5 stars for location, 2 star for prices at the restaurant and bar
The hotel was very clean. My room faced the train and the tarmac and I heard nothing! The sound proofing was amazing. I think the only downside is the cost of food and drinks at the bar downstairs. It is very pricy.
Good customer services , helpful and friendly staff at courtesy counters....
Last time I ate here I wasn't satisfied with the quality of food or cleanliness
Hard to find at night. Manager on duty was a jerk. Rooms were just ok for the price. Food was super expensive. No I would not go back
BED BUG INFESTED! - Run, Run Away
I booked into this hotel for less than a 5 hour sleep. The next day after arriving at my destination, I flipped the lid of my suitcase to find a big fat reddish bed bug ontop of my clothes. Killed it & it squirted blood, probably mine. The following day my neck & top of back swelled up red. Estimated over 80 bites. The thought of how I got them makes me sick.
Spoke with the manager who claimed they have a clean bill of health & are allowed to sell that room. Ha!
Do not stay here. The hassel I went through with my clothes, my sister's house. It's not worth it. Have lost all respect for the Shereton Gate Way, purveyors of fine bed bugs.
This hotel wow brilliant Nice Room's beautiful Restaurant wonderful test foods beer's Wines and liquors Mazing
A chill place to wait until you wait the arrival of someone. Good beverages and ambiance, free and reliable internet.
We did not stay at this hotel as it was too expensive. After taxes the cost is $400 plus for the night. We stayed at a different hotel chain as it was more affordable.
Front desk clerk was sneezing directly onto guests checking in with no apology or even recognizing that it was improper. Restaurant was horrible in every possible way. The food was awful, the hostess couldn t be less helpful and ultimately we left without even eating the food. Out server, however, was really nice because she advised us that she wouldn't recommend anything on the menu. We ordered two items that we thought would be safe anyway, but the cook ruined both of them. Again, we paid but left without eating.
As for the room, it smelled of body odor, which was disgusting, but the location was excellent. This is my 4th time staying here and each time I get sucked in by the location and pray that there is new management. Each time though, it s a massive disappointment.
Perfect location to stay when flying out of Toronto international airport. Great accomodations
My wife and I always stay the night before flying out on vacation, and again the night we arrived back. This mostly to the distance we have to drive to the airport from where we live. On our stay the night we arrived back, we where very tired as it was a later arrival, and noticed the line up at the reception desk was long, I'm sure mostly due to March break. No matter, the lady at the desk was very pleasant, and said because we were so patient and nice to her, she was going to something nice for us, and proceeded to change our room to quieter location from the pre assigned room, and along with this gave us vouchers for breakfast...Thank you so much (sorry we didn't catch your nane) it's things like this, and people like you that we remember, and make you want to stay again.
After a frustrating day at the Toronto Airport , which ended with a cancelled flight, Jeremy at the check in desk went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Just what we needed.
Right in the airport. Very nice hotel with all the amenities. If you need to stay over night it is a great option. And you can get the UP train right to downtown in 35 minites or so
Stayed here due to overnight layover. Can't beat the convince of waking up and being in terminal 3 or being able to catch the train to the UpExpress. But the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable, I didn't get any sleep. We had to request a minifridge and wait just shy of an hour for it, luckily we didn't have to pay for it as it was for medical purposes. The quality of the room was subpar for the price, and no breakfast if it wasn't for the early international flight we would of stayed elsewhere and we are staying at a different hotel on our way back.
Clean. Organised. Bar quite pricey. Bathrooms cleaned. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location cannot be beat for departures. Rooms lovely.
Ridiculously expensive. We got stuck at the airport overnight. Exhausted. Over 500 USD
The Sheratons are always good, even though this the sink to be a Sheraton was somewhat below what is usually.
Location location location that's the best thing if travelling but parking is expensive not like other hotels that have deals for parking
Great location - easy access to airport and local transit. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, would have expected updated room decor and amenities given the high price point.
The room was really nice, but I was surprised that for a decently expensive hotel, it did not include free Internet and breakfast.
Went to get a bite at the restaurant before a flight. Pricey but food was good, friendly staff.
Great place. Right at terminal 3 toronto airport. Parking available but not free
Convient for travelling in/out of Toronto. Clean, nicely appointed. I would definitely stay there again.
If you have an early morning flight you can't beat the convenience this hotel offers.
In Pierson airport stayed the night because of early flight.room is comfortable
Awesome location at the airport. King size bed very comfortable with different types of pillows. Room is a very good size. Restaurant is awesome. Gym is pretty good also.
To rest between one flight and another. Excellent structure
Convenient but way overpriced for what it is. Paint peeling in bathroom. Rooms need to be updated to reflect the price level of this hotel.
Booking a room with this specific hotel could not have been more difficult. My partner and i stayed here twice in the last few weeks for convenience. When attempting to book the first time, the customer service representative booked me into a hotel in North Carolina. I had to call back and ensure it was properly done. The second time booking, the representative did not listen to any details, booked us in the wrong hotel (even after we clarified 3 separate times throughout the call), booked us in the incorrect day, and then instead of fixing it like she ensured she would she actually cancelled the reservation after we hung up; When we got the email confirmation we called back to have it corrected and i was informed the reservation no longer existed and nothing was listed under our names.
The hotel itself is very clean, staff are friendly, service is quick, and the hotel restaurant has good food.
Close to airport. Expensive of course. Restaraunt service is great. Lounge service very hit and miss. I have sat there for 30 minutes and have not got even a glass of water.
Stayed 2 nights on business.
Location can t be beat for airport access, connected directly to Terminal 3.
Room was comfortable & well appointed.
Club level is a worthwhile upgrade to provide access to the lounge and amenities.
Staff were welcoming and accommodating.
Would stay again.
**UPDATE: Jan 31, 2020. Stayed an additional night and attended conference.
All facilities were spot on, food provided for meeting was very good.
We flew into Pearson late at night and were relieved to be able to check into our room with two double beds shortly after arriving. The beds weren't exceptionally comfortable, but it's hard to beat the convenience of the location. Would definitely stay again after a late flight.
The food was good in being extraordinary. I had dinner at the Mahogany restaurant. Service rather slow but cordial.
Rented a boardroom for a meeting. Communication was prompt and the room was set up as requested.
Very awkward to get to this hotel via parking garage or front entrance right infront of departures. I also wish google maps would update its location since it shows that it's on the other side of the airport.
Perfect for an early morning flight. No need yo go outside on those cold snowy mornings to shuttle to the airport since you're pretty much in it.
I attended a conference at Sheraton and was very satisfied with the service and organization as well.
Great place to stay especially when you have a next day flight connection. Rooms are nice and clean, 8-th floor has Lounge Club access but they have no alcohol, big pool and a great gym!
Perfect airport hotel, made special by the service of Pooja.
Overall pretty disappointed with this location. It is very expensive for what you are getting and seems to only get business as it is attached via railway to the international airport. Our room was very large, but the walls were covered in a textured wallpaper that was very dusty. The lighting throughout the lobby, hallways, and rooms all flickered as well and I found it very hard on the eyes.
Nice hotel, great lounge, convenience because of location. We had significant issues with room keys requiring multiple trips to desk. This was very frustrating.
Great room with amazing pillows! And the staff made arrangements to have a porter pick up my bags and take them to check in for me. 5 stars
Excellent experience. The assistant manager Riva was extremely friendly at checkin and she helped with a room upgrade as well based on my bonvoy status. The hotel is right in the airport so it s very simple to get to your flight.
Upscale hotel connected to airport. We flew Westjet and it was so easy to make our early morning flight.
The necessary and sufficient environment is in place. There is also a bathrobe.
Pricey, but it's really the best place to stay when you're traveling. Pay attention to whether or not your parking is included in your stay - usually not and extremely expensive. Rooms are always clean. The restaurant in the hotel is mediocre, but the staff are friendly.
Beds were comfortable and service was excellent. In room furniture getting quite old. One of the glasses provided in room were used and dirty from previous guest. Bathroom fan didn't work, which turned the entire room into a steam room. Some of the bedding had a plastic-y feel. For the price, would definitely use a higher end hotel along airport road. Price doesn't quite justify the convenience of its location when compared to the qualities of other in-room amenities and condition.
Super cute, it lacks a bit of renovations but it has everything you need to be a 5 star. The very friendly staff
Unusual noises all night that prevented me from sleeping, and the in-room coffee had 2 decafs and only 1 caffeinated pod, which was not a good combo for my wife and I
Always great service. I appreciate the people at the Sheraton.
Friendly staff, clean/updated rooms and easy to navigate.
Excellent location, rooms are very comfortable and very well maintained! Full sized desk, away from the wall leaves plenty of space for working, and is very appreciated! Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful, fitness centre and pool are great bonus' as well!
Pricey but worth the money after a long trip with kids and a dog.
Directions to the hotel from airport arrival is a bit confusing since there is no sign pointing as to which way you should go.
Friendly service at the counter and was able help me find where my event was located and direct me there.
Incredibly convenient with park and fly package! Nice hotel, lounge area and bar very classy, gym is good and the steam room is amazing!
Convenience is why you pay to stay here as it is attached to Terminal 3 at Pearson International airport. It is not cheap. One night and 8 days parking is almost $500. This trip I needed 10 days parking and my bill was almost $600. Some rooms are noisy. The bathrooms are small.
The restaurant is horribly overpriced and not very good. And a small menu.
Hotel was good, clean, and quiet. Restaurant was mediocre food for high price
Great food, drink and service at the bar but still airport prices
A decent hotel to stay at after a long layover, with a good restaurant and bar. The rooms badly need a makeover... hoping Marriott addresses it soon with the recent merger with Starwood.
This hotel is right inside Terminal 3 at the airport. We missed our flight and ended up unexpectedly staying for 1 night. They found us a room, were very kind and sympathetic, the room was amazing and very clean. There was an exercise room and pool that we did not use, but looked very nice. Room service options and lots of other food choices nearby. The train stop to Terminal 1 is right outside the hotel. Easy to get back for our 2nd try at a flight the next morning:)
