Nice rooms close to convention center. Good breakfast.
Nice rooms close to convention center. Good breakfast.
Rooms smaller. No fridge. Otherwise clean and maintained well.
The place was clean, but we had a big event nearby and they messed up the booking to where three people were in rooms with two beds.
It was nice place nice breakfast but they got the parking wrong told us ten turned out to be forty
Very poor and confusing layout and design of the building. Other guests had the same frustrating problem.
Nice hotel. I was disappointed to see Fox News on the approx 40 TV channels, but not MSNBC. Is this the Hoosier censorship program?
Nice place. Missed breakfast but staff made us a to go back. So awesome!
The room was standard quality but parking was expensive and difficult to find due to this property being combined with 3 other Marriott hotels. We also had a room with a view to the back of the 3 other hotels so it was depressing to open the window curtains.
Nice hotel, easy to get to, good location and the breakfast is great!
My room was very nice, clean, quiet. Staff were friendly and professional.
Was coming in for a convention and hotel overbooked so had to find new hotel in a city already booked up. Very stressful
I called down to ask for recommendations for food, and they suggested GrubHub. I used a local pizza place. After ordering, I called the front desk to let them know the pizza was coming and to let them up they said no problem. Then they called and said I had to come get it. Makes no sense if it's the "policy" why wouldn't they tell there guests upfront? There were two of them just chatting downstair at the reception desk.
The staff here was amazing, they yook care of me and my friends (one who had to go to the hospital on our trip) with every thing we needed. They called the room to make sure my friend was ok. Onenof the nicest hotel staff members i have ever encountered. The you Fairfield Inn and Suites. I definitely stay with your brand again!
Service wasn't great. The valet took an incredibly long time to take our car. We got 'upgraded' to a room with a 'view' of the car park and the room could barely fit the king bed with room to walk. We left the room at 11am and our room wasn't serviced when we returned at midnight. The room was clean and in a good location, but stay at one of the other Marriott hotels that are right by, they are substantially better.
The room had a bad smell, towels and wash clothes had stains, the shower had a leak and dripped all night
Excellent! Extra clean, extra pleasant staff, extra nice breakfast.
I love this hotel. I have stayed here a few times and everyone was just so friendly.
The room was extremely comfortable and breakfast was good--they had various options. Hotel is next to TGIFriday's, museum, and within walking distance to other restaurants and shops.
last night in the lobby, an AMAZINGLY sweet girl named Anna helped me book my stay in at a courtyard in Miami for my trip down there in April . I am so pleased with her assistance and her professionalism. I could not have had a better experience. If you want great hospitality, you'll be in great hands.
The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious! Only complaint is that parking is expensive.
Expensive, expensive parking, cheap breakfast and sub-par service.
The room was okay, but have a small smell if smoke.
Nice hotel, good rate. Stayed here for the Indy 500 and it was a close distance and was also walking distance into downtown bar areas. Friendly and helpful staff.
This may seem silly but... I've been here 5 nights and all was well the first couple nights. Noticed 2 days ago the house cleaning left my door open. Mentioned they ought to tell them to make sure they actually close the door when they leave. Said they'd fix the door since it didn't actually close on its own. Now that I'm paying attention it never latches shut, still, room 507. Just have to make sure it's shut when I leave, I guess no huge deal. It'd be nice if the cleaning crew did the same though. Was open for hours the other day.
TV stopped working yesterday, asked to have it fixed. Worked today, just came back from dinner, not working. Not sure what's going on but I don't want to watch 4 separate Marriott commercials running in a loop, this is just wrong. Same thing that happened yesterday.
Beautiful, comfortable room. Quiet. Amazing location with a short half mile walk to the heart of downtown. Tons of restaurants in walking distance including several attached to the hotel with late dining hours. Everything I could want! Can t wait to go back.
Nice hotel within walking distance from convention center and stadium. We stayed there for the NRA Annual Meeting and the price was very good. Their is a built in TGI Fridays which had pretty decent food. They have a parking structure that took a minute to figure out.
Very nice hotel, stay there quite a bit. Has recently been updated. Walking distance to all the great downtown restaurants in Indy. Parking is a little expensive, about 35 bucks a night
Friendly workers, good breakfast, good location with walking distance to the Indianapolis convention center and downyown.
Very friendly staff. I stopped in to ask for directions and they all wanted to help
Great location, in walking distance to a lot of attractions. For the price the rooms should be better.
Fast internet, can watch HBO, Netflix and YouTube directly on the large TV. Nice room. Glad I came.
A bit far from the convention center. But the rooms were excellent and the staff was helpful!
The room was really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very welcoming and polite!
Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Really nice for attending events at the convention center. I prefer the rooms and breakfast here better than the others in the complex
Easy check-in, nice rooms, good service and plenty of lobby space to socialize
Very rude staff, expensive parking, dirty room. Go anywhere else!
Good location. could access major tourist sites in downtown Indianapolis within walking distance. Room was very clean with smart TVs. The only reason I put out a star was that It took almost an hour to check-in. More staff should have been at the front desk at the peak time. Still, all the staffs were very friendly and provided excellent services.
I'd definitely stay there again. My room was very clean and I loved the ability to watch HBO Go and Showtime on Demand for free. A very welcoming environment and a very well-mannered staff. I highly recommend it.
Great Hotel, great breakfast, really nice view from my hotel room. I've always been a Hilton fan, but this is the first Marriott I've stayed at and I really enjoyed it. Everything is very clean in this hotel as well.
Friendly valet and hotel staff. Nice comfortable room. Great value!
Staff wasn't all that friendly , was told they didn't have enough staff in the evening to accommodate a simple request and not mentioned when booking parking is $35 a night.
Great experience, very friendly staff. Free breakfast with waffles, bacon and eggs plus bagels and cereal. The suite was nice but tvs were small. We had a issue at check in and they went out of their way to fix it. The location was perfect, Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown restaurants were not more then a 10 minute walk. Museums and Beautiful walking trails across the street. The zoo is also a short walk from hotel. This will definitely be my go to hotel next time I'm in Indy.
Good stay overall. Double check your accounts later in the week. They double charged me. It has already been a month of calling and they agree to put the money they owe back to my account. Still has yet to show up. Filing a complaint with the BBB. $300+ is not exactly an amount I like to see randomly vanish from my account after already being charged. I won't be going back because of this experience.
Paid a extra twenty a night for a view of the city. Got up to our room and I thought I was going in a jail cell. The room is okay but the size omg!! probably won't be back after these two nights!!!
Nice location across from museums and near the canal. Clean. Good service. Good breakfast. Dumbbells in the exercise room.
It was very quiet. Super clean. The breakfast was bland but free. The staff was nice.
Stayed here to see concert at White River State Park Lawn,. Perfect location. I only have it 4 stars because there is no restaurant or bar on site, but Friday's is right next door.
They upgraded us to two double beds from one King. Not sure how that was an upgrade. If there was sound outside it came right in the room. Other than that it was OK.
I was very disappointed when I arrived and was told there was no pool after we had been told by In House Reservations that there was a pool. I then went up to our room and was very disappointed by the size of our room and the size of the beds. We were unable to have a rollaway in our room because the room was so small and therefore my son had to sleep with my mom which was not comfortable for either of them. Also, upon arrival into our room our view was the middle of a building and the air conditioning unit was right outside of our window which kept waking us up on and off all night long. I called the front desk and asked if we could change rooms to a room with a view and away from the air unit and they wanted to charge an additional $20 a night to get that room. Lastly, when we booked our hotel room we were never advised that we had to pay an additional $34 a day to park our vehicle. This is something that should be made clear to anyone when making a reservation. For the amount of money we paid this weekend for our room I was very disappointed with what we received. I will say on a positive note the staff were all very friendly and the free continental breakfast was delicious. However, due to everything else listed above we will probably not be returning.
Great service so far. I wish there were more options for complementary breakfast. It is getting old few when you live there over a week .
The rooms are small but were satisfactory. The breakfast was a bit disappointing but the staff was courteous. Appreciated the super quick express check in with our 2am arrival after a delayed flight.
When I checked in the room wash visibly gross, pillowcases dirty and I could smell there'd been a dog in the room; there was urine all over the toilet bowl and hair in the shower. I had to call three times before they decided to clean it. Worst hotel ever.
Smaller rooms than expected, close walk to Downtown, great place to be if b.c in indy for business or recreation
Large, clean room, excellent service, close to Lucas Oil Stadium and other downtown sites.
I reserved a room for February, 2017, and I called the hotel to ask a simple question, and I was spoken to very rudely by the front desk staff. I then asked to speak to a manager, and when she got on the phone, I was told, "What do you want? I just got pulled out of a meeting!" The lady who screamed at me was the GM, Sarah Dudley (she told me it was Sarah Wright, so I don't know if she got married or was lying about her last name). I can't believe these people scream at guests who call and politely ask about the parking fee. I'm a very polite person, and didn't deserve to be treated that way. Why would I give these people hundreds of dollars to be screamed at. I guess they don't need or want the business.
Great place to stay out. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay for our convention experience!
We booked and paid for a room with a king bed. When we got to our room, it was a queen. Called the front desk to ask, the gentlemen very rudely told us it was a king. My boyfriend is 6ft and the bed was smaller than him, which we told the front desk worker. He replied with It s a king, we won t do anything for you or change your room . Never staying here again. Worst customer service.
Very pleasant, helpful and patient staff!! Quite a nice free breakfast, including hot food, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc. - far more offerings than the "Continental breakfast" that I've seen it advertised as.
Beautiful place to stay downtown Indianapolis fun and family fun around every corner. Circle City beautiful.
Great customer service. We were from out of town and they allowed us to check in 2 hours early. This is prime location. The hotel is close to museums and there is even a TGIF Fridays connected to the hotel lobby.
This is the second Fairfield we've stayed at in a month and one had mildewed curtains and thus one had mildewed pillow cases. The room seemed fine otherwise. I didn't book the room I thought I had and they were very nice about switching us. Staff super friendly.
I had a comfy stay but do not get me started on parking..
Nice hotel. Staff not friendly. No information given at desk to patrons from it of town. Never asked if we needed anything. Just very blah..
Truly enjoyed our stay. Had nice comfortable beds and offered multiple services.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were always clean and breakfast was great. Yvette and the other representatives were very helpful! I would recommend staying here for anyone.
great hotel, great cleaning crew, but handful of irritable staff members.
