Used to love this place but it s now dated, dirty, way overpriced, and the last time I stayed here my room smelled so strongly of chemicals I could barely stand it. Some kind of VOC off gassing. I ve probably stayed here 40 or 50 times and will not stay again.

A new hotel...the rooms are quite small. Very close to the airport. There are 3 Sheraton hotels near Pearson so remember which one you are booked in when the airport shuttle arrives. Take the shuttle back to the airport to catch the Train downtown. Very convenient.

They'd be a 4-star if it wasn't so expensive. But they have a "monopoly" in that they're the hotel that's AT the airport, and so you don't need a shuttle and so it's all faster via being right there.

But they're fine if you can afford it. No complaints.

it is a little pricey especially for guests staying for a few hours. Probably one is paying for convenience. The hotel management should also be thinking of renovation by now. It looks a bit old and tired. Other than that, it is a great hotel with great hospitality. It will be difficult for you to miss your flight.

Very dated hotel. Not impressed. The hotel restaurant was expensive and crappy food. The bar restaurant was the same. The whole lobby etc.. needs updating big time. Will avoid this hotel if I can. The rooms were also in desperate need of renovations. Every thing was dark and gloomy. Would not recommend. We had no choice. Avoid if you can.

This is an Airport Hotel at the Toronto International Airport . You don't even have to go outside. The rooms are big, clean, but the best are the best. If you want to sleep between flights it wonderful, quiet and easy to find.

The hotel is located by the terminal link train station, and is easy and safe access in the airport. We had a very clean room, and comfortable stay in between the flights. I booked here for location and it's name for good and trust, and this hotel is a "Sheraton."

We ended up stranded last minute in Toronto because of delayed flights. The rooms are beautiful but way overpriced. We had a huge room with a king sized bed. We had a very comfy 5 hour sleep. We paid for the breakfast which was delicious and had a variety of items to choose from and the breakfast attendant was very helpful. I suppose the reason you pay the big bucks for this hotel is because it is right at the airport and so we didn't have far to go to catch our 7:30 am flight.

Easy walk to gates. Rooms were quiet for being in the airport. Nice overall place. Checkin is quick. Dropoff at hotel is easy. Rooms were good enough size in the one king room. Internet speed in rooms is fast.

Hosted a professional event at the hotel. At the Mahogany Grill restaurant the night before the staff was very attentive and professional. The catered breakfast, snack and lunch were delicious and appropriate to the venue. Room was spacious, clean and luxurious. I recommend this hotel for business events.

So impressed with the team here .our 16 year old daughter was traveling home from a sea cadet function. She was short on cash and we wanted to order her food using our credit card while we're in British Columbia. We could not find anything close to help us.called the front desk and explained the situation and asked to pay for room service with the credit card instead the manager called us back and took the order and didn't charge us. Wow so grateful

I am a frequent (VERY frequent) traveller with a little over 3 million miles in the last 22 years. I never leave reviews but this Sheraton Gateway Toronto Airport Hotel must be by far the WORST hotel that i have ever stayed at. In total, I stayed there 3 times in the last year. NIGHTMARE every single time. I only stayed there the last 2 times out of convenience. Next time, I will be staying at the Alt Hotel at the Toronto Airport. The people running it are either incompetent or unintelligent (most likely both). yesterday, wanting to simply help them I asked to speak with the manager to point out the horrible service. I was told to wait 30 seconds. 15 minutes later, running late for a meeting, I had to leave the hotel and head to my meeting. Manager wouldn't come out to meet me from the room behind reception. NOT worth the money, the stress, the rude service. By FAR, the worst hotel to ever set foot in. if ever tempted, run Forest, run. and don't look back

Great food and quick, professional room service... but a whirring noise emanating from the bathroom, creaky springs in the mattress and thin walls between connecting rooms dragged the experience down and made sleep less than peaceful (which is why I book a hotel room in the first place).

Hosted an event here. Incredible service from all levels of management and departments. Especially the front line workers. Exceptional service. The hospitality suite was fabulous. Our group enjoyed their stay. We will be back.
