Very good overall considering the location. Very good restaurant. Maintenance can be improved, including mowing lawns, renovating buildings and swimming pools. The bathroom turns into a lake after the shower. The lighting of the rooms needs to be reviewed. The indication of the directions of the rooms also. You can't guess which elevator to take. The price remains exaggerated compared to what is offered. The hotel does not deserve the 5 stars. At most a 4 star considering its location.
We ask you to pay the restaurant on the spot and immediately. Very surprising thing.
The air conditioning leaves much to be desired.
There is no animation. No tourist program to visit the city. Quite far from the city and the only possibility of transportation is the taxi.

So i visited so many times this hotel in my trips to Algiers, and i also worked on it fir 6 months. All i can say is you have to pay attention to the service room because that s horrible for me, that s pretty much it for the downsides

I loved this hotel in summer ... beach and pool. Then big degradation hygiene and attendance. I rarely go there for events.

It s a nice hotel. Rooms and bed are comfortable an clean as you might expect from Sheraton. However, a few points that I did not enjoy were the dinner buffet at the restaurant. Very disappointing and tasteless. I recommend them to hire another chef. In addition, why does the housekeeping barge in the rooms knowing very well the guests have a certain check out time.
