Sorry have to give a bad review. There are so many better hotels at LAX, that actually have less stars. People, this is not a high standard Sheraton and I would put it in the 2 star range. Don't pay for the hype!

Room was spacious with good climate control. Bed and bathroom clean too. However, a ton of hallway noise got through the walls throughout the night. Club lounge was also basically out of food by 7PM. Could have been a better stay.

Very nice hotel. Spacious and clean rooms recently updated. Great service at the front desk and throughout. Parking is valet only but airport parking is available in a lot just to the north for $18 a day.

very rude room service. I did not have any towels (except two small ones to dry hands and face) in my room. I called the room service. He was very rude. He did not deliver for ~ 15 mins. I had to dress up and go downstairs to request it personally.
Parking is a disaster. You pay ~ 17 dollars to park in a distant parking lot. It is a good 10-15 mins walk one-way. The only other option is valet parking. It costs 46 dollars.
No internet. You need to pay for it.
Rooms don't have refrigerators and quite small for a king-size bedroom.

Beautiful hotel and amenities. Convenient for staying before or after a flight out of LAX. Nice pool area and great lounge with a wide variety of food choices. Doors between rooms are paper thin, leading one to believe the room has been entered by an unwanted visitor. Need more sound-proofing. Overall, would return!

A comfortable place, not very big. With good access and the staff is very willing to help. The entire team of waiters is Latino. So you will not have problems if you do not handle the language. At reception there are also girls who speak Spanish.

I took the shuttle from the airport which as stated in the phone was only about a 15 minute wait. Upon arrival I was told that my reservation (through Priceline) had been cancelled because the card on file had expired - I got no notification from Priceline whatsoever. I was able to redo my reservation with Sharaton pn the spot but was told I'd have to pay $75 on top of the original price. The next morning after checking, I got an invoice from Sheraton and all I had been charged for was the original Priceline amount. I am very appreciative of this! The rooms were nice - bed was super cozy! And the towels were very soft. Despite being close to the airport, the sound of planes was pretty limited. I did have a room that was adjoines to another, which was a little nervracy. The lock was on my side, so it was fine. The walls within the hotel seemed pretty thin because in the morning I could hear people in the hallway talking, someone knocking on neighborimg doors, and at one point the person in the adjoining room throwing up. Having a Starbucks so close (in the lobby) was really great in the morning. Overall l, my experience with this hotel was very lovely.

Very bad service. Under qualified employees. I'm staying here for 3 nights and so far, although it's only been one night, the hotel staff is careless. It doesn't seem like they care about their guests at all. Sink didn't work properly when we arrived. Then, when we had to pay for our parking and buy their guest parking pass (what kind of hotel charges for parking anyways?), the pass didn't work initially. It turns out you had to put in your original pass in first (which was expired) and then the new one. The parking lot isn't even behind the hotel. Do yourself a favor, save some money, and go to a different hotel. :)

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Close proximity to the airport and they have a free airport shuttle. Only downside is that the hotel is not close to outside resteraunts; however they do have one in the hotel.

It was a big building! Decoration was nice but for the price the rooms could be bigger and the bed was kind of hard. The room was clean and bathroom had towels. The extra for parking was a turn off.

Environmental facilities, room cleanliness is very good
The fly in the ointment is too close to the airport.
There is a room on one side that will hear a loud landing sound...
The breakfast is highly selective and the fruit is rich in diversity!

As long time customer (5 years Platinum Elite), I m big fun of Sheraton but this property service is extremely poor - they didn t respond on request to bring hot water into the room after numbers messages and calls. Absolutely not acceptable

Lobby was nice, had a pianist playing most of the time, that s where the positives stop. About $200/night, then $30-$45/day to park, oh and the continental breakfast that isn t included in the room is about $20/person. Beds weren t all that comfortable. Seemed like a basic hotel at a higher end cost. NOT WORTH THE $$$.

Booked a single night very last minute and feel like I discovered a little hidden gem. Very reasonable rate, service was friendly and accommodating, the room is very clean with just enough of the basic amenities to make the stay comfortable.

The downside first: Even though the hotel has ample parking space, it doesn t allow free parking for guests. So, if you are bringing/renting a car, you would have to pay 45$ + TAX + whatever you choose to tip for the mandatory valet service to park your car in the hotel compound or use a nearby parking lot for 35$ and walk back. They also have hourly rates.

The issue is nobody wants a valet service to park their car 3-4 yards away. This isn t a downtown hotel, so the valet service is really unnecessary or at least it should have been optional. Most of all it should have been well explained on the website or during the phone call we had upon booking. Otherwise being told at check-in late in the afternoon, at which point we were too exhausted to do anything about it, felt like a gotcha moment which forced us to pay additional fee to park our car.

The hotel is nice and updated we got a specious room and comfortable bed, but we had the duvet changed because it had small stains. It has a Starbucks, a cozy pool and Jacuzzi area and a lively bar with a good service. The location is very close to the airport which is ideal if you are transiting overnight but might feel far for shopping and the like. Since we rented a car, the location was not a deal breaker for us.

I would stay here again if I'm not renting a car.

I went here for a 3 day conference and let me tell you the double room I got was beautiful. Staff was friendly and the food was decent. I'd be ecstatic if the conference was set here again.

The front desk named Estela Estrada was an absolute joy. She handled all our meeting room service needs. She is friendly, helpful, courteous, kind, professional and responded rapidly to all our needs. We need in many different hotels across the US, and because of her we will be returning to this one. What an honor to this hotel for her service!

Service is horrible! From the moment we checked in the front desk representative was rude making a smirk as he said; "oh yes, you booked through priceline..." With a fake smile while giving us a look that said more than words. Once in our room I called twice to asks for a baby crib. Then later when I tried reaching guest services again they just wouldn't answer. Employees should be coached better and trained in customer service.

We were scheduled to sail on the Royal Princess on 3/7/20. The cruise was cancelled. Sheraton LAX was one of the hotel choices "non-Princess travel booked" passengers could try and get a room at. We arrived at the hotel hungry, and tired (we had been at the pier for 9 hours awaiting our cruise). We called ahead for our room. Arrived and check-in was a breeze. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable (blessed rest).

The only reason for 4 stars is the restaurant at the hotel was meh... expensive as all get out. Mediocre food - it was cold when it got to the table. Two of three meals served. Had to chase down the third meal. Couldn't get a glass of water to save your life! Had to beg to get the bill.

The Sheraton was really nice, the only problem I had with it was that when I got there I was told I could not have a luggage transporter but I had to wait on a bellhop and that took about 30 to 45 minutes.

It s rotten. Before I went on a business trip, I must have booked Sheraton. Since then, I will not stay in any Sheraton anymore.

I booked a room on the official website and paid in advance. The result came to the scene, the counter told me that there is no room tonight, there is only one meeting room with a sofa bed, because I am too late to check-in.

If you are a friend of a late flight, it is recommended not to choose this one, even if you pay, this house may give your room to others, very bad.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...Two laptops were STOLEN from my room! The staff did not bother to help in any way. They refused to take responsibility and treated the situation as nothing happened.

Also, on the second day of our stay, when we got back to our room there was a pair of dirty socks on the bed and floor that did not belong to me!!!

Although it is a gold member, priority check-in was possible and it was put in the room with almost no waiting time. I'm still worried about the sound of airplanes. There are vending machines for drinks, but it is better to buy food in advance because there is only a restaurant.
