Horrible service. They do not honor their warranty. Stay away from purchasing any products from them. My Sandoz watch needed repair under warranty and they refused to honor their warranty ... The chronograph hand was loose and they kept saying that it was normal for the Sandoz watch I owned ... A complete joke ... a sad joke I had to take the watch in to an independent watchmaker to have it fixed ... Incredible.

Viceroy Group offices. Telephone attention is poor. I call to ask where to repair 3 watches and they tell me to first search on google and if not, to call again that they indicate 3 addresses ...... send the balls. I already do that dear friend. In the end I left them in ECI.
