I have been staying here for many years and have never been disappointed. It's pretty much what you would expect from a full service Airport Hotel.

My stay was incredible. I can't believe I missed this hotel all the time I stay on LA. This will definitely be on my bucket list to stay again. Great room king size bed with all the up to date amenities. #smashjob
I was not impressed, I have booked room for a week, I called them to find out about various amenities and then wanted to know as SPG member what can I get, put me on hold and then never came back, will keep posted once I go the hotel, maybe it was too early for them as it was around 6 am their time
It is a very comfortable hotel. The beds were great.
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE WITH EXPENSIVE EQUIPMENT THATS NOTICEABLE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE WATCHING AND WILL STEAL FROM YOUR ROOM WHEN YOU ARE NOT THERE.
The interiors are modern and luxurious at the same time just like our big suite with a wonderful view of the palm and on the sea. Very nice swimming pool on the fourth floor, great SPA, and incredible Gym, top-level technology equipment. What to say about the whole staff? Not enough words for their kindness and professionalism! Super great service!
Great hotel, nice clean rooms that are a good size. Hip and stylish decor. Very close to LAX, airplane noise isn't a problem. Staff is helpful and friendly.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the service is amazing, food is delicious. Rooms were great
Room was clean, and updated. Lots of plane noise, but that's to be expected for the proximity
Extremely dissatisfied with my stay here at the Sheraton Gateway.
This hotel was basically like an upgraded version of motel 8. Perhaps I am spoiled with the amenities and hospitality found in Asian hotels, but there wasn't any toothbrushes, slippers or robes in the rooms. The hotel staff were not very welcoming or helpful. I asked multiple staff for recommendations on where to eat late night, initially they gave me a blank stare and then suggested restaurants that were already closed. No one offered to help bring my luggage to my room. The hotel smelled like marijuana around nearly every corner and in the halls on my floor. It almost seemed as though the hotel had been renting rooms to the homeless community of LA.
There was even a group of people filming a rap video in the entrance of the hotel (no social distancing or mask requirements).
With all of the covid-19 buzz going around, I expected a hotel with the reputation of Sheraton to have people sanitizing the elevator and door handles. I didn t see anyone cleaning anything except for the carpet that laid on the ground in front of the hotel entrance.
For $170 a night I would NOT stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
good airport hotel if you need a place close to LAX
Hotel location is good. Customer service is good. My lady complains of wanting a bigger bathroom, but we both agree the hotel is good. The restaurant is above average and the bar at night is good She booked the room so at least it's not my fault. We both love the Starbucks in the morning. The barista has greeted us both with the happiest smile and good morning welcome. We looked forward to going down in the morning for our coffee and morning greeting. The morning concierge has been there for a while and is always so professional. This is a 4 Star hotel with 5 star service.
Professional, friendly and cozy place to anyone eager to have a pleasant experience!
Clean rooms, Starwood club had an excellent breakfast spread
This hotel is most important because of it's location. If you're flying in/out of LAX, this is the place to stay. Also have long-term parking.
A lovely, contemporary, union hotel. The spaces are elegant and well maintained.
Located a few hundred feet from the entrance of LAX (Los Angeles International Airport), the eight hundred room hotel provides a free airport pick up service,, 24 hours a day.
The elevators are fast. The facilities, including a pool and exercise room, are well maintained. There are several restaurents and a bar on the first floor. All are beautifully decorated, with servers, who are knowledgeable and friendly. The meals are well prepared and presented. Whenever possible, the chef will prepare dishes to your dietary requirements.
We stayed in the Executive Suite. The two rooms have lots of comfortable furniture, a safe, coffee machine, super comfortable king-size bed and a couple of sixty inch televisions.
The modern glass and black steel bathroom, has a large walk-in shower and good lighting. My only complaint: the toilet paper roll is difficult to reach.
This upscale suite includes access to "The Club" on the 15th floor. In the middle of the day the club offers a selection of snacks, an assortment of coffee drinks, teas and soft drinks. In the morning breakfast is served. There is no charge for this comfort.
Alcoholic drinks are available in the bar on the first floor.
The hotel is ADA compliant. Parking is expensive.
Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, and employees were super nice and helpful
Got a great deal online!
Very nice rooms with a great view.
We had a view facing north so we got to see the airplanes land.
The pool was not in service so we had to use Crown Plazas pool which was not all that..
Guest Services / Front Desk was excellent.
And everyone at the Hotel gave such a warm welcoming greeting whenever my son and I would walk by.
The Housekeeping on the other hand was a bit rude. Spoke to me in Spanish when obviously I'm asian and expected me to understand what she was saying, as soon as I tried talking to her in English she quickly announced " No English".
That incident was disappointing.
Other than that, I enjoyed this hotel.
It is a good place to stay. Nice quiet room, confortable beds, nice breakfast. Shuttle to airport every 10 minutes. Quick check in and check out.
Nice staff, great clean spacious rooms, close to the airport. Great price!
I was there to support the First Lady Dr. Betty's wisdom from above it was very nice I enjoyed my myself
GOD BLESS everyone who attended what a BLESSING.
Loudest hotel ever! Loud guests and nobody at the front desk cares. Forget about sleeping here.
NO FREE WIFI but everything else is good with the room. nice spacious and has a cool magazine. the reception girl is not that friendly. but she is hot so maybe that is why she was unfriendly . because the airport is right across from the hotel, you can sometimes hear the planes coming in on the runway, but i sleep with earplugs so i didnt hear a thing :)
Nice hotel, good restaurants, pretty busy and packed
Parked here when flying out of LAX. Valet was quick and responsive. Did not have to wait for shuttle
Great price! However, hotel seems like a weekend hangout spot . Very noisy, guests partying at night no hotel staff available. Rooms and every floor smell like smoke even though it s non-smoking . If you park at the hotel it s $50, if you park in the back lot it s $17 and they charge you every time you leave and re-enter.
Booked reservation through Expedia and called hotel because Expedia was not letting me cancel through there website. Front desk agent was VERY rude. Kept interrupting me and had the worst attitude. Let the front desk agent know his customer service was not too great. The front desk agent was not answering my questions and kept saying that because I booked with Expedia everything had to be done with them which I understand but I had a question regarding their policies and procedures which he didn't answer. Asked to speak with a manager and the front desk agent refused and hung up on me. Called back to speak with manager and he was great. He apologized for the inconvenience and said all the calls are recorded so he would listen to the call and coach the agent. The manager as well answered all my questions and he made my experience from horrible to not so bad. I would plan on staying here in the future but that front desk agent shouldn't work customer service if he doesn't know how to control his attitude.
Good clean hotel. Very close to LAX. Also provides a shuttle service.
Great staff and probably the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.
Nice hotel and good service. I experienced incorrect charges after check out but a quick call to the hotel resulted in the charges being corrected promptly.
Front desk is very slow, the rooms themselves are nice
Great hotel. Love the quality of the rooms, the food is great, and the amenities such as USB ports all over the room are awesome. Highly recommend.
Took 45 minutes to make reservations because attending had to keep checking with managers about our dog. Got everything booked and showed up just for them to tell me they wont take pets.
Located close to LAX with complimentary shuttle to the airport. Clean rooms with modern amenities! Great service!
Only stayed about 6 hours, but it was a nice 6 hours.
Charged $30 for a parking spot but none were available. I had to park in the dark alley next to the motel. Screaming in the parking lot. Security was nonexistent. Stains all over the hallways. People cussing next door at 1 am. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Hair in the shower.
Rooms are very comfortable, there is a grid in the room, and it is close to the airport. I love that there is a starbucks in the lobby.
Katherine at the front desk and Martha with the finance departmemt were amazing to work with and very friendly with helping resolve issues. Hotel was clean and everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. Will stay here again if ever in the area.
A little hard to find front door, drove around block twice. Other that that everything was great nice room with a view, my kid loved the planes flying by!
Great service, comfy rooms, great amenities, Starbucks a plus!!!
it's a nice hotel close to the airport. did not like the fact you have to pay for wi-fi.
Nice conference rooms, great location for the airport.
We stayed at this hotel for quite a long spell...great place with wonderful staff...but my wife incurred an injury to her knee while walking thru the parking lot at the front of the hotel at night. There was a dark colored plank of work separating the cars in the lot and she tripped on it, and damaged her knee. She was in a wheelchair for 2-3 weeks and we notified the hotel managers, security personnel, upper level vp's but nothing was done to compensate us for the inconvenience, pain and suffering we encountered. It's been quite a few months now and nothing's been resolved...the only reason I gave 4 Stars is because of the staff but the upper management has been negligent in handling this matter although we are ambassador elite clients...
this hotel earned their 2 star rating thanks to their location and spacious room. Else it would have been a big fat zero. My room does not have a "do not disturb" sign. After calling multiple times to get one and getting it wrong, they finally managed to get me one which they soon remove it and come into my room and clean it up while i was away. When i questioned the front desk, not only was the guy unapologetic, he simply put it that there's "A CHANCE" that the other guest took it away this the room service team went into the room. I was too lazy to argue. Agree to disagree, but guess what? 2 days later they came into my room again despite specific instruction to NOT come in!!! To top it up, their room service provides very lousy food and they have one of the worst in room internet ever. Avoid at all cost unless u love house keeping, eating lousy food and do not need internet cause u still writes letter and send it out with a pigeon.
My allergies were not taken seriously. I stayed here for a 3-day event and the first meal they gave me had me recovering in my hotel room for 1&1/2 days (from a swollen face, hives, and major fatigue).
The last day of the event, I had to send my food back 2x because it looked like they seasoned it (or it was cross-contamination). Either way, it's not safe for people with allergies.
Additionally, if you like a quiet room and privacy... I can assure you that you'll be disappointed by the paper thin doors that connect the rooms.
Given I was in my room for whole day (allergies!) I heard multiple conversations from the neighbouring rooms... I had to turn on music/TV to drown out the noise.
Went to visit a friend. Parking was expensive, but hotel looked nice and clean.
The TV was no HD, no face towel
All the other towel was there no face towels
Don t ever stay here they steal your money. We were staying at the Four points sheraton and one of our packages was accidentally sent here. The concierge was sooo rude they kept saying I have to pay for my package even though it was incorrectly delivered. Gerado demanded $10 if not he would throw the package out. Don t even know if it is a legitimate payment or they keep the money for themselves. He told me he couldn t find the reservation when they delivered the package , then why did they accept it? So rude and such a scam, I wouldn t stay here the Hilton is right next door!
Great hotel. Close to airport. Everything feels new and clean. I highly recommend this place.
Big rooms and comfy bed but the walls and the doors are so thin that the coming and going in the hallway kept us awake during the night. A bit worn down, photos look better than the reality.
This was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in ever. Usually hotel beds and towels have this nasty smell, but not this place. Everything in the room smelled legitimately clean which is the most important thing to me. Nice looking hotel with a bar downstairs. For parking, you can pay 40-something dollars for valet or $17 a day to park across the street. It had a beautiful clean bathroom and a flat screen tv. No free breakfast, but there's a Starbucks in the lobby. It's right by the airport but the planes didn't bother me. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it didn't have a fridge and microwave. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it.
The location was very close to the airport which made transport to and from much easier. Shuttles were provided and arrived in a timely manner. Furthermore the interior of the hotel was very nice. Overall a good experience
Great hotel. Location and amenities. Valet parking avail. Close proximity to LAX airport. Nearby options for dining and retail.
Definitely caters to the high end visitor. Expect to have clean rooms, modern decor, excellent service and even a harp playing in the lobby. With that expect an exhorbant cost for parking on site.
I stay here often, large clean rooms, good restaurants, staff friendly. Easy to get to LAX via their shuttle.
I stayed over 2 nights. Overall a nice hotel only reason I'm giving it this rate is because I had an issue the last day and I wanted to talk to a manager and I waited 20 minutes in the front desk without a manager showing up. I asked the front desk to please have manager contact me, I wan't contact by manager. This place doesn't take their clients serious if they make someone wait that long.
