Nice rooms good service , close to the airport they have a pool and juccuzzi .

The breakfast at Club Lounge was a shame. Only oatmeal and scrambles eggs as hot dishes, usual bread and pastries.

Convenient location near LAX. Clean and comfortable. Solid place for an event.

To be honest, it was not that nice staying there and I was wondering was that a real Sheraton. The staffs there looked not that friendly and not helpful at all. They couldn t solve any problems and told me that nothing they could help. I m wondering if it s professional or appropriate to say that to their costumers even they didn t try to solve the problem. Most horrible thing was that one night at about 12am, a lady opened my door and suddenly came into my room. Luckily my husband heard that and woke up. When the lady saw him she said sorry and left. I never met this situation before at other hotels. I felt really unsafe staying there. Anyway, it is not worth that money to stay at that 4 star hotel like that. So disappointed about it.

Food was horrible and over priced. Place was nice though. Accommodates people working on laptops in the bar.

It was a wonderful experience, the hotel was recently renovated and it shows! Quite beautiful, staff attended me with a sense of urgency.

The hotel was okay, restrooms near the meeting areas weren't that clean and the catered food could use more flavor. I ended up drowning my food in tobasco

Fairly typical traveler's/business hotel. The restaurant and bar are very nice. Rooms we're fairly clean. Biggest gripe is the shower. The water temperature fluctuates constantly making showers a pain.

I really liked this hotel. The room was great and spacious. It is literally 5 mins away from LAX airport. The hotel is huge. Bar down stairs where u can eat. There are also fast food restaurants and pizza places with in walking distance of this hotel.

Typical airport hotel with all the usual amenities. Moderately priced room rates but suffers from the usual attempt to milk everything they provide for cash, including the $28 breakfast and the $10/day high-speed web access. However they provide a $5 coupon for each day you waive the room cleaning.

Sheraton do not provide free parking. The price of parking is really high, and you have to pay every time you go out and come back. Besides, the front desk is rude to customers.

Great bathroom! Overall, very nice & affordable hotel right near the airport. Great for an overnight layover.

Location next to hotel very convenient. Lots of dining options, too. I like getting credit towards eating when we decline maid service, nice perk!

Back in December 2018 my wife was making reservations at Sheraton next to Universal City. During this process she noticed she made a mistake and had reservations at wrong location. We called location and spoke with management who said too bad for you we will take your money because our policy states no refunds. So thank you for taking my money without staying there crooks!!

As all of guests , we spent a night here because of delayed flight . Asked for medium rare stake got medium well done . Meh

Wasn t as clean as I expected. Kind of gross actually. But the rest of the accommodations was ok. Won t be staying here again.

The recepcionist was very good. She spoke me in spanish, my native language. She gift me a better room because I was in my honeymoon and I had a trouble with one bag. Airline miss me a bag. Good rooms, good restaurant, we ate pizza and rammen very tasty. Its near airport and have bus for free.

As a platinum spg member I expected a decent functional room. My room had only one desk outlet and we needed several. The Westin we stayed in last night had outlets on every lamp base and a power strip on the desk. The bath door would not shut properly and the toilet bowl is a few inches shy from the door making it a tight bathroom. The bathroom also smelled like a sewer as if it wasn't vented or didn't have a p - trap. The beds were not great either. The first A.M. shuttle to the airport was a bit late. They sent one shuttle when clearly they needed two shuttles to help the line of people who needed to catch early flights out of LAX Wednesday morning. The shuttles were small vans. There were taxi drivers soliciting passengers offering ten dollar rides to the airport as we were all standing outside waiting for the shuttle. Meanwhile there was a larger shuttle which was waiting for hotel corporate only passengers - which could have given all of us a ride - it had zero passengers. Hello, where is the customer service manager ?

Great white party, never been to one. Parking was close, service was excellent, pool DJ was great and inside band was fantastic, I had a great time.

One of the better places to chill if you're waiting for a flight to come in in your in your car you can park right behind the hotel for a dollar at the meters

My brother stayed here for 2 nights and everything was fine except the last night after taking him around the city on May 16 at 7pm ish. I stopped my car right in front of the lobby to drop him off and one of the valet attendants approaching us, i said to him i just dropping my brother off so i came out from the car, opened the trunk and handed the shopping bag to my brother. When i tried to get into the car, the valet guy (Jonathan) was holding the car door so i couldn't close the door and suddenly he slammed it very hard and it hurt my left leg. I opened the window and asked him why he was rude and i said "You work in customer service field, you should be nice to anyone" and he said "Next time do not stop here" and he pointed to an area like 20 ft from the lobby. He looked mad because i didn't not valet my car?? First of all...it's a LOBBY, no sign where to "Drop Off" and secondly there was no other car and i did NOT block or bother anyone around because i just dropped my brother off and it didn't take more than a minute. I called valet manager (Roosevelt Beasley) and left a message to call me back about this case but until now i haven't got any response. I will escalate this case to the corporate and report it to police to file a lawsuit. SHAME ON YOU Sheraton for hiring a very rude ill educated person. I no longer want to recommend this hotel to any friend or family.

PS to manager/supervisor: if you read this...please go and replay the video surveillance around the lobby on May 16 at 7pm - 8pm, I drove black Mercedes and you'll see how he treated me improperly.

Outstanding hotel for conventions and meetings or any large event. No sight view, so don't come for that reason. Food in the bar and restaurant was good but seating and service was very slow. They didn't have enough staff working to handle the crowd. Very close to LAX. Rims eye spacious comfortable and clean

Every time i com here, this place and people here are always awesome. If you get a front facing room, you would have a nice view of LAX sign and the airport during night time. The breakfast here is also great with awesome customer service. Thanks for awesome stay!

It was ok. Location was convenient to the airport. Front desk customer service was lacking, at least the young lady that checked us in. In terms of ambiance and level of comfort of the room i had better rooms.

Great location very nice hotel. Unfortunately there were fruit flies all over our bathroom. I had to kill like 20 and the next night there were about 10 more.

There was someone already checked in my assigned room. The staff quickly corrected it.

This hotel has great rooms but isn t good for children. When I checked-in it was past midnight, I had a overtired toddler in my arms and they didn t offer anything to expedite our check-in. We had to wait around 10 min to get to the front desk. We also had to wait for the crib I called earlier to request. And now that I came back for my child s nap realized they only left two towels, like toddlers aren t people who deserve their own towel. They know there are three of us!

Shatli brings me in, airplanes can't hear, bartenders pour in even when they no longer need to. Pool water is warm even in November! Recommend!

4 star rated, 5 star feels, Coco at front desk thank you sooo much after a 15hr flight and a possible 6 hour wait to check in, was offered a executive suite for a small price. but overall the room, restaurants, pool and gym were great staff from front desk to servers were awesome. thanks again

Very nice hotel, the room was cozy and clean and the service for check in/out very fast. They also have free airport shuttle.

Heated pool and a jacuzzi. They close at 10 PM. The service in the hotel is very good. The maid service is stupendous and the meeting room attendants were great as well. I had a seamless experience.

This hotel is nice but the room service food really sucks. Costero, the hotel restaurant, is better.

Conveniently located extremely close to LAX. Rooms are nice and clean. Need more elevators. Waited nearly 10 minutes to catch one.

It costs 18 bucks a day to park far from the hotel and not be allowed to come and go or 30 a day to park close and be allowed to re enter. However, the customer service is outstanding!

Why do the halls smell like trash? For being a big chain hotel you would expect better. They only keep up the ground floor. Overpriced

I rolled into LA late in the evening Dec. 13th and received incredible treatment from the young gentleman working behind the front desk. He was a class act, and incredibly accommodating.

Met up with friends at hotel bar, then caught up in their room. Hotel is well decorated, seems to have a high standard of cleanliness, and has a good bar.

Air conditioning did not work well ... heat ... they charged me food that was not mine ... but they reimbursed me ... the bed was not good

Had a comfortable 2 night stay. Food in the restaurant was very good. Shuttle to and from the airport is complementary

Only attended the festival here so I did not stay at rooms per se but I found their bathroom very clean I found out that they provided water everywhere bathrooms was very clean and very accommodating and they had pretty nice wi-fi system setup in the hotel. I enjoyed the attending the festival at Sheraton Gateway

The hotel was nice. My room was spacious, clean & modern. The 15th for lounge was also great. My only complaint is that the for at the hotel restaurant was not very impressive.

Excellent service. The room was comfortable and super clean. Parking space right next door to our room. Wi-Fi worked great. Although centrally located, not noisy at all. I absolutely recommend it and coming back for sure on my next visit.

Very bad hotel. Can hear the room next door constantly making noise. They keep slamming thr toilet seats. The walls are not thick enough they don't clean the beds my duvet was very dirty. Have attached pictures Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!!!

Room was very clean with a new fridgefreezer ,microwave,oven. The bed was huge and comfi.

Lobby was great, was here for a seminar. The room was really nice. My only complaint was the AC smelled of mold/mildew

Worse service ever. Paid for Valet and they didn t even bring the car, they asked us to walk to it. Had just got off a 16 hour flight from Doha and signed the check and forgot the credit card, waiter was extremely rude about it.
