Great location close to LAX, rooms were clean and have enough space.

This Hotel is a perfect to stay in the LAX area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comortable.

Good hotel and sufficient quiet for an hotel so close to the airport. Large, clean rooms and friendly stuff. A point deduction because of the valet parking service: When we arrived they told us the self service parking is almost as expensive as the valet parking and with the discount he would gave it would be equal. Today we discovered the price of the self parking lot. It's half the price of the valet parking - after the discount... We feel a bit ripped off...

Nicely renovated hotel with a 24h lounge. Lounge had snacks but ran out of water at 10pm. Rooms are clean but the two rooms I booked were somewhat loud from the airplanes. One room was upgraded to an executive suite (I am Spg platinum) which was quite large and had a dining table which was nice as we had last minute thank you cards to finish. Good thing I am not too light of a sleeper as I was able to sleep through the noise despite the sounds of the planes landing and taking off. Parking is expensive here so I parked a block away at quikpark near the Hyatt regency.

A good airport hotel which is very close to terminal 1 if you wanted to walk it. Airplane noise could be a potential problem though.

Very close to the airport and when I met the guests then stopped them in this place as satisfied with the price and quality of service! there is a Parking place and Parking! delicious breakfasts and other amenities in this place

Clogged sink on first day. Noisy area. Ramen at the restaurant tasted worse than actual $1 instant noodles.

There is also a little shop on the first floor with GREAT prices on everything!

Terrible. We got here the night after our wedding night to fly out for our honeymoon early the next morning. We slept for an hour before getting woken up by an extremely rowdy group of girls. We called down to the front desk 5 times before anyone came down and did anything about it. This process was over THREE HOURS. We had a conjoined room...we could hear them throwing up and yelling at each other. We were not offered a room change. Customer service was awful and extremely rude. Not helpful AT ALL.

Super close to LAX and a great place to stay. Exceptional service and location for business. I love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby, because it s a great way to start your day. The rooms at Overlook Los Angeles international airport can be a little bit loud, and I prefer the rooms that phase away from the runways. They have a nice bar here that serves hors d oeuvres and a very nice pool outdoors.

I was parked at the airport parking lot next door, but Google Maps thinks I was actually in this hotel. So if I say that I do not have anything negative to report, would that be a legitimate posting? Since I don't have anything to report anyways?

Pet friendly! Room had a fridge, microwave by the ice machine, comfy bed, large t.v. and clean! Very, VERY busy hotel. Convenient location to LAX we shall see about the shuttle service tomorrow.

The best and only place to use the restroom if you are Ubering avoid the Burger King at all cost.

I did not stay here but I came here for dinner and drinks.
The evening bar staff is amazing at making you feel important and comfortable. Even the guy bringing food from the kitchen was so professional. Wow!
If the bar area and food service is this great I can imagine how great it would be to stay here as a guest.

Below average Sheraton experience for a loyal Sheraton fan!

Shuttle service lacking. My crew had to pay (we offered to pay) another hotel shuttle to bring us to the hotel. If you don't mind waiting at LAX late at night, this hotel is for you. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are comfortable and contemporary. They just need to fix the shuttle issue.

Great beds but expect expensive parking. Good service here

Close to LAX, shuttle service to and from airport is quick. Service was nice.

They are super rude and unprofessional. I just needed a parking validation. My company is paying big money for the conference room and they are supposed to give a parking validation. But I'm in line and they keep ignoring me and letting people behind me check in first. What the hell?!!?! I'm still a customer!! Totally unprofessional.

It's like a lil away from everthing. If you on a business trip then it's worth it ..

Took a couple of tries to get the wifi to work, but other than that everything was great.

Great stay! Rooms were big and beds are extremely comfortable. Bar was a great place to have drinks with oir client.

I have stayed here several times over the past year but never took the time to write a review. I know how important reviews are to a business so my apologies for the delay.

I stayed there this past weekend. The staff is good-looking, well-dressed, personable, nice and professional. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. Starbucks is on the premises - a big plus for me!!!! The breakfast buffet was great with nice selections. Our chef (he's going to be mad with me because I forgot his name....bald guy) was very engaging and made our party of 4 some mean omelettes! The club lounge has a great view and is very relaxing with ample snacks.

It's the best hotel in the area....centrally located with brand name stores nearby to shop. I love how the bar area is set up and how it opens up to view outside and you can feel the cool breeze. It gives you a feeling of being outside while inside - great atmosphere. The pool-side cabana's (not sure if that is what they are called) are such a nice touch and allows for some privacy while being in a public area. I love everything about this hotel.

The concierge was a pleasant man with so much patience. The waiters in the restaurant were all friendly. Mark (manager ?) is so down to earth and personable and he made my weekend with the extra touches in my suite for my bridal shower. He went over and beyond. Besos! The supervisor (Sasha) is a beautiful young woman, inside and outside. She is attentive, warm, and engaging with staff and customers. She was pulled every which way and handled each concern with individualized attention. She's always smiling and such a joy whenever I visit. I have never stayed anywhere else and don't plan to. Please pass on to management what a great team he/she has as the face of the Sheraton. They are the first ones on the line and leave the first and last impressions for your patrons. I don't know how much is considered when suggestions are made but Mark and Sasha deserve a raise, commendation, certificate, award, etc....or whatever sort of recognition is done, because they represent what the business is all about - pleasing the guests. They are a big part of why I refer people; keep coming back to your hotel and bringing more people with me. Outstanding job all the way around. Keep up the good work.

Loved this hotel. It was close to the airport and the bar had reasonably priced drinks and great food.

Sheraton is a great hotel conveniently located near LAX. Rooms are modern and clean. Club lounge is large and has never amenities. There is one of premise restaurant and bar. The food was fine. The bar area sort of looks line it's temporary but is fun for a quick bite to eat or drink.

I came here for a bachata event and they handled the set up very well. I don't know how the room are as I only came for that event in several of the ballrooms. Parking is super expensive. Cheaper to use the metered parking.

Very nice rooms staff was friendly but didn't seem to know the cpu systems or something alot of complications and confusion about checking in. They gave the wrong info and that was multiple staff members. Also the hours of the gift shop and very short and the door was locked although it said open when I attempted to go in the first time. The Starbucks inside was also not great. They had one employee working the open shift and he didn't even make my drinks right. A shame.

My new favorite Sheraton! Clean hotel and very friendly staff.

Not happy there wasn't a frig in the room...Room service has a hefty svc charge...So a personal pizza and a local IPA with tip was over $30.00. So next night I ordered from a local restaurant and had it delivered.

Can't say enough about their great service and hospitality! Clean rooms with comfy beds. Located at a money spot where 24 hour is near by walking distance and food choices are endless!

Would have given 5 stars but the parking is very expensive 17 a day to park your self and 40 a day for valet! Other than that the hotel was great

Faster than normal check in Monday night so that was a nice change. Rooms are nice and breakfast buffet is good.

I stay here all the time when my dad comes from Japan. It is very easy to get to LAX only a 5 minute drive or less. Also the club lounge is very open and nice to watch planes take off.

Excellent hotel. Pillows and bed are soft for a great night sleep. Very responsive staff

While my room was nice and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful, this hotel was much too crowded. Their pool is closed due to covid but that doesn't say much for the precautions they're taking during this pandemic because there are long lines of people waiting to pack into the only functioning elevator like sardines. It took ten minutes just to get on an elevator and if I hadn't gotten on with 10 other people (elevator max capacity 3) it would've taken so much longer. Because of this and the god awful and terribly expensive parking I will not be staying again.

First night they "ran out of rooms" despite having a reservation through an event block. After 2 hours they sent me to another hotel. Finally stayed there and it was fine, but terrible experience overall.

Without any advance notice, they just shut the water off for the whole night. We arrive at 10:30 pm to see a printed note on the bed. We were supposed to have been advised upon check-in, but never happened. Uncharacteristically bad for a "four star" Hotel.

Excellent. A must stay when in LA. The Sheraton Gateway at the LAX Century Blvd.-Strip has been completely re-done. Top designers. All brand new. Including sleep enhancing healthy beds.
Best place to be away from home and to get the first true feeling of being a Hollywood star. For every taste is something. Quiet reading in a generously spread out lobby with comfortable seating, couches and tables everywhere.

Top restaurant, top food at affordable prices.
Huge modern lobby bar: Under a super high ceiling held in light colors you'll run into people from all over the world and locals alike from all walks of life. Relaxing at a beautiful quiet pool outside looking at the ever blue sky in Southern California lined with majestic palm trees next to the stars in heaven... and much more.
Last but not least a dynamite staff that pampers you rounds the picture to a perfect circle.

Very nice stay. Free shuttle to LAX which was only a 4.kin drive but the air traffic noise was not a problem

The hotel staff was very friendly. Got in late at night but was able to get a nice room. Room was spacious and clean. The lounge breakfast was very nice, with lots of options. Shuttle to and from the airport is also great.

Great hotel for a night to catch another flight. Free shuttle. Breakfast is expensive though.

Attended a meeting in one of the ballrooms and the area was nice and clean. The staff that was serving all the refreshments and food were extremely fast and respectful not once did they interrupt they worked behind the scenes so smoothly. Would definitely come back and recommend.
