assistance to connect to the hotel wifi. I strongly recommend staying here!

Traffic was non existent. Good. Parking was accessible. Good. Service personnel were kind. Good.

We got a room here I was disappointed because the bed was not up to par and then I got woken up by a loud banging noise above my room because they were remodeling with out any notice so I call to the front desk and they accomateded us with a new room. But I still prefer the marriott.

Customer service is great, great atmosphere as soon as you walk through the doors. The room quality is excellent, and it's very close to the airport.

The pool side is a little getaway just feet from the LAX runway. Theb15th floor club lounge serves a great breakfast.

They do not offer Programming Information on the TV channels. May show 04- cbs, but that's it, no other information when you press the guide button. No Internet apps like NETFLIX OR HULU,OR YOUTUBE OVERPRICED.

Hands down best hotel I've been to in California. Anthony at the front desk was very professional and had the highest customer service skills and experience. Look forward to my next booking here.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and excellent food service. I attended through a special conference comprising nearly 700 community college students. The conference went off without any problems and it was honestly a lovely experience.

The rooms are spacious enough, with basic rooms consisting two beds, TV with a good diversity of combined channels, and if you're on the right side, excellent views of LAX.

The food provided was delicious, the lobby was beautiful and check in (normally) should be pretty speedy considering the multitude of staff on hand. I enjoyed my time here and I definitely recommend it.

Very comfy beds. Really nice stay so far. Nice man driving on LAX shuttle. Room quality very good. Price versus quality, location etc suited us fine. Normally we'd stay in a cheaper place. Happy customers.

Lovely hotel. Had to hunt for information about the facilities.

The room was wonderful. We were disappointed there wasn't a fridge in the room, but understand most fly-away folks wouldn't need one. We were hoping to use the pool after dinner, but there was a party happening and we weren't comfortable bringing our kids down to play in the water in the middle of a party.

Everyone has been so sweet here, fabulous room service, great Starbucks downstairs, lovely pool & gym. 10 minutes from the airport by shuttle.

This place was really clean and the bar service was amazing. The pool was perfect. I love this hotel and I hope to come back.

They charged me three times for one room, counted the other two as no-show, refused to refund me and refused to move forward with the investigation. When they gave me the receipt when I checked out, it shows only one room's charge so I wasn't even aware I was charged in extra. When I called to make the correction, they redirect me to accounting who almost never pick up and phone and kept telling me they are doing 'investigations' and stopped picking up the phone. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The awful experience I had at this hotel began the moment I walked in and encountered Jose at the front desk. The way he treated myself and others was the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Jose is extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I am shocked that The Sheraton allows someone like Jose to represent them. If this hotel wants their customers to enjoy their experience and come back, I suggest replacing Jose with personable and professional staff members.

Superb customer service, excellent cuisine, and impeccable cleanliness. 5 star in my book.

If you dont want to pay the $46 valet, be prepared to hike two or three blocks from the visitor parking lot.

This is our favourite hotel in Los Angeles. We usually stay here for special occasions. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Overall, the experience in the hotel is great.

Room already paid for, card was malfunctioning and they refused a cold hard CASH deposit, wouldn t let my friend in her room. Horrible customer service by Joel and on the phone system.

Not so great bar Service. Took us 15 min for even greet and took ages for drinks.

I spent one night at the hotel. I arrived in Los Angeles the night and had a flight the next morning. Good hotel, clean, polite attendants, and airport bus at all times, and for free.

I attended a Learning Tree training session here. Very nice room facilities. The daily refreshments and food cart was great. The environment was very comfortable.

If you attend a conference here, be prepared to pay $11 a day for parking... but you wont care because your company should be picking up the tab.

This hotel is a great get away. You can enjoy the wounderful view of the surrounding area. Your specious room isa silent and equipped with both wifi and cable.

This is only based on one experience but this may have the single best hotel experience I've ever had. The valets are friendly and generally awesome, they're not apathetic or just hunting for tips. They earn them. The front desk folks were fantastic and accommodating. The room was pretty impressive too, user-friendly TV and environmental controls, decent bathroom, comfortable furniture, and the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever been in! Room service made me feel like a celebrity and the food was awesome. Don't take my word for it and certainly don't let a crummy airport experience get in the way of having a great time in this place.

The worst hotel ever, there are insects in the shower place. Bad and dirty hotel. If you can go to another hotel if you can. Also, they charge you for the parking lot. No free parking my room was 822

Unwelcoming receptionists, no free parking, no free wifi. :( other than that everything else is fine.

I wish I would ve taken pics! They just finished their remodel, and well done! It looks very recent and modern. The bathroom was stunning! Last time we stayed at the Westin, but I would def prefer the Sheraton.

Stayed there for a meeting at the Gateway and it was very nice and professional.

Too old, only about the level below Samsung, but it is rated four stars, not recommended

In the corridor of non-smoking rooms the stench of ganjubasa does not erode!

The corporate rate I have gets me access to the Club Lounge, which provides a decent breakfast every morning. The staff there are outstanding. The reasons I've only given 4 stars are that the breakfast options in the lounge never change, the food at the bar and in the restaurant is overpriced, and I've had several instances of my key cards suddenly not working despite having kept them in a pocket by themselves all day

It s the worst MARRIOTT I have ever stayed. Parking lot is so far from hotel and charged with high parking fee. Membership doesn t have quicker check-in than normal one. I had waited for long time and asked a hotel employee that I still received no response in front of membership front desk. I don t recommend this hotel at all.

Excellent hotel, but fridge not in every room, and many rooms face the runways so lots of noise throughout the night.

Was a quick stay. Acvomidations and hospitality were great.

Room really nice. Nice hotel and gym. Hopeless internet. Got hit by a bell boy while he was pushing a luggage chart without any apologies.

The planes are a bit loud, but that's too be expected when you're looking for proximity to the airport.
