We booked two nights through Tablet Hotel and received a few additional perks for being Tablet Plus members. The only Hotel we didn't get automatically was the discounted parking but they resolved that during checkout once I reminded them. Kudos to Tablet for also confirming the additional amenities before we arrived as well.
Nice comfy beds, you can see that the rooms had been recently renovated. They have been decorated with great taste. Water pressure was good. The shower head can be adjusted by turning it. Love the fact that is pet friendly and there are two grass areas on the front with bags.
Clean. Good food. But was a busy night and ran out of alot of the good beer

Some of the walls are a little thin, but it's a great place to stay if you need an overnight through LAX. No self parking, but it's clean, comfortable, and they treat you well. There's nothing bad I can say about the hotel, it was a pleasant experience and fit my expectations well.
The service was decent and the employees were helpful and professional, but the restaurant kitchen does not have the capacity for a large influx of people.

Yikes this hotel used to be great. It's giving strong Motel 6 vibes. Dirty rooms and the parking lot smells like blunts and homelessness.

This was our first visit to LAX. The staff at Sheraton were more than accommodating. For the price we paid, the room was extremely nice, as was the pool area. My children loved it!
There wasn't one bad thing I could even say. Everything about this hotel was perfect.

1st night I stayed in another hotel and told them I had a tough night and a hard time. Even they didn't has anything to do with my problem, they went the extra mile by giving me courtesy valet parking during my stay (4 nights). I was surprised and so grateful. I will definitely stay here again. They were very professional and courteous. Sheraton LAX is #1, period!!!
Close to airport, frequent shutters to airport terminals. However, front desk staff are very rude, they even deactived our door keys before we check out.

Room was wonderful and we actually received fresh linen for our bed. Good location for a meal or light bite on a few hour layover. Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

Great club room with access to a lounge on the top floor with round the clock amenities. Location is good but parking could be better (either expensive and slow valet, or self parking a significant walk from the hotel). Breakfast was good quality and liked by my daughter.
I call to have them book a same night reservation, then I get to hotel and they booked for the wrong day and are also sold out? Then the front office girl gives me I'm so sorry and no options. I'd avoid sheraton brands and still to a good chain like Marriott
Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Right by the airport, so very convenient for my flight. Shuttle brought me right to my terminal. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

If I could give less then 1 star thats exactly what I woukd give...we came out to visit for a show and from the beginning this was a total waste of hotel the parking is hard to find they do valet parking idk for what id they still charge you regardless if you are staying in their rooms. They also charge you parking each and every time you leave the parking area $17.00 (yes I understand its only 17 dollars ) but if your using your car to get around places you tell me if you would pay 17 dollars each time you go and come in and they do not validate the ticket either its just such an inconvenience. We tried canceling the hotel before hand and they absolutely would not allow it I don't see why not if we were calling a day in advance which it states on their website that ypu have to call at least 3hrs prior to arrival to cancel. Now to get to our room literally the elevator skipped our stop went all the way up and then back down and then we had to go up again I don't understand. And lets just say the Sheraton isn't such a WOW place. For the price you pay. It was such such an inconvenience that honestly it made us late to part of the show we didn't bother to eat around there or inside oh gawd forbid we get charged an arm and leg for food. So we just left we didn't bother to stay its so upsetting when I booked no where did I locate any info about parking inconvenience and if there is well it must be in micro letters. Honestly folks if your driving in from out of town to LA and LAX and meeting friends whom are flying in from out of town just book your stay somewhere else dont even bother here. Just DONT! it was such such a waste
Very clean. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Parking is a little high but overall it's a nice hotel
The worst place to stay. Unless you are getting drop off here by shuttle or other way don't bother because they don't offer parking and the only place you can park is 2 blocks away and they don't even validate. Plus I ask if they would be responsible for any damages to my vehicle while I was park there and they said no.
Hotel sold the room we booked and paid for leaving us STRANDED!! We booked and paid for this hotel 2 months prior to our intended stay. We specifically booked at the airport with a guaranteed late check-in as we had an overnight layover. After a 21 hour international flight, we arrived at midnight to a lobby of approximately 15 other guests who were all told the hotel had OVERSOLD THEIR ROOMS! Some had already checked in online! Hotel only offered a lower rated hotel a cab ride away. The airport shuttle just stopped picking up passengers leaving guests stranded! We didn't get to sleep until 4:00am. BEWARE! They will SELL YOUR ROOM OUT FROM UNDER YOU!!!
Great hotel very close to the airport! It even has a little pool, though no one seems to use it. You get 5 pages printing for free, which is great for printing boarding cards, for example. They have a room service robot, which is really cool.
Reception was fantastic and very accommodating. Only down side was the wait times for the elevators. Need to look at options to improve this slight issue.
Great gym, lounge and shuttle services. Plenty of rooms which was helpful when I needed a early check in.

Our room was newly remodeled with fresh carpet, paint, really clean and modern comfortable. The pillow and down comforter was light and warm. They even have a little robot that can deliver small stuff to your room. Ask about it and fun to try it out.
The hotel offer shuttle to and from the airport every 15 min or so.
We were here due to our overseas flight got mechanical delay for 18 hours, we check in at 3am and thank god we were on the first bus load and got checked in fast. The staff was fast and friendly even at 3am!
Quick check in, clean, nice staff, room condition was so good. Shuttle bus was so useful and they have Starbucks in the Lobby.

A very classy hotel with lots of style..... meet new people---hang in the bar, poolside, in the lobby or even Starbucks. So many options then just being in your room. The food is good, so enjoy!
The staff were really friendly and very accommodating. We requested a rollaway bed and they brought it right away, even though they never told us it would be an additional charge it was worth it. The wait staff in the restaurant was friendly but didn't seem to know how to accommodate a large crowd. We also had to pay a small fortune to park for 2 days...way more than what the sign said and we couldn't get out without paying more than double. That was the main disappointment. The rooms are nice and very comfortable. I actually had a great night of sleep while I was there.

Location was beautiful. However, the banquet service was subpar. It took a very long time for everyone to get their entrees and I never received my dessert when other people did. Also, I asked for coffee service and never received it. The venue was beautiful and was easy to access.

Hotel muy bien, se puede acceder al aeropuerto de LAX andando, aparcamiento muy cerca con muchas opciones, para desayunar tiene en la entrada un Starbucks, buenas vistas a las pistas del aeropuerto, y espectaculares por la noche, la zona que da hacia la ciudad es abierta y se puede ver gran parte de la ciudad, habitaciones grandes y muy bien amuebladas.

Excellent rooms and facilities. No noise at all from the outside despite location.
Airport shuttle was full every time it came to terminal to pick us up. After waiting over a half hour the only way we were able to get on one was without a seat. Very unsafe. Hotel management did not care at all even though we called over a half dozen times complaining they offered no solution.
The beds were super comfortable. The room itself was very clean.
Grear price, great food at bar, 10 minutes from all terminels, great service
