Visited the fitness center during a layover, to work out and relax a little. Clean facilities and nice pool, but the sauna and steam room were not functional.

All night drum circles maybe your thing. But after 24hour of flying I tend to enjoy my sleep.
I don't know if it's your intake fan or what but I'm staying on the third floor and you can not tell the difference between a bass head party or mechanical failure.
Hard pass next time I'm through.
Very convenient!!! Recommended for early departures
Clean and breakfast is hot
We were just visiting a friend who was in there for the evening. Room was nice.
Perfect access to Pearson Airport made this a good place to rest before my flights.
Nice. Friendly staff. Good to stay night of flight.
Was very convenient , but I felt that the hotel kinda smelled like airplane fuel.
Great hotel is you love airports and planes. The life of this hotel is centered around the airport. Clean, Good staff add to this very good hotel
Very clean & employees are very nice and welcoming.
Super expensive and very difficult to get to when driving. Parking fees outrageous.
Decent room, beds a bit too high and the bed sheets are very NOISY!! We are a family of 5 and VERY hard to sleep if you're a light sleeper. Extremely expensive gift shop and dining.
Fine busy hotel attached by elevated walkways to YYZ Terminal 3 (West Jet, international carriers, Sunwing, Air Transat, NOT Air Canada) and Link inter-terminal rail link to Terminal 1 and the UP Express train to downtown Toronto.
New in 1991 when terminal three opened, the hotel has some older room appointments but is soundproofed, has some rooms that face the terminal/airfield, and has very busy, high traffic lobby bar. The lobby and reception is one the second floor with conference and meeting rooms on level one. Access to T3 entrance #24 is a short walk across the road on level one.
The room is large, the bed extremely comfortable with fine pillows and comforter: I had a wonderful restorative sleep. The bathroom is spacious but the water pressure is very low. The towels are fluffy and a bathrobe was provided (but no slippers which would have been helpful for visits to the pool). There is an in-room coffee maker but no fridge (you can request one, though).
There is a indoor pool (max 4 ft 6in deep), hot tub, and fitness room on the second level as well. (The pool as a lift and handicapped accessible shower.) Theses facilities are open 24-hours which is great! Towels are provided in the change rooms. Both times I went I was the only one there - like having my own indoor pool :)
Plane spotting is fun and easy with runway view rooms (free upgrade possible if Bonvoy or Marriott member).
The room corridors are kinda dark. The hotel is clean, well maintained, busy, convenient to both terminals and the staff were professional, responsive and helpful. There's a gift shops that sells essentials, postage stamps, and wide selection of snacks.
Rates are high but worth it for convenience if you have a long layover. The Up Express can get you to downtown in 25 minutes. One-way fare is $12.75; for a Long Stayover Ticket it's $12.75 for a time-limited roundtrip ticket.
The room service menu is expensive: $47 for steak sandwich. There are less expensive options across the road in terminal three.
The bath room amenities were OK, nothing special. There's an in-room safe, iron and ironing board, and plenty of electrical outlets to charge all your electronics.
The catering was excellent and there were a variety of meetings available to accommodate our group of 20. The food really was great.
Yeah, it was a nice stay. I recommend the Sheraton Gateway for a short stay or long layover - definitely! I would have rated it higher except there's no outdoor green space but given its location and purpose that is understandable. Terminal 3 is a short walk to get some air.
Standard Sheraton product with a super convenient location of you need to be very close/attached to Pearson Airport.
Surprisingly nice hotel connected to Terminal 3. Food at bar was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Great, comfortable, clean hotel and a nice bar/lobby
I stopped at the Sheraton to meet a friend for drinks and dinner while I was connecting through Toronto. It was a quiet afternoon with plenty of seating available. We sat up at the bar and the service was mostly good, the bar tender was obviously being asked to do multiple things so wasn't the most attentive. The food was very good. The drinks were incredibly expensive - $11-15 for a beer! Selection was average, and very expensive.
Always good. Prices are high but convenient for lay overs. Worth the extra for not having to leave the airport.
Very nice after missing my flight home very relaxing
Large conference rooms. Food was good. Should have better signage to find the parking lot.
Convenient location in terminal 3. Dog bed and dishes available in your room. Pet loo area just outside hotel lobby.
Great location just by Terminal 3 at YYZ is a great asset.
Have been to many meetings at this hotel. Friendly staff and really good service. Meering rooms are decent sizes
Very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. Courteous and friendly staff. Excellent food.
Spent 2 days, good food , clean room, friendly staff, liked location
Great location. Good restaurant and bar. Join Starwoods for free WiFi and 10% off in restaurant and bar. Comfy dog bed and bowls available in room. Pet area just past smoking area outside.
Quality hotel a short distance from Toronto airport
Great place, and clean, the hotel restaurant was nice and checkin was quick. a little noisy in the rooms facing the airport so I would recommend facing the other way. People are honking horns all night at the drop off zone which can be annoying to a light sleeper.
Good place to stay and right in the airport so no need to take a taxi.
Nothing like waking up being only a few minutes from the security line. If you have an early flight out of Toronto on your vacation, spend your last night here!
worst stay ever. they are very very expensive and taking advantage of people stranded at airport due to bad weather charging way high for very low quality poorly maintained rooms which does not deserve even a single star. even they are so cheap they do not give any bathroom amenities and guess what they are free but you have to call them to get them. seriously what a joke. even wifi is not free in freaking 350 dollars a night room.
I love the free starbucks coffee in the lobby and inside our room.
Very clean. Reasonably priced for a downtown hotel. Unfortunately very free staff so very slow service. But the service was amazing.
Rooms were big and really nice. Staff was super friendly. Beds and pillows were comfy. Would recommend.
Hotel rooms are pretty dated. The beds are not comfy at all, the room and bathroom was not clean! Very over priced, I wouldn't recommend at all. Choose other near hotel with shuttle service and avoid this "5 stars" hotel.
This is a reasonably priced and very convenient option when flying out early or arriving late. While the front desk staff was great, there were not enough of them. Also our air conditioning was squeaky.
I didn't actually stay at the hotel but the reception area was very nice. I was resting there before my early morning flight.
Hotel is a bit dated, however, the location is prime and the service is solid.
Great rooms and perfect location. Very slow check in.
Lobby very clean and welcoming. Staff always have a smile and always greet their customers. Great place to stay at.
Great hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Always a great visit
Clean rooms and tou donot have to leave 5he airport
Great location if you are travelling from terminal 3 at Pearson INTL. The hotel needs a big upgrade.
It's OK.
I mean it's Toronto not Calgary...where everyone is polite and courteous.
Convenient location, great service, and a great room.
Room was great. The chromocast feature did not work and trying to figure out the cable tv was tough because none of the stations descriptions were correct
A bit dated but clean and professional. Restaurant service is weak and entitled. You can't get closer to YYZ.
Great hotel nice staff at the front desk smells amazing in the lobby the rooms facing the airport where amazing the windows are very clean great for seeing planes.
The beds are some of the comfiest I have slept in. The gym facility has a steam room and sauna that work well in the men's washroom.
Clean rooms, good service and friendly check in. Easy walk to airport terminal
Nice hotel, clean room, convenient location near public transit.
Good hotel. The room is a bit dated. Located within the airport of Toronto.
Located on Terminal 3 Departures level. Level 5 parking gives you access to lobby floor. Next to Link train located up one level.
Find hotel the fact that it is connected to Terminal 3 is what makes it excellent. The rooms are old. The food as good as the service
Not what I expected for a large price. Dated and needs work.
Stayed here for a 48 hours transit. Good and nice hotel !
Room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Only had a drink at the bar as waiting for a flight. Good service but a bit pricy.
Nice room with great airport food. Restaurant has a limited menu.
Nice hotel, very friendly staff too. The restaurant was a tad expensive but where else can you go?
Very convenient hotel for our early morning next day flight. The staff were amazing with our daughter, especially in the club lounge where she was spoiled. Check in and check out were a breeze and the amenities were lovely.
