Didn't have the room initially that I reserved. Finally gave us one which was for handicap. Stain on bed. Empty lotion bottle on floor. Room service ordered and partly incorrect. They don't refill your Soap and shampoo unless you call, even if it is empty. Will use other hotels next time. The lady at check out asked how our stay was and i said it was OK, not great. She replied ok and didn't ask why. Hope this helps.

The hotel is located near the airport, so I can recommend it for transit. The hotel is literally about ten minutes on the shuttle. The shuttle is free and round-the-clock, it is provided by the hotel. For organizing the shuttle five points. I have repeatedly booked hotels with free shuttle, but not always managed to use them. Because the schedule did not correspond to my time of departure or arrival. Plus, I had to wait a long time or I had to call and order a shuttle. Everything is convenient here. The shuttle runs around the clock, the traffic interval is about ten minutes, the stops at each terminal do not need to be pre-recorded (and this happens).

The hotel has a swimming pool, open until 10 pm. Outdoor pool, heated. Excellent option after a long flight. Very nice pool area with soft sofas. I love this. Beautifully decorated lobby. I liked the wall, on the background of which you can take pictures and especially, legroom next to it with an inscription recommending to become here and look happy. Creatively.

The room is not too smart for a hotel of this level. No bathrobes and slippers. In the bathroom, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body cream. There are no cotton swabs, no cotton discs, or other small things, which often even happen in hotels with three stars. Separate shower gel either. For some reason, a bottle of water is free. True, my stay was so short that it was not necessary anymore. There is a coffee machine and a set for coffee. I did not have time to use it, there was a very early departure. The room itself is spacious.

Contactless payment cards are not used, you must enter a pin. An additional deposit is taken, returned on departure. Check-in is quick, check-out is instant.

In general, what I booked for the hotel, I was satisfied. For transit I can recommend. The room is spacious. I watched the planes from the window, but the noise from the planes in the room could not be heard.

Pathetic service ... I called the guest service the very first day to clean up the wet towel inside the refrigerator(not sure if it was from the previous guest), it was acknowledged but it was there till I checked out.

For an airport hotel when you need to be close to LAX you could do a lot worse. A beer by the pool on a Sunday afternoon after a long flight was rather pleasant. It s noisy though, soundproofing is poor. You will need earplugs!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly. It is an older building so there isn't any air conditioning but we were fine without it. Our room was beautiful, had a nice wood burning fireplace. Everything looked modern and clean. I believe they remodeled not long ago. The gentlemen at the front desk was so helpful. He gave us great directions, since it was our first time. You are right in the middle of union square so there is much to see and do close by. The only negative i have is there was no complimentary breakfast on Sunday when we got up. I checked both the 2nd and 4th floor as I was told and there wasn't even coffee out. That was a bummer, but overall we had a great time. We would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel, but the shuttle service from LAX was a joke the particular night we needed it. Website and recording says the shuttle comes every 15-20 minutes. We waited over 40 minutes...one finally showed up...all the other nearby hotel shuttles came through MANY times. I tried calling twice to cancel reservations and was disconnected. Super frustrating when traveling with 2 young kids! I really wish we picked a different hotel!

Man I can't say enough about the wonderful staff here! They make me feel like I am the only one residing here! Such excellent customer service . Kudos to the amazing housekeeping staff May God continue to bless us all during this time.

We stayed here for a night before our flight home and it was a good hotel, the staff were friendly however parking was expensive and no free wifi in the rooms. Location was good for the airport and the room was clean and comfortable

Very close and convenient proximity to LAX airport...

Very close and convenient proximity to LAX airport, including a free shuttle running every 15 minutes. Not much by way of walkable businesses nearby. There are a handful of eateries of varying quality within 2/3rds of a mile, but not really a bustling business district. But for a quick stopover to rest up during our 9 hour layover it was a perfect solution. Longer stays would probably want a vehicle or an account with a ride share service.

Our room was clean. The on site dining was decent faire. There is a Starbucks on site too. While we were there the elevators were always in high demand. I don't know if one or two were out of service or if it's always this way. But we were always able to squeeze in, though a couple times we witnessed others opting to wait for the next one.

There is a small amount of airplane noise, but not objectionable, particularly given the convenience in proximity to the airport. Mostly the sound registered on my mind first as "are those airplanes?" ...and later not noticeable.

If I had another long layover after an international flight and wanted to get some rest I would stay here again without hesitation. If I were a tourist spending time in LA I wouldn't consider proximity to LAX reason enough to forego staying closer to interesting parts of the city (which this is not). If I were in town just on business and my meetings were close by, sure, this place would fit that need well too. The hotel is great, clean, well run, well decorated, and everything you would expect of a big brand hotel in a large city.

For my use case it was also ideal, and I suppose the next time I have a 12 hour flight followed by another couple hours of flying, if I'm unable to get the flights close enough together I will intentionally book them far enough apart that I can do a stop-over here to sleep off some of the jetlag. I was able to arrive home in much better shape than if I had pushed through without rest.

Very nice room, hotel is nicely updated. We had club floor access for this stay and that was nice.

I would have given five stars but my room did not have a fridge and we had to request one to be brought up. When the gentleman brought it up, he just set it on the floor next to the console instead of putting it inside. I helped him put it inside and plug it in. We also went to the club floor for breakfast on Memorial Day around 8:30 and found out they were not staying open later for the holiday. Which was fine, but at 3 minutes to 9, they started taking down everything so that anyone walking in couldn't even grab a Danish or ready-made fruit cup. This was different from other locations where they've allowed guests to get the already prepared items and they just clean up after 9am.

Just acceptable. One of the pillows on my bed was not down and was really lumpy. Had a connecting door despite requesting a room without it. Key card automatically stopped working at 12 noon despite having late check-out. Room service was well below par.

This is a nice, 4-star hotel located right next to LAX. Airport noise was minimal, the rooms were clean and updated, the tv was 50", which is above average when compared to most hotels, the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel has an airport shuttle 24/7, making it a great place to stay if you need to be at the airport early in the morning as we did.

This doesn t even deserve one star. I booked a room with two queen beds for two adults and two children. They told me they re sold out. Completely rude, unhelpful and unapologetic. Without a desire to fix or make better they left my family with my toddler at 10:30 pm without a room. I prepaid $360. Ridiculous. Unbelievable. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Right next to LAX with a reliable shuttle service. Stayed on the club level, where the rooms have been renovated. However it was very easy to hear what was going on in the connected room and the hallway. Doors need to be updated for soundproofing. Food and drinks in the lounge were very nice and staff were polite and attentive. Being on the top floor, we could hear every plane land and takeoff with ease. I do think the benefits outweigh the negatives and would stay again.

Do NOT stay at this hotel. I had a late check in (1 am) and I had to stand in a long line of people trying to book rooms that did NOT have a reservation. I needed to stay close to the airport and I choose this hotel because it was more expensive and very nice looking. However, it did NOT give me comfort. Once I finally was able to check in (past 2 am) I did NOT get any sleep. They put me next door to a group that was partying until 6 am. What a terrible experience.

The room seemed recently updated and was modern and classy. The view of the city and airplane takeoffs were great because of the enormous windows. The beds and pillows are luxurious and the bathroom was nicely appointed. This was honestly the nicest airport hotel I've over stayed in and would recommend it to everyone who Emmys to be extremely close to LAX and the car rental return.

I m giving this place 3 Stars for reasons. I stayed with my family and friends I have reserved three rooms for one night. The building is nice and Clean but basics things not available. The agent on customer service are terrible and have some attitude issues, especially the one who answering the guest service.
Hotel with this name is out of sugar and creamers !!! Or doesn t have a microwave. when you call room service you have to wait 45 to an hour to be answered and they show you an attitude. It was so frustrating for me and my family and I didn t have a good impression on this place . this is the first time and last time to reserve in this hotel, yes the manager came and solve the issue. But having people of the front desk with attitude is not nice to service guests.

Had quite a pleasant stay at this Sheraton location! The room was perfect for my friend and myself. Got to enjoy the pool and hot tub, and then came in for a bite to eat at the bar. There's a nice nightlife atmosphere and we ran into a couple of celebrities which was pretty cool. Parking is $40 a night. Hyatt had parking for $15 a night and there were other garages across the street. They sell out so book in advance. The breakfast was great, but not free. Buy a breakfast voucher with your room, or it will be $28 a person as a walk in. 100% will stay here again.

Always staying here, however the events department is not the easiest to navigate. Also, the food is very pricey for very small servings. This is the biggest bummer about this hotel. The hotel staff...desk staff, bellmen, and housekeeping, are all very nice to work with.

Room very large, bed relatively soft. Looking at the slopes, the aircraft noise is audible, but not disturbing. Breakfast about $ 30. Food at the bar excellent and quickly finished. Happy Hour from 3-6. Well equipped fitness. Free water at the lobby. Staff very friendly.

So sad to leave california but for the price of staying here it was worth it. Pros: housekeeping does their job and are helpful at filling any requests. No bed bugs. Room service surpurb. Pool and cabana area is beautiful. The downstairs bar and restaurant open until 12 midnight every night and is reasonably priced. Llendy checked me in and out at the front desk and gave me alot of hot cali attractions to check out on my stay here. Accessible to catch any lyft. Extremely close to the airport you have to be an idiot to miss your flight being this close. Free airport shuttle. Cons: low water pressure im from east coast and need a powerful shower at night before bed. Pricing at certain times of year.

The staff was very friendly, hotel was clean. It has a really nice aesthetic to it. Housekeeping was very considerate as well. With being this close to the airport, extremely helpful in making travel arrangements.

Convenient to the airport and contemporary this property is a great nights stay. Parking and breakfast are too pricey for what they are even in LA. No early check in. I wasn't asked for my Starwood rewards but make no mistake the staff has been great.

Place is really nice, but having to pay for Wifi... Seriously. Guess the type of people that stay here don't care.
Mine was included from the Airline or Booking Agency (not sure).
All I know is I didn't have to pay.

I was here for a three day training confernce and Estela Estrada went out of her way to make my experience an amazing one. She is very dedicated to her job and it shows in the way she accommodates everyone.

Very expensive La here it's got to be about $46 to valet... even self Park is a little on the expensive side if you don't have a coupon for all day which is just outrageous other than that once you get inside the property it's fine it's also very cold they have a Starbucks in there but they got the air on full blast in the lobby I didn't stand me the room so I don't know what was going on with that and what the rooms are like but I remember this hotel from before there's a lot of meeting space which is good it's just pricey and kind of cold inside but it is modern.

When I first arrived at the Sheraton to check in I did not expect the disaster that was coming to me. I go to check in and am not able to park my car for 5 minutes! The valet man was so rude telling me I better remember not to park here . I felt completely disrespected. He also proceeded to give us wrong information to check in, causing us to park far and lug our bags to check in. Then I checked out of one of my two rooms the next day and they checked me out of both. Then I go to my room the key doesn t work, we waited 15 minutes and finally someone came up to help. When we entered our room it was a mess. It wasn t cleaned and was just terrible. We called the front desk, and they continued to be rude. I went down to speak to the manager and all she had to say was sorry, nothing else. Save your money and stay somewhere much better for the price!

The stay overall is all right. The breakfast is delicious! The guestrooms could be better if it had a microwave and/or a compact refrigerator. Also, i got stuck in an elevator for an hour! Had to call the fire dept to get us out. The hotel left a fruit bowl to apologize, but I felt they could have done more for the entire distress that happened.
