The hotel is located on the seafront, but the rooms are clean, the cleaning of the room is mediocre enough, there are no shaving accessories and no toothbrush. From the balcony of the room there is a beautiful view, a good breakfast, the restaurant is deliciously prepared. There is a fitness center and conference rooms.

The hotel is nice and well located, with a large pool and a beach, however what I saw during my stay was very disappointing, the sunbathers who hide the chairs to get paid by the customers to have a sunbed is a shame for a Sheraton, and the excuse is that I pay a stay over 40 000da / night and the management of the hotel privatize the beach and pool for the wedding of a businessman , impossible to pass the barriers to access the beach. I'm sorry but I too paid for a service just like this gentleman.
In short it only happens in Algeria, very very disappointed.

Maybe a 5 star hotel but with a 3 star hotel service.
Yesterday I went to the Beach Bar of the Hotel and asked for a common Gin Tonic, after 5min they said the they have Gin but not tonic soda, so I have to choose another cocktail. I did choose a Daikiry Cocktail. Not so well done and in the end they charge in the bill a Gordon's (Gin) tonic.
A lot improvement should be done for costom satisfaction.
It lacks a bar by the sea ... it would have been great. ..no need to go to Ibiza

OK the service is really poor when we are talking about a name like Sheraton what comes to my mind a luxury place that satisfies anyone but this is not true here, the restaurants are really below the standard the place is far away from any where the entrance is not as expected the minibar is totally empty there is nothing belong to 5 stars hotel here

Large hotel with beach and grounds, clean, well maintained. Non-smoking rooms. Nice kitchen.
Disappointed .... it really does not 5 stars .... I do not speak rooms but the rest .... example we can not accept water leaks in the bathroom of the entrance, faucets broken ... a lawn not at all maintained ....
It is a luxurious place and accessible to all, there are all kinds of activities, swimming pool, gym and lots of entertainment for adults and children alike. To spend a good summer and winter holidays there is no better that the Sheraton

Probably the worst hotel of Sheraton I have ever visited. I had bad experience from the day 1.
After a very long flight and long drive from airport to hotel, I was made to wait for over 30minutes to checkin although I reached the hotel at around 4pm as the rooms were not ready. No helper came to help me to put the luggage (big) under the scanner at the entrance.
Updated menu was not provided in the rooms. in room service was worst. It took them more than hour to send 1 margherita pizza. One of the days they even forgot to make my room by the time i came to back in the evening. When I complained to the manager, he simply put the blame on the house keeping staff with no further action. On the last day, the security at the entrance which checking, he dropped my gift bag on the floor and broke the gift :(
to conclude, least customer friendly, staff with dont care attitude.

Hotel of a very high quality staff very attentive having the pool 100 meters from the sea and a more undeniable spa and beautiful despite high rates but at least Thai massage and performed by a real Thai indoor pool with the gym is open 24/24 which and very practical the downside and the recording on arrival that I find too much but really too long night activities have improved significantly since last year in short small things to review but this is the best hotel in Algiers I said hotel and not holiday club

I had a good time, very pleasant service, but, when you have the Algerian minimum wage which is 18,000DA and that just access to the hotel swimming pool is 20.0000DA, there is has a problem, imagine paying 1400 to access a pscine in France, it's still unfortunate to apply prices as realistic as that, and if it wasn't a gift I would never have been spending a night there out of principle and out of solidarity with my Algerian brothers.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere unfortunately. It's great if you wanna be in the middle of some greenery and the sea, a sort of a retreat. Not good if you're visiting the city and need to go there on a regular basis. It's very very far from the city center. Our driver drove like crazy and we were feeling like we'd die any moment. Still it took us a while to get to the city center. 30 to 40 minutes cause of the traffic.
The hotel is very luxurious, lot of marble and gold plating. Many flowers and fountains within the premises. Big swimming pool and great facilities, the spa and the outdoor dining is fantastic. Barbeque dinner buffet by the sea is a must.
The staff is courteous and try their best even if there's always a lot of people either checking in or checking out. It's always so busy that you can't even ask them a small question. I was promised some help since I had no shoes and they told me to wait. After 10 minutes nobody came to help me out. I asked for some flip flops and they forgot about me. I went to the city and bought them there in the end.
Went to my room and there were no tissues and no toilet paper. The toilet smelled like urin.
Not a great experience on my side.
