Lack of professionalism, review the training of day staff, organization to review.

I find the place nice and cute to join the useful to the pleasant one has the mountain and the sea.

THE room is clean very nice view of mother but the bode is bad for the price of 12000 / night.

Shennoua Hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in Tipaza and Shennoua area, overlooking the sea and Shennouh Mountain, swimming pool, restaurant overlooking the sea, Royal Suite, services at an acceptable level and well received by the hotel staff

Positive :
I searched a long time, I found nothing except the strategic location of the hotel (close to the mother).
Negative points:
We had only surprises during this short stay. Here are the mistakes made by the hotel staff:
Error 1:
Reception mixed receptionists. No explanation on the operation of it (opening times of the restaurant for example). We had to ask the questions ourselves.
Error 2:
We booked 2 nights with my wife, room 404, we were advised at the reception to take room 403, which, according to them, was better. After checking the room, we realized that there was no balcony (the receptionist did not visibly know the hotel), which did not help smokers like me. We asked to resume room 404, we were told that it was already booked, no other solution was proposed by the receptionists.
Following this incident, we asked for a refund of the 2 nights paid, we were told that a refund of only 80% of the first night was possible, 2nd 100%, so we decided to stay the first night.
Error 3:
One of the receptionists came into my room without asking permission and without knocking on the door.
I was completely naked, fortunately my wife was in the shower, the time to put something on me, I went out to have explanations on this unprofessional behavior, the Mr replied that it was a fault.
Error 4: Dinner
The service starts from 8pm to 10pm. we showed up at 8:10 pm at the hotel restaurant, there was no employee, the receptionist had to call them.
information: For half-board bookings, there is really no choice.
Once the order was launched, we waited about 30 minutes for the entrance (salad).
In all, we stayed around 1:30 in the restaurant.
Error 6:
After finishing the dinner, we wanted a small ice cream in the cafeteria of the restaurant, no employee was present, after about 5 minutes of waiting, I went to inquire with the waiters of the restaurant, I am replied that someone was going to come and serve me in a matter of minutes, after 15 minutes of waiting, we finally got out of the hotel to look for the famous glasses.

Room reserved in advance and given to someone else. The employee openly lied to us claiming a software problem, denied by his colleague. Clean to see again. Hotel to flee!

Not recommended. With my family, I was not even able to have a one second look at the room before renting it. I presume it is fair to check the quality before renting.
Receptionist was somehow very confusing in his statements about room availability.

Room cleaning that has never been during our stay. My 2 year old son caught a parasite because of the poorly maintained pool .... Very disappointed ...

It is a rotten hotel to flee like the plague I booked 2 rooms thankfully just for a personal night to recycled, hassle at all the corners, sanitary and mechanisms do not work

I stayed at this hotel for work, the setting is very nice, great views of Mount Chenoua and the sea, the staff are very friendly, from the front desk to the kitchen staff, the food was very good, the room very clean very nice and comfortable, no complaints, it was excellent. Bravo

To escape, deplorable cleanliness, they gave our suite to another person and put us in a smaller room.
Restaurant waiter overwhelmed with 3 tables to manage, identical menu tjs. In short, go elsewhere if you want a pleasant stay.
